Chapter 6 ----- Your decision
Alicen and Integra looked at him sullenly and sadly. But Alucard was still smiling, not knowing that his joy would soon freeze.
"Well? What is it? Where is she? Did she come with you too?" He asked, slightly hopeful.
"Um ..." His niece came stammering. Slowly his gentle smile died away and a sad, cold face emerged.
"What's going on here?" He asked monotonously.
"Alucard, it ... I'm ..." She wanted to start, but Integra nudged her lightly so that she looked at her. She shook her head very clearly. Now it was even more confusing and Alucard slowly broke the thread of patience. Without giving a warning, he shouted:
"What's going on here? ... I want to know immediately where Seras is!" Both of them were shocked immediately. They had never seen such an angry face before. Even the evil nature of him was alien to them. But that didn't quench his anger. Angry, he walked up to her quickly, causing both of them to take a few steps back to keep a safe distance in front of him. Alucard didn't mind. He came to them steadfastly, with gentle, dangerous steps.
"Go! Answer! Where is she?" Again there was no answer, only glances that both women gave each other. It was enough for him.
"I said that you should answer me! Where is she !? ... Where is my vampira !!?" It remained quiet like in a grave. Nobody was able to answer him until Alicen suddenly had large tears running down her face.
"Alicen," Integra said worriedly. Alucard was not impressed by the crying. He was still looking at her seriously. Slowly her tears flowed down and her entire face got wet. Her eyes turned red and swollen. The little one didn't cry tears of blood, but salt water, like a person.
"Alicen, what's wrong with you?" She asked, looking worried. The little one, however, immediately wiped the water away and slowly stopped sobbing. The house vampire watched skeptically without knowing where Seras was.
"It's nothing ... I - I have nothing," she said bravely. But Integra didn't believe one of the laboriously pounded words.
"Say ..." she ordered. Alicen immediately stopped crying and looked seriously into his eyes.
"Did you just tell the truth, Alucard?" She asked bravely. He looked at her numbly.
“I asked you if you meant what you said honestly ?!” It got a little louder. He was silent. "Alucard !!! Tell me!"
"Stop it! ... You are just as bad as your mother!" He said reproachfully. “Why do you want to know that…. It's none of your business!” Integra no longer understood the world. It seemed to her that everyone wanted to talk the problem away.
"What ..." she started, but Alicen cut her off.
"Then I am just like my mother, but still ... answer my question!", She said a little more calmly and the tears were in her eyes again.Alucard sighed at her and the anger drained from his face. "Yes," he said quietly and quietly. His little niece started to smile and the joy he had chased away returned to her face.
"I knew ..." she said happily.
"What do you mean?", Integra asked and looked at the two confused. But it was ignored.
"And ... what happened? Where is she now?" Slowly her smile faded and her eyes became cloudy again.
"Mh ..." she sighed slightly. "I don't know exactly ..."
"What?!"
"I only know what happened ..."
"What's this nonsense? Tell me what's going on!" Alucard snapped again.
"Calm down again ... she's probably fine ..."
"Certainly?"
"Yes, definitely, because ... well ... she was kidnapped by the brides.", She said quickly at the end and screwed up her eyes.
He looked at her confused. "By the brides? ..... kidnapped?" He stammered lightly. Alicen opened her eyes slightly again.
"Uh .. yes ..." she added.Integra looked at the two in silence.
"How? When?" He asked.
"Well ... um ..." Alicen didn't dare to tell him the story because she didn't like this calm.
"Just before I wanted to leave.", Integra interfered and proudly lifted her nose. Alucard ignored her gesture and looked only slightly confused in different directions. His mistress had never seen him in such a state, which made her very insecure.
"What is wrong with you?", She asked visibly nervous, but she got no clear answer, just a low mumbling.
"I have to see her ... but how ... Why did she do that? She is strong enough to withstand them! Or is she not? ... What does it all mean?" He asked himself and looked in the direction of his home.
"O ... Uncle?", The little vampire stammered and tried to catch his eye.
"I have to go to her.", He said loudly.
"What?" Asked both women at the same time. The vampire, on the other hand, was still looking at his home."I have to see Seras ... I said." Integra just looked at him in disbelief. She would never have expected something like that from the great Alucard, that he would care about someone, let alone want someone back.
