Kiara, the life Legend
"6"
The next morning they left. They rode horses that were used to the heat. Kiara let her gaze slide over the endless desert. You should be on the road for a week. Mikey gave her looks every now and then that should promise that he was worried about her pale skin and that she might get too weak. But Kiara's petite body was deceptive. She was strong and, even if you couldn't tell by looking at it, incredibly robust. Barashin seemed to be worried too, but more about Natasha, who hardly spoke a word on the whole trip.
"Are you thinking?"
"What's that got to do with you?"
"I don't know ... I might be really worried about you."
"Oh what! I don't need any help, get it!" she hissed at him.
"Yes, yes, that's good."
Natasha trotted her horse and rode forward to Mikey.
"How long will it be before we reach the burial chamber?"
"A couple of days. I think two or so."
"Hmmm ... will the princess take it?"Natasha frowned.
"She is so petite."
Mikey grinned: "Well, she seems to be awake." Kiara was already fighting with Kenya and Kane. Mikey sighed.
"You like her don't you?"
"Sure, we're engaged, Natasha," Mikey gently shook his head and grinned.
"She is cute, for her parentage I mean ..."
"You are from Don-Taylan just like Kiara!" Mikey hissed at her.
"I meant Don-Z."
Mikey had to pull himself together seriously.
"Mike! Are you coming!"
“Yes, little one!” Mikey chased with his stallion to Kiara in front of the train.
"What is it?"
"I miss Shandini."
Mikey sighed and then smiled.
"Yes me too."
She let her horse gallop a little. How much she would like to be somewhere else with Shandini, just not here. She missed her little sister. Mikey saw it at her.
"I have to talk to you later," he said without looking at her.
"Huh? About what?"
"You will find out then."
When evening came they made camp.Mikey and Kiara disappeared behind a hill.
Kenya laughed: "I don't want to know what they're doing!"
Kane laughed too.
"No you idiots! They talk. About Wolf Claw." Natasha shook her head at the behavior of the two. Her brothers grinned.
"Dark, Shadow, you shouldn't laugh at something like that!" she hissed.
Dark said: "Why? Are you our mother?"
"No, but your big sister!"
Mikey stopped. Kiara bumped into him and asked, "What did you want to tell me now?"
"In the burial chamber, there is not only the" Golden Eye "but also your father's sword."
"How? My father owned a sword?" asked Kiara.
"Yes, one of the most powerful swords ever, Kiara. His name is ..."
"What does it have a name ?!"
"Of course. It's a demonic sword. It has an ancient power in it, that of my father, Don-St. Sthenos."
"But your father was there ... the other day. He said where we can find the Golden Eye."
"Yes little one.But it was only part of his body. The other part got stuck in Wolf's Claw, "he sighed," then I'll have to tell you the whole story. When I was sixteen years old ... "
"You were sixteen too? I can't imagine."
"Kiara ..."
He sighed slightly annoyed.
"What? If I can't imagine."
She grinned.
"When I was fifteen, my mother Aparte became very seriously ill. She had a fever that no one could cure. My father took his sword and killed her. I could not forgive that and, with the help of your father, locked him in Wolf's Claw. He was Even then my best friend. Then when the war broke out on Galaria, which Blaire's father Graivan had started, your father sent me to earth with you two, Shandini and you. Your mother Julia was captured and burned by Graivan. Don- Z .. had seen this, became a demon and died. My father's soul had freed itself from wolf claw. But part of his immortal power was stuck. "
Kiara sobbed softly. She turned away and looked at the floor.
"I know that your parents are difficult to talk about, but at some point it has to be. You will also get to know them when we are back in Galaria. They were resuscitated by your father's brother, Shadow's father."
"Really?" she wiped away her tears.
"Yes," he smiled, "you don't know how I miss your father."
"Yes, I know that, Mikey."
She looked down.
"My uncle's name is Don-Shadow, isn't it?" she then asked.
"Yes."
"So is Shadow almost the same name?"
"Yes, Don-Shadow only got the word Don for strength when he defeated Don-Cerberus in battle. Shadow will surely have the title Don at some point."
"And you?"
"On Galaria I am also known as Don Serverus. You know Serverus is my middle name that I got from your father. It states that your father and I are blood brothers.""That's the way it goes!"
A light came on to Kiara. Mikey nodded. He too was close to tears.
"So father's sword, Wolf's Claw, is also hidden in the burial chamber, like the Golden Eye, isn't it?"
"Yes."
"Well then ... let's go back."
"Kiara!"
"Yes?"
