Part 2
To be honest, I like this part better than the first, actually best of all. There are a lot of questions that nobody can answer for me.

Why did you leave us then?
Though you could have lived
Was your life worth nothing to you?
Your decision came so suddenly
that no one was aware of them.
Nobody believed it
nobody paid any attention to you
and yet they all knew.
But nobody said anything.

Today I wish
that I had the courage back then
that I would have said something.
Maybe then everything would have changed
Would you still be with us then?
With me?

I regret,
that I never really got to know you
because only now do I notice how much you are missing.
We all looked the other way
And only looked when it was too late.
