CHAPTER 2 UNTITLED
^^ 2 months later (August 17th, 2008) ^^
His heartbreaking weeping broke the silence. Sakura quickly went to her older son, picked him up and rocked him slightly. "Shh, my darling. Don't cry, Ryuu." When the little one had calmed down a bit, she put him back in the cot. Ryuu was more like her in character. Tanjiro, on the other hand, was just as calm and relaxed as his father. He slept calmly. Sighing, Sakura ran back into the kitchen. She missed Kakashi. He had been on the mission for a month now. She sighed again and checked her watch. She had to get ready slowly. She had promised Ino to pick up Ayumi and Chidori around 6 a.m. Ino's daughter really wanted to sleep with Chidori. She quickly changed and put the twins in their stroller. Then she left the house. Since Ino lived only a few streets away, she was there quickly and rang the bell. A beaming Ino opened the door."Hello, Sakura. Come on in." "No thanks, Ino. I want to go back home. I just wanted to get the girls quickly." "Okay." Ino went into the house and came back shortly afterwards with the two girls. "Mama", she was greeted happily and her daughter beamed at her. "Is papa back?", She wanted to know curiously. "No, Chidori-chan. Dad isn't back yet." Her daughter's broad smile faded. She looked sadly at Sakura. "Oh mouse," said Sakura and crouched down. Her daughter hugged her. "Papa will be back. Definitely." Sakura hugged her daughter. She knew exactly that if Kakashi died, her daughter would cry a lot. She was so attached to her father. "When will Papa finally come back?", The silver-haired woman wanted to know. "I don't know, my darling." ° I hope soon, ° she added his thoughts. “Come on, we're going home.” Sakura rose. She started slowly, followed by her daughter and Ayumi.
After dinner, Sakura put the two elders to bed.Ryuu and Tanjiro were already in their cots in the bedroom. Sakura also went to sleep shortly afterwards. She lay in bed for hours, thinking about the time when Kakashi was trapped with Orochimaru. She was mentally over the top at the time. But now that she knew that Kakashi felt the same way as she did, she would probably only stay alive because she didn't want to leave her children behind. Tears welled up in her eyes. "Kakashi, I miss you so much," she mumbled and finally fell asleep.
Less than an hour later, the bedroom opened and a black figure slipped in. He walked quietly to the bed and touched Sakura's shoulder. "Sakura?" He whispered softly. Tired, she opened her eyes and looked directly into this black eye that she had missed so much. She quickly sat up and hugged him. "Finally you are back. I missed you so much, Kakashi." The named put his arms around her tenderly. "I missed you ... you too."How did the mission go? "She wanted to know and ran her hands over his body to convince herself that he was unharmed. He smiled slightly. She was far too worried." Yeah, I'm OK. The mission was successful. "She gently stroked his cheek and peeled off the mask to give him a long kiss. He returned the kiss eagerly. When they had to part, for better or worse, he continued quietly:" I'm just changing quickly . Then I'll come again. "Sakura nodded and watched as her husband struggled out of the dirty ANBU clothes and pulled on a t-shirt. Then he lay down next to his wife and hugged her. Her warm hands ran over his back until hers was one of them Landed on the back of his neck and began to scratch him gently. Accompanied by this movement, he finally fell asleep. Sakura looked at him tenderly for a short while before she snuggled up against him and fell asleep.
Baby screams made Sakura start up.Startled, she looked at Kakashi, who was still slumbering. He had a blessed sleep. Carefully she rolled out of his arms and took both babies in her arms. She quickly opened her blouse so that the two of them could drink. She had just finished breastfeeding and put the boys back in bed when she opened the door with a soft creak and Chidori pounded in. Sakura crouched carefully. "I can't sleep," said the little one. “Why not?” “I'm afraid for Papi.” Oh, right. Chidori didn't know yet that Kakashi was back. Tenderly, Sakura picked up her daughter and carried her to the bed. The little girl widened her eyes when she saw her father slumbering peacefully there. "Can I sleep with you?" She asked pleadingly. Sakura nodded. Chidori was already very independent for her age, but she just loved sleeping with her parents. Slowly she let her daughter sink onto the bed, who immediately crawled over to her father and snuggled up against him.Sakura lay down next to her and hugged her from the other side. The three-year-old sighed with satisfaction. Her papa was finally back.