"I love you and I want you to stay close to me when we reach the burial chamber, okay?"
“Yes, sir!” Kiara saluted and grinned at herself. Mikey smiled. She ran ahead to the others.
It was noon when the group reached the burial chamber the next day. It was a very small pyramid. Mikey seemed to know this place very well. Maybe he even brought the sword here. As he had said, Kiara stayed close to him as they went down the long stairs into the old building. Natasha looked around interestedly when they got downstairs. Mikey searched a wall and found a switch. The huge stone wall rose. Kiara closed her eyes. There could be something else behind it.Mikey took her hand and pulled it behind him. The others followed.
The room was made entirely of gold. Mikey paused.
Anschy nudged Kiara and said:
"Look!"
Kiara opened her eyes and looked at the altar at the end of the room. Zirra was waiting for her with her sword wielding.
Mikey pulled Kiara behind him and hissed at her:
"What are you looking for here!?"
"I'm supposed to take our little traitor around the corner!" she laughed.
Sky came out.
"Mikey, this is my business, take the Golden Eye and the sword and get out of here!" he whispered to Mikey.
He shook his head, went to Zirra, opened the chest and called:
"Kiara, come here!"
She followed. In awe, she slipped past Zirra to him. She didn’t know how much pride Mikey was carrying in order not to be afraid of the full-fledged demoness. Or maybe he just wanted to be a role model. He was really quite good at that.
"Take the sword, I can't touch it now, it would kill me."Kiara carefully took out the sword. The old energies that flowed in him flowed through the girl.
... She saw her father holding a baby. He was young, maybe just nineteen years old. Her mother Julia stood next to him. She was beautiful, Mikey hadn't exaggerated when he talked about her and Don. Mikey was with them. She didn't know how much love the three of them stared at the baby. Julia started to laugh and a woman came into the hall. Don smiled and gave her the child. Kiara knew she was the baby. The woman was her godmother Leia, the mother of Joana and Toja ...
The images passed her like lightning. She shivered and pulled the black sword out of its hull. Wolfclaw lit up and suddenly began to bark Zirra. The offended dog voice barked out from the sword. Kiara looked at the sword like the eighth wonder of the world and then let it fall back into the down in which it had been lying in shock.
"What's this?" asked Kiara Mikey."That bark?"
"Yes."
"The ancient dog demon that is trapped in it."
"And the fluff stuff?"
"Dragon fluff, it is very difficult on Galaria, the dragons are very moody when they have young."
"There are dragons on Galaria?"
He nodded the moment he heard Sky attacking Zirra and her
pointed her sword at him. Kiara raised wolf claw, made a huge leap between the two and stopped Zirra's sword with wolf claw. She screamed and bounced back. Sky stumbled to the ground a lot next to Kiara. She drew her sword and let it slide down at Zirra with a gesture that Don-Cerberus couldn't have done better. Kiara closed her eyes, knowing that she was about to vomit if she looked at it now.
She felt Mikey take her in his arms and whisper:
"You beat her and saved Sky's life."
Kiara heard Anschy who only made a strange noise, as if she were collapsing from relief.Shadow started laughing at the tattered sight of Zirra. His brother Dark had moved into a corner so as not to have to see it. Natasha looked at the floor. Kenya and Keyn had already run out to vomit. Barashin was the only one who could look without laughing or spitting. He looked at it arrogantly and then went out without saying anything, even though his stomach turned. Mikey still held Kiara until she pulled away and without looking back, took the Golden Eye out of the chest. Then she closed her eyes and walked past Zirra, who was lying on the floor, then outside to be able to breathe again.
She let herself fall into the sand and began to sob, she had killed a living being to save the life of a comrade. But she didn't feel like a heroine, she was on the ground. Mikey pulled her to her feet and looked into her glassy eyes. Who desperately cried for help with tears.
"You're getting used to it.No fear."
"I can not do this."
"But you've already done it."
"Mikey, I'm just eighteen years old and I killed a person!"
"Kiara, little one. That wasn't human, that was a beast ..."
Kiara caught her breath before sobbing and looked at Sky, who came up to the two of them and carefully stroked Kiara over the head.
"He's right."
Sky smiled.
"Okay, are we going to make our way back?" Mikey asked the gang.
"Yes, I mean," said Natasha.
The others also agreed.
Now it went back. All the way home, Kiara didn't say a word. The moment she killed Zirra, she had to think of Shandini, that is why she had cried, not because she had felt sorry for Zirra, not because she couldn't stand the sight, not even because she had now killed a living being from the universe but because she missed Shandini so much ...
