Chapter: Out from the frying pan into the fire

"And now?", Asked Kiba and looked after Hinata and the other two.
"Shall we split up again?" Asked Toshi.
"I think so," said Kakashi.
"All right!, Toshi said and suddenly pulled Sakura away from Sasuke and Kiba behind him.
"Hey!", Sakura protested, but she couldn't defend herself. Sasuke was secretly grateful that Sakura went with the two of them. After all, he knew that Kiba would take good care of her.
"Then we just stay!", Said Kakashi and jumped up onto the next tree. He formed the finger signs for his jutsu of the familiar spirit and for a second Pakuun sat in front of him and looked at him questioningly.
"Find the others!" Said Kakashi, while Sasuke landed next to him. Gaara followed.
"Who?" Asked the dog, "there are so many smells in this forest."
"Shikamaru, Neji, Shino and Naruto," said Kakashi and the dog started running without another word.
"Naruto?", Sasuke exclaimed involuntarily. Gaara looked up in surprise."Oh, yes it is there too," said Kakashi, always looking ahead.
"But how ...?", Sasuke began.
"Don't ask, please! He should tell you that himself."
"Aha ...", Sasuke made and now concentrated on finding the others.
Suddenly Pakuun stopped in front of them.
"I smell Neji!" Said the dog.
"Up there?", Sasuke asked and looked at the bright gap that opened up in the forest.
"But there is someone else, someone I don't know!" Said Pakuun.
"Oh ...", Sasuke said and looked worriedly ahead.
They slowly approached the clearing. Suddenly something flashed in the sun.
"Careful!", Sasuke called, but it was too late. Gaara had just stepped on the string that was stretched between two trees.
Gaara stood there without a hitch, a gob of sweat running down his forehead. Nothing happened. Gaara let out a sigh of relief.
Suddenly something came shot out of the thicket of the forest and hit the sand ninja with full force.
He was thrown away and Sasuke only heard a dull crack when a tree fell somewhere there.Sasuke swallowed.
"What was that?" He whispered.
"I don't know," said Kakashi and was about to push his headband up when suddenly their feet were pulled away.
Suddenly they found themselves lying in the clearing.
"Two more!" Said a voice in front of them, "that will be fun!"
A little girl stood in front of them. Sasuke had seen her before. It was in the reflection that Toshi had shown them beforehand.
She laughed.
"What's so funny?" Asked Kakashi, getting up. Sasuke was also standing again.
"Your friend is really stupid!", She said still laughing.
"Gaara?" Asked Sasuke.
She shrugged her shoulders. "Anyway, he fell completely into my trap!"
"Where is he?" Asked Kakashi.
"Don't worry ... he's fine ... still!" Said the girl.
Sasuke stared at her. It was kind of weird. Her eyes were so expressionless.
"By the way, that one back there is not doing so well," she said, pointing to the other side of the clearing.Sasuke turned around.
"Neji!" He called. It was true, there really was Neji back there. Sasuke wanted to run to him, but a movement of the power prevented him.
"I'm Shizara," she said in a voice that made Sasuke's blood run cold. This girl was by no means normal.
"Do we have to introduce ourselves now?" Asked Kakashi and raised his hand to his headband. He did not finish the movement.
Sasuke looked at him. Why didn't he use his Sharingan? His fingers trembled an inch from the Konoha sign.
Sasuke, however, activated his Sharingan and then he saw it ...
A blue chakra thread ran from Kakashi's hand to Shizara's ring finger.
"I like dolls," said the little girl softly. At that moment more chakra threads from Kakashi came to her fingers.
She laughed again. Sasuke swallowed hard. What was she doing there?
Her little finger twitched slightly. Kakashi's other hand reached into his kunai pocket. Against a twitch and Kakashi struck without warning.Sasuke dodged the attack at the last second and lost his balance.
With a surprised cry, he landed on the seat of his pants.
"Let's see how you beat your sensei!", Shizara laughed and Kakashi continued to attack.