"And how are you going to do that?" She asked calmly again.
"I don't know ..." He said meekly.
"So you just want to go there and claim it? If I got it right. Did you also think that maybe she went with you voluntarily?", She asked proudly. This shocked the vampire, which is why he turned to her and glared at her.
"How can you say that?" He asked sharply and took a step towards her while Integra lit a cigar.
"I don't want to offend you, but you shouldn't ignore this possibility. I could understand it, because how you treated her ...", she continued, puffing smoke from her mouth in the form of a ring.
"What does this mean?", he asked and stopped right in front of her.
"Be honest, even I would have gone with them if they had only ensnared me after what you put on her all the time! You've almost treated her like a toy. If Alicen hadn't suddenly shown up, you'd have yourself developed into a disgust! ", she grumbled now with a sharp tone, which is why the little vampire winced at some of her words, because she screamed them out almost loudly. But Alucard remained calm and listened to her stern words without making a facial expression.
"And what exactly do you want to tell me now? For example, that she would rather stay with my brother than with me?" He asked slightly sarcastically, but always aimed at making her freak out. For once, however, Integra remained calm and puffed her cigar to the end.
"Maybe.", She said dryly and threw the stub on the floor. The last spark went out with one kick.
"If that were true, she would soon find out that Radu is an even bigger ass than me."He let out a loud loud. Alicen, on the other hand, now hid completely behind Integra, because an argument was just hideous for her.
"Why Radu? I thought his name would be Dimitri?" Asked the little girl and peeked out from behind the Hellsing. Alucard looked at her weakly, but then began to grin.
"Who actually told you our family story?" He asked matter-of-factly.
"Um ... my mother ..." she stuttered and let go of Integra.
"I see ..." he said softly and turned back to his mistress.
"Please answer my question ..." It came from Alicen again, who now ventured a little further.
"Because that's what I call him a brother ... is that answer enough?"
"Y ... yes ... yes it is," she stammered.
"Alucard ...", Integra admonished him when he turned his gaze back to her.
“What?” Integra's look turned serious.
"So what do you want to do now?"
"What I wanted to do before you tried to stop me."There was determination in his eyes and no grin crossed his face, which looked unnatural to him.
"But I won't allow it.", She said and passed through his eyes the same look as he did.
"If she really defected to him, you will kill her, along with the other two vampires and your brother! Do you understand me?" She hissed.
"But!", Alicen stammered and stood next to the two who still couldn't look away from each other.
"But ... you can't ask that of him ... that ..."
“Shut up!” Integra interrupted.
“He has to obey my orders, no matter whether it suits him or not!” She still looked into his eyes and slowly you noticed that Alucard was submitting to them.
"She's right, Alicen ... I have a duty to do it," he said calmly.
"But then..."
"I am certainly obliged to, but not willing to fulfill this duty towards Seras.", He added proudly and turned away from the two of them."What?" Exclaimed Lady Hellsing aloud. “Alucard!” Came it again, but he was already too far away to have noticed.
"You arrogant asshole!" She snapped, stomping on the floor.
"Lady Hellsing, please calm down ..."
"Calm down? How am I supposed to calm myself down when he's risking all of our lives again and just because of someone he had treated like crap !?" Alicen looked sad on the floor, knowing she was somehow right.
"Alucard!", Integra interrupted her thoughts. "If you go now, you can stay there right now!" She called to him. But he just looked at her soberly from the side.
"Do you understand me?" She asked emphatically. "If you leave now, you will be fired!"
"Ha ... As that they could afford this!", Alucard said mockingly and turned back to his way.
"As you like, vampire ... then say goodbye to your home," she muttered. Alicen watched this discussion very sadly. Quarreling was no good for her."Lady Hellsing ?! You can't do that ... You know exactly that you need him.", She tried to talk the woman into conscience. But there was no answer, she only got a soft 'peh' from her.
"A ... but ... you have to understand him!" Integra looked down at her angrily.
"What am I supposed to understand? He defies the command of his mistress ... And the reason? The reason is a little naive policewoman whom he made into a creature of the night without my consent ... No, it gets even better ... that she is a vampire is actually not bad, but that he just pushes her around and almost makes her cry, that's just repulsive! If you want to hear my
