The girl opened her eyes and looked into the rolling sunlight. It used to be
Morning and the birds sang their song while the sky was cloudless and crystal clear
beamed. The gem in the amulet around her neck sparkled across the room.
"Morning, Yukai," she greeted the amulet and got up, telling herself it.
She opened the half-broken wooden shutters. Then she stepped out of it, yawning
Room and stretched as she stepped onto the porch. "Oh," she remarked as she went after
looked down and saw a packet of rice cakes. This house has since been called
The shrine was viewed and people from the surrounding villages and towns brought it
Offerings to appease the family. Nobody believed anyone else
lived from or in this house, but if you believe the passers-by and hikers
then some saw a figure in the form of a girl or one
Kite. But what were rumors worth today?
Chrisi picked up the package and smiled at what was being said. Nobody
knew exactly something about the incident four years ago ... Nobody. Unless it was
Forbidden to the residents ..., this was buzzing around in the head of the now sixteen year old
when she looked around again and then let the door fall.
"Maannn", that long sigh echoed through the seventeen year old's room
had just made himself comfortable on his bed. There was nothing in this weather
close. Somewhere out there on the horizon things were getting better, but here over that
City hung a pesky rain cloud that wanted to hold him in the room.
/ You have to get used to it, my dear ... Not everything dances your way /,
he heard a voice in his head. "I know, I know. I just don't feel like being herelounging around all day, Aiko, "he said, sitting up while he was
stared out the window. "Brother! So there you are!" A voice called out to the boy
let him wince. He hated it when that happened. "What do you want?" He asked
his big brother and turned his head towards the door of the room. "Here when you have time
to lie around so lazily, then please help me and our father set it up, "grumbled
the older one, stomping soaked as he was back out of the room. "Shit," muttered
Velcan Konoraz and had completely forgotten the village festival. He went across the room and
followed his big brother downstairs.
/ You keep getting better /, said the falcon to the boy and then disappeared shimmering
in the morning sun. This was part of his training. Every morning until after sunrise
he continued to practice his swordsmanship. "Yes," he replied, out of breath, leaning on
on the thighs. He took a deep breath and then slipped his katana into the sheath of his sword
back where it belonged. "Let's go home," he muttered and ran over the dam. Just yet
he had run across the water of the river that lay below the dam. The amulet
under his shirt lit up briefly, which meant that the power was currently inactive. So could
you call it anyway. He didn't know why, but lately he's been training harder than
usual and his companion Adriana was more restless than usual. "Good morning, grandfather",
the sixteen year old greeted the man in the kitchen when he was back in town and
arrived at the house. The door clicked shut and the boy ran up the stairs
where he would then take a shower first. When this was done, he came back to the
Kitchen and sat down with the old man. "You seem to be doing very well, James," said
he and looked at his grandson. "Yes I do. Meanwhile, I am perfecting my own style
can, "he said, and finished the tea."Very good," the grandfather praised him happily and
the eye fell on the amulet. "It seems like it will bring you your luck," he said and
James just nodded. He hadn't told his grandfather the discovery he had made.
He had merely rubbed under his nose that it should bring him luck and that he should get it from
an old fortune teller at the festival last year. It should stay that way.
A young man was running down the dirt road. If he wanted his peace, it wasn't a problem
he always went there, after all, he knew his way around out here. And then he always read
free his best friend: Cerva the crow. He circled over him and then warned him
Passers-by whom Aris did not want to meet. With your hands in your pockets and your eyes
lowered, the boy ran through the fields of the city and towards the forest. He still had half a day to go
in front of him until he reached it, but he'd rather be walking here than somehow gibbering around
become. The girls in the village pissed him off. Even if they were pretty
he thought to himself, he needed a break. He couldn't do that to himself in the morning ...
Especially in this bloody heat.
The sun hit the little house on the outskirts of the village and did the job it did
still ahead of him was almost unbearable. She yawned tiredly and stretched as her cat
snaked around the legs. "Oh. Hello, Kira," she greeted her companion in a good mood and supported him
from the windowsill as she stared at the cloudless sky. "Such beautiful weather ...
But much too hot ... ", she muttered as she picked up her companion and back again
went into the shelter of the house. "Today we don't do anything anymore ... It's too hot for that.", Said
the girl and put the cat on the table before touching the bookshelf with her finger
pulled away and looked at book titles. She seemed to be wondering which book to read."You know what? I think we're reading the story of Diamant today," she decided and
pulled out a very old-looking and thick leather-bound book on top of it
The back of the title was emblazoned: >> Diamond: The History of Our Planet <<. The girl
dropped the book on the table as she opened the first few pages.
"How is Chrisi doing?", She asked herself aloud and put her head back and looked
out of the window. She sat cross-legged on her bed - the amulet lying in front of her.
She smiled and shook her head. "She's probably fine," she finished her train of thought
and got up. Until just now she had slept in this bleak rain and then became
awakened by the people who made the preparations for the village festival in Kanzas and already
she sighed. She resolutely decided not to go to the festival tomorrow as she already is
the year before, and that before and the year before as well. She actually had
no desire but at least she had to do that: go to the temple. So she went into that
Kitchen and grabbed the bundle of rice cakes she had made the day before,
put the amulet on and went outside. Immediately the rain cloud poured over
you. Again she sighed, but this time annoyed: "What do you want? I've already had a shower!", Complained
the girl and then stomped in the direction of the village entrance / exit without having received an answer.
Yes. She hated violence and had vowed never to fight again, so she was up
the way to the temple to give the sacrifice to the god that he support her wish and
protect her friends. That sounded old-fashioned, but there was a reason.
