Chapter: VEGETA ON A JOB SEARCH 8

When Vegeta got home, Bulma had already finished dinner.

She hears the door. "We're in the kitchen. The meal is already ready."
<br />
Bra and Trunks were also at the kitchen table, but they hadn’t caught up yet.
<br />
Vegeta immediately went into the bedroom and changed.
<br />
When he came back down he was wearing a simple t-shirt and long black pants. He sat down at the table.
<br />
"And how was it?", Bra asked curiously, "tell me!"
<br />
"Don't ask," Vegeta growled and filled his plate.
<br />
"Now tell me," urged Bulma. Vegeta rolled her eyes.
<br />
"I was kicked out," he said. He hoped that answer would be enough. (Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that)
<br />
"And what did you do?" Trunks asked.
<br />
"In kindergarten."
<br />
Trunks' mouth stayed open.His father and screaming toddlers? He quickly glanced at the television set in the corner to see if something was being reported about a destroyed kindergarten. To Trunks' relief, nothing was shown.

Bulma felt that Vegeta was uncomfortable. But she thought it was a bit funny. Vegeta in kindergarten ... Bra seemed to think it was funny too, she started giggling.
<br />
When Vegeta glared at her, she put on her I-didn't-do-anything-look.
<br />
"Well. Maybe you will have better luck tomorrow," said Bulma and continued to eat.
<br />
"What ?! I'm supposed to be a monkey again tomorrow ?!"
<br />
"Well, listen, Vegeta. You can't expect to find a super-great job on the first day. Besides, someone like you doesn't give up easily."
<br />
That ended the discussion. Bulma had the last word.

"Mom, can I go out with Son-Goten after dinner?" Asked Bra, who had finished eating.<br />
Bulma didn't feel like talking anymore, she wanted to eat in peace. "Ask your father," she replied ...
