A letter for Kai?

Pretty much two months before the upcoming BB World Championship:

The Blade Brakers have been training for half the day in the front yard of Tyson's house (i.e. where he lives with his grandfather ...)
The sparks from the clashing blades shoot almost three feet over the edge of the arena.
"Hey Ray, if you call that a match, you're just sitting on the bench during the World Cup!" Tyson cheered him on.
"Don't worry, I'll just warm myself up." with these words Ray conjured up his drigger and let him go at Dragoon. A cloud of dust surrounded the blades and as visibility improved an empty and completely crushed arena emerged. Tyson and Ray kept a lookout for their tops, at that moment they fell from the sky and just landed back in the ring.
"Phew lucky!" exclaimed Tyson: "But I'm not giving up yet!"Ray was about to reply when Tyson's grandfather called.

The two stopped their fight and ran (with Max and Kenny) to the old man.
"Hey, where is Kai? I have a letter for him that just came in the mail."
The Bladers looked at the letter in surprise and Kenny took it.

"It comes from Russia, there is no exact sender on it." he wondered.
"But look at the front of the envelope is a name!" Ray called around.

From Taki Hiwatari (that means "waterfall")

there was a little heart behind it, which of course made the friends curious.
"Hey Kai is getting mail from a girl? Does he have a girlfriend and we don't know?" Tyson snatched it from Kenny's hand and looked at the envelope more closely.
Nothing.
"I'd give a lot to know what's in there." done Ray.
"Then let's just take a look, I mean, what Kai doesn't know doesn't make him hot!" suggested Max who now interfered in the conversation.Without thinking for a long time, Tyson carefully opened the document, took out the sheet of paper and began to read:

Connichi wa Kai,

I'm sure you longed for my name on the envelope, I find it incredibly sad that I haven't heard from you for so many years. To be honest, it was very boring without you, especially when Raymond went to America to finish his medical studies. Before he left, he gave me a small piece of paper and whispered: "Give him my regards."

At first I didn't know what to do with it, but when I got home and saw that the note says YOUR current address I had to write to you immediately, there were some difficulties, but with Voltaire I was finally allowed to send the thing without him knowing
whom he was destined to be.

But with a lousy letter I couldn't help but know where you are. So I beheaded my pig and got myself a plane ticket from Russia to Tokyo.I'm really excited to finally be able to take you in my arms again.

Tokyo Air Airport
On: July 15th
At: 16:30

I'll be looking for you, please be there * kiss * Taki

Tyson folded the paper again. At that moment Kai tore the note from behind him:
"Tell me, is it now allowed to read other people's letters?" he snapped. With these words he turned and left.

The Bladebreakers continued to puzzle:

"So a girlfriend after all?" Ray was amazed: "There is so little we know about Kai, I think it's time he told us at least where his parents are or when his birthday is, we don't even know that."
Without discussing any further, they set out to look for Kai to finally get some answers from him.
