the pain burns into my soul.
sorrow burns into my heart.

the darkness spreads
in my thoughts.

Almost suffocates my grief.

I burned myself.
The certainty of being alone.
A wound that hurts more and more.

Why can't everything just catch fire?
Everything I am, what defines me, what makes me live.

you leave nothing but destruction and tears

Not with me,

I will take the swath
