Chapter 4: "Mistake?"

It was early morning and the sun would rise in an hour.
The masked woman and her companions had not slept because they had to be vigilant, but they made their way to the village, but had to pass the lake.

Inuyasha and Sesshomaru both looked at the wind at the same time and for a moment they could have sworn to smell a woman they knew well. The smell was fleeting but strong.

Nevertheless, there was a terrible pain in them and the urge to forgive Darla. But they had done the right thing back then, or maybe nothing after all?

The masked woman had just reached the village. She had not been here for a long time, much had changed. For a long time, many residents of the village thought she was a traitor, it took her a few years to find out why, but it made things a lot easier but also more painful. As much as you and Sesshomaru had loved each other, so was the disappointment and anger at the betrayal. Yes, she too was angry at the time, wanted revenge but now things had changed, yes, she still wanted to take revenge but not on Sesshomaru and Inuyasha, no on 'HER'.

A man came up to her:

Kiro's attack was inevitable so she pulled her ryouseisen.(I made it up by the way) This was a dangerous weapon. Darla woke up from her nightmare. She ran her hand over the scars on her stomach. It was strange it was the only wounds in her life that hadn’t healed without scars, she didn’t know why. She could still feel the pain from back then! She could have died from the injuries but she was lucky.
