Verloren
Kinae
"Everything ... everything, * pant * is fine. I'm fine ... I'm great ..."
Xena gasped and leaned against the door frame.
"What did I say?"
Xena asked confused and Aika noticed immediately that she was much too tired to be able to say anything more. She supported her cousin and led her in and to bed. "Sleep first, you will tell me again." Aika said soothingly and her voice sounded as always. At that moment, Xena could no longer imagine that Aika had forgotten everything they had been through.
But she did.
Aika went slowly into the kitchen, it was already late, but she wasn't tired yet. It was dead quiet now. Aika was a little startled when Xena started purring in the next room.
"It's getting annoying ..." Aika said, shaking her head and went into her own room and no longer having to endure the soft purring noises.
She sat on the bed and thought. She wondered why Hinata was so familiar, so familiar and comforting. And why she always got jittery when Sasuke, Kakashi, Naruto and especially neji approached her. The same was with Sakura. They made her feel uncomfortable. A strange unrelatedness.
Except maybe Neji ...
And Xena was just too nice not to be comfortable with her. Aika lay down on her back and suddenly thought of this blurry picture.
With this picture in mind, she fell asleep.
In her dreams, the boy was moving, the picture became clearer.
A red-haired boy was walking towards her before her eyes. Sand, a lot of sand. Water, a lot of water. A scream. Hinata came running. Out. Aika sat up, as if moved by thunder. The birds chirped and the sun let its first rays flood over the meadows.
"A strange dream." she said softly and swung herself out of bed.
It was Saturday, the children had no school and so did Aika.
Xena was already having breakfast when Aika walked into the kitchen. "Tomorrow." greeted Xena and seemed to be completely regenerated again."Hey ... how was it yesterday?" Aika asked us and sat next to Xena and watched her eat. She finished chewing and started talking.
"Naruto is really a peat head. In the middle of the mission he had to beat up a guy who called him a wimp ... He had us caught with that and we had to make a huge detour to get to this scroll and all the way home run..."
reported Xena, sounding disgruntled. "Today training doesn't start until eleven, isn't that great?" Aika nodded.
"I'm going to take a walk in town today." she said and got up again without having eaten anything.
"See you." she said happily and waved goodbye to Xena. Xena smiled and went to workout too, after finishing her last bread.
Aika was walking down a cobblestone street. From the signposts she understood that this was downtown Konoha.
Then she spotted a market about 50 meters away from her.It was overcrowded and people crowded around the vendors' stalls.
Aika just strolled through the middle, she looked at the people and the buildings. Until suddenly it was no longer straight ahead. You sit in front of a large gate.
"The entrance gate." she said to herself and the next moment someone called her.
"Hey, girl, get out of there. We want to open the gate." shouted one of the guards and Aika ran to the side. The gate was sluggishly opened.
A group of people were let in.
There were five people. Two men, two women and a girl, about Aika's age.
All five had hoods pulled low over their faces. It was not possible to tell whether it was a ninja, because their clothes were hidden under long gray coats. The girl's hood slipped briefly and Aika could see a reddish brown streak fluttering. Immediately the girl pulled the hood down over her face.
Aika could see Kiense's faces, but her curiosity had been aroused and she strolled after the newcomers unobtrusively. The girl spoke briefly and quickly to one of the women and stopped shortly afterwards at a booth. She took something from the dealer, paid and headed for the forest.
Aika followed her in the trees. When the girl stopped and looked at the something in her hand, Aika made herself comfortable on a broad branch.
"N / A?" she asked loudly and the girl looked up at her, startled.
"What brings you into the forest, especially all by yourself?" Aika asked and for some reason it sounded threatening. "You don't need to be afraid." said Aika and the girl got mad.
I'm not afraid of anyone! "
came a clear voice from under the hood. Aika smiled.
"Although I remember very little, I've heard this sentence somewhere ... Are you related to Sasuke?" she asked, still smiling.
"With whom? Besides, why should I be scared of you are tiny."
Aika gave a defiant laugh.
"If you show me your face, I'll show you why you should be scared."The girl took a step back.
"I'm a ninja, watch out ..."
Aika had to laugh again and jumped from the tree. She tapped the ninja strap that she wore around her waist. "Me too. Show me your face, please." said Aika more kindly. The sun was slowly setting and it was getting darker. The girl stepped forward.
It pulled the hood back, revealing a long red mane. Almost as glowing as the unknown boy in Aika's dreams, and she brought up the image of him. Aika chase the idea away.
"Who are you?"
asked the girl Aika, looking very self-confident now. Her face was thin and sharp, but fine and beautiful.
"My name is Aika and who are you ...?" Aika asked and now smiled pleasantly.
"My aunt calls me a witch ... but you can also call me Kinae ..." said Kiane and grinned.
"You said, Aika, you would show me why you should be scared ... Convince me." she said provocatively, but Aika relaxed."Not today." she said and left again.
Kinae watched her go. ° She has a really weird way of getting to know people ... °
"We'll see each other ..." Aika shouted goodbye and raised her hand without turning around.
"Bye." Kinae muttered confused and made her way back to her aunt, her uncle and her brother. Her grandmother was waiting for her.
"Kinae!" she croaked and glared at the girl.
The wooden house they would pass by didn't look very inviting. Still, Kinae let her grandmother drag her in.
"Kinae, what were you doing out there?" her aunt asked worriedly.
She was a very slim person, not to say she looked anorexic.
Kinae, on the other hand, looked normal.
She felt a hand on her shoulder. "Salute, little sister." he said in a good mood and went back to tidying up his room. Her brother was already 18 years old and Kinae got along well with him, despite the two-year age difference. Her father stayed in a small village a few years ago because he wanted to retire. Since then, the two moved with the rest of their relatives through the area.
“Asmalél!” (And it's a boy ... Insider) called the grandmother and pulled the boy back by the arm.
"What?" Asmalél asks annoyed.
"Take your little witch with you." said her aunt and Kinae follow Asmaél to the second floor.
Because Kinae had long red hair and had almost colorless skin, her aunt always called her a witch. Which made the girl boil over with rage every time. "It's getting annoying." said Kinae sullenly. Asmaél agrees, "And not just slowly. But Grandma is worse." Kinae did not reply. The siblings went to sleep without a word.
Aika was lying in bed thinking about the dream she had just woken up from.
A dull throbbing in the temples prevented her from falling asleep.
This boy?
who was he?
Why did it appear in her dreams? Someone from the past ...?Aika remembered what Hinata had said the first day. She said the last time Aika saw a boy named Gaara.
Gaara ...
The name meant absolutely nothing to her.
Gaara ...?
Who on earth was this boy.
Their thoughts changed.
She thought of the girl from before. She had reminded Aika very much of this boy.
Could they be related?
Unlikely, but possible ...
This boy ...
Who is he ...?
Gaara?
