The story of that one day
Aika began to move. It was about noon. Siw liwf the way that kakashi had gone with them the day before yesterday.
And she even found what she was looking for. Before it got boring, she saw her comrades approaching from afar.
She waved.
But only one.
She ran quickly to them. Xena almost thought she had calmed down, but she was wrong. And she noticed that at the latest when Aika ran to Neji and took his hand.
Xena sighed.
° Not again. ° she thought and turned away. Aika ignored her.
Neji looked at her questioningly.
She nodded. He smiled.
"Can we go on?" Xena asked annoyed. Kakashi nodded and led the way again.
Aika walked next to Neji the rest of the way.
"Have you met this ... this Gaara?" she asked curiously.
Neji shook his head, "He and his siblings are supposed to be on a mission." he reported. Aika nodded satisfied.
After taking Neji and Hinata home, Aika didn't want to go home to Xena.So she walked slowly over the dirt roads of Konoha, she wanted to go to the waterfall that Kinae had shown her. “Aika!” She stopped and turned around.
Sakura came running towards them.
"N / A?" she asked, sounding impatient. "Aika, I wanted to ask you something ..." she gushed.
Aika sighed, as she knew Sakura it became a question and an answer, then a question about the answer ... and so on.
"Are you with Neji now?" she asked, still out of breath.
She shrugged. "I don't know and if I did I wouldn't tell you so that you would trumpet it all over the place ..." snapped Aika.
Sakura paused.
“Why not?” Aika had known. "why should I." she replied and left Sakura very bleakly behind her.
She went through the forest and found the river. It was just as beautiful as the day before.
Aika wanted to know what was on the lower bank of the waterfall. She went very close to the edge and spoke down. With a lot of luck, she landed on solid ground.
She sat down on the bank and hung her legs in the water.
Then she heard something rustling in the underbrush. "What ...?" she asked and jumped up.
A girl came up to her. She was blonde and seemed pretty confident.
Aika recognized a ninja headband around her arm, she did not listen to the sign.
"You are a tramp!" a boy scolded her, who now also stepped forward.
"Shut up, Kankuro!" she snapped.
Kankuro? Sounded unknown, but that was all lately.
He snorted.
"Hello." called the girl.
"You are Aika, aren't you?" she asked and Aika wondered who it might be.
Aika looked at the strangers from top to bottom.
The girl carried an oversized fan on her back. Strange.
And Kankuro was wearing something wrapped in bandages on top of his. Aika lost track.
She just decided to pretend they knew each other. From the girl asking her name, they couldn't be very close friends."And?" she asked deliberately nonchalantly.
"We're coming ..." began Kankuro. "Temari, where is Gaara?" he then asked, amazed.
° Gaara? ° Aika thought in panic and a spark of fear germinated in her.
"He'll be somewhere ..." Temari said casually and let his eyes wander over trees and bushes.
"What are you doing here ... with Gaara?" Aika asked and was surprised that her voice wasn't trembling.
"When Gaara comes, he'll tell you." Kankuro said and Aika was getting fidgety.
He stepped out of a bush. It was him, the boy with the fiery red hair. Gaara. She winced when she saw him.
"My father sent us." he reported in a more than bored tone.
"For what?" Aika asked suspiciously and could no longer hide the trembling of her voice.
"Aika!" came a call from behind. Aika was too startled to turn around, but recognized Kinae's voice almost immediately.
Kinae stopped at a slant behind Aika.
"Who is this?" she asked uncertainly.Aika shrugged.
"I'm coming ..." said Gaara, not caring about Kinae.
"... to apologize." and it was obvious that he wasn't serious.
"What I did ..." he hesitated "... was wrong. I shouldn't have attacked you." he sat and wanted to turn around.
But Aik stopped him.
"Wait! What happened that day?" she asked and Gaara's indifferent eyes got a questioning touch.
"What kind of question is this?" Kankuro asked less gently.
"I ... I've ... well ... lost my memory. At least that's what I was told." Aika said and Kinae behind him noticed quite clearly how difficult it was for Aika to pronounce it.
"What do you have? ...." Temari fell silent. "Because of Gaara?" she asked confused, Aika nodded.
Gaara looked her in the eye. Unresponsive and without any recognizable emotion, he told her everything that had happened that day.
Aika hadn't heard from anyone before.Kiba and Tenten had passed out. Ino refused to say anything on the subject, Anko hadn't seen anything because of the sand on her face and Hinata always claimed to hardly remember anything.
Gaara related every detail and Aika explained this by the fact that Gaara seemed to have a photographic memory.
Then he told about the last attack. No sooner had Aika heard the last word than she felt dizzy. Thousands of images appeared before their eyes.
Before she could fall, Kinae held her up.
"Is everything ok?" Kinae asked hesitantly.
Everyone stood there, moved by thunder, Aika slowly got back on her own feet.
"What ... what, where, why ... how ...?" she stuttered. Then she slowly got her thoughts under control again. "thank you, Gaara." she said and said goodbye to Kinae with a short breath.
She ran home as fast as she could.
She threw the door open, Xena looked on the couch and read a book.
Aika stopped, "How long have you been reading books?" she asked amazed, Xena didn't answer.Aika stood in front of Xena and crouched down.
"Xena?" she saw suf.
"Xenchen, I'm really sorry. Everything!" Aika apologized and Xena froze.
"Xenchen ...? You haven't called me that since ..." Aika smiled.
"... since Sasuke came back the time." Aika finished her cousin's sentence.
"Does that mean ...?" Aika smiled at her and nodded.
Xena jumped up and cheered.
"I'll be right back ... I have to get something right." said Aika and disappeared.