^^ The next morning (August 18th) ^^
Kakashi opened his eyes slowly. Something was clutching him in his sleep. Slightly astonished, he looked down, straight into the sleeping Chidori's face. Sakura was no longer in bed. He gently stroked his daughter's head, whereupon she opened her eyes. She looked at him happily and clung to his neck. "Chidori missed dad so much," she said. Moved, he pushed Chidori even closer. “Yes, Dad missed Chidori too.” When he thought of Chidori getting older and moving away and starting a family himself, he felt sick. His little princess. He totally loved her. "Come on, Chidori, let's get up. Mama, must have already finished breakfast." The girl nodded happily. Kakashi sat up and pulled on a comfortable sweater and pants. Then he picked up his daughter and went into the kitchen. The Nara girl sat there while his wife set the table. Chidori hopped happily on his arm. "Yumi, Chidori's papa is back," she cheered. Kakashi grinned and let his daughter down again. Then he sat in his chair. Sakura put a tray in front of everyone's nose. "Ah, miso soup," Kakashi said happily. Then everyone started to eat. "Dad, are you training with Chidori today?", The silver-haired woman wanted to know. "Of course," Kakashi agreed.
Weeping rang out from the upper floor. "I'll be right back," said Sakura with a smile and got up to calm her sons down. The others continued to eat when the doorbell suddenly rang. Kakashi got up to open it. Ino was standing there. "Hello, Kakashi. Back again? I wanted to pick up Ayumi." Kakashi nodded. "Ayumi, your mom is here," he called into the kitchen. The little brown-haired padded to the door. "Mommy", she shouted and fell around Ino's neck."Well, my big one. Was it nice with Aunt Sakura?" "Yes." Then Sakura came down the stairs. "Hello Ino," she greeted her best friend. "Hello, Saku. Unfortunately I can't stay long. Shika has his day off today. He'd like to spend it with Ayumi and me," Ino replied smiling. Sakura nodded. "See you," she said goodbye and the Naras left the house. "Dad, train", Chidori grumbled, who just came out of the kitchen. Kakashi smiled and put a hand on her head. "All right. Come on, let's go into the garden." "I'll follow you when I've washed up," said Sakura. Kakashi and Chidori left the house through the back door.
^^ Outside ^^
“What do you want to practice now?” “Throwing villains.” “Well, should I help you again?” “Oh yes, dad help.” Smiling, Kakashi crouched down behind his daughter again and helped her aim. And the shuriken hit in the middle. "So, now show me that you can do it on your own." Chidori nodded and threw the throwing star.He almost hit his target. "You can do it well, Chidori. Just keep practicing. Mama will get you more throwing stars." By the time Sakura joined them, she had already hit the middle several times. "We have a very talented daughter," she said with a smile. “Yes, very talented.” “She will soon be bored at home.” “Yes.” Sighing, she sat down on the grass next to Kakashi and leaned against him. Tenderly he pulled her closer to him. "I missed you so much," Sakura whispered. “You me too, Sakura.” They sat next to each other and watched their daughter when suddenly a messenger from the Hokage appeared. "Kakashi-san, Sakura-sama. The Hokage wants to speak to you both." Then he disappeared again. Kakashi grumbled. “Why did that guy call you -sama?” “I think I saved his life once.” Sakura shrugged and stood up. "Chidori. Tsunade wants to speak to papa and me. Come here." The little girl ran happily towards her parents. "Papa, wear."Cheerfully she stretched out her arms towards him. Kakashi sighed and sat his daughter on his shoulders. Sakura went first into the house and put the twins in their stroller. Then she made the small (xD) family on their way to the Hokage.
