Chapter 8 - Friends are like a net that catches you

Sora waits together with April, Yoko and Hikari for the last 10 minutes to pass and for Vio to come back from her mission. "Oh yes. I have news!" April said suddenly as if a light had come on her. "And which?" Yoko wanted to know. “Tomorrow morning I'll start my service with the 11th Division.” April smiled all over her face. "What? And are you telling us that now?" April laughed, embarrassed. "I forgot," she said. "Is that why you had to go to Unohana Taicho?" Hikari asked interested. April nodded. "And do you think you can get along with Kenpachi?" Sora wanted to know. "Why not? He can't harm me. I'll show him where to go." Sora had to smile a little. That was a funny thought Sora was imagining. But then the door opened and everyone looked at the person who was standing in the door completely out of breath. "Vio ..." came from Sora in which a bad feeling, starting from the stomach area, spread throughout the body. Nobody knew what Vio had observed in the last few hours and everyone was waiting to finally find out what there was to report. "What did you learn?" a concerned Hikari said what everyone wanted to know. Vio went into the apartment without a word and closed the door. She sat down with the others in the room and raised her head. "Well ... I've seen a lot." Vio calmly tried to address the subject. Because it was clear to her that something was wrong with Aizen. The 4 friends all looked at Vio, who was just taking a breath. Nobody dared to say a word, because nobody wanted to stop Vio from saying what she had seen. At heart they all hoped that it wasn't a bad thing that Sora could continue a normal and happy relationship with Aizen, but in truth, they all just wanted to convince themselves. Their real feeling told them that their suspicions would likely harden that Shinji was right and that Aizen was pursuing a cruel plan.

Vio didn't want to keep her friends, especially her best friend Sora, waiting any longer. She wasn't going to make it beautiful what she'd seen. So she just started talking. But we forgot one thing: Sousuke is a master at hypnosis. He had created an illusion that made it impossible for us to see what was in this piece of forest: It was a cave. Quite a big cave. And the interesting thing is yet to come. I tried to follow him into the cave as best I could. I couldn't go in completely, otherwise he would have discovered me. But I've seen enough. There were innumerable cages in the cave. However, they were mostly vacant. Except for two, which Sousuke was standing in front of. In these two cages were hollow masks. They were broken and small. But they were hollow masks. It was terrifying. Because Aizen brought out small creatures from a cage that lay far in the cave: rats or mice. I can not say it exactly. Hikari's question. Yoko sighed. "Since Shinji expressed this suspicion, I had a bad feeling about what affected him. And now ..." Vio agreed with Yoko. Since then she has also harbored increasing suspicions of Aizen. "Still. We have to pretend we don't know anything about it and most importantly: We have to be there for Sora! We mustn't let her fall. So come on! We're on our way now!" said Vio with a very motivated and confident voice. “Yes, let's go and look for them.” April said to Vio afterwards. Hikari and Yoko also agreed and so they went to look for Sora. They wanted to be there for her and talk to her. If she doesn't want to, she could tell you later. Now the four just wanted to make sure that Sora is fine.

Meanwhile, Sora was standing in front of a house that she knew very well. She didn't stand in front of the house long before she went up the few stairs and stood in front of the front door. For a moment a thought occurred to me whether she should really be here at this time, but she immediately discarded this thought and knocked several times on the door of the house. Unfortunately there was no reaction to be seen at first. She did not see if the one in the house was awake and therefore she knocked even more violently and vigorously. At some point she had the sign she had hoped for, because she saw through a window how the light came on in the room and the shadow that someone was walking to the door. After a short noise, which sounded like the key being turned in the hole, the door opened. Sora looked at the one who was overslept and a little annoyed at her and immediately started to talk before the other one came along. "I'm sorry, Usagi. You were right. I was an idiot and blind with love. That's why I risked it and argued with you. Even though you and the others are my best friends and I shouldn't have reacted like that. Vio has been watching Sousuke for the last few hours and has discovered that he has a secret. "During these sentences Sora began to cry relentlessly. She couldn't hold back her tears. Thoughts circled through her head and she couldn't place them. Usagi, however, knew that Sora wasn't finished yet, so nothing was said yet. Sora took a deep breath and tearfully said: "He lied to us all. He deceived everyone! Above all, he lied to me and used me!" In the meantime, Vio, Hikari, Yoko and April had run past the street and had Sora weeping heard who stood in front of Usagi and were now also on site. "The whole time he had nothing better to do than do this to me!He was playing with me and doing all these experiments while doing it. And what did all of this lead to? That I doubt myself, that I doubt you and Shinji! "Sora couldn't stop shedding her tears and Usagi had already accepted her apology when she stood in front of her door. So she just hugged Sora and hugged her to calm her down. While the crying Sora was comforted by Usagi stood Vio, Hikari, April and Yoko a few meters further away and watched everything. Usagi looked at them and gave them the sign that they should come over to her.

When they arrived at Usagi's house, everyone first went into their living room and sat down. Usagi alternated between the kitchen and living room and for a moment forgot her hatred of the young Kuchiki who had killed her brother and was for a moment the same Usagi that she was before the tragic accident. She made tea for her friends and after it was finished she sat down next to Sora and handed out the cups. Meanwhile a few minutes had passed and Sora had calmed down a bit. The others had meanwhile told Usagi what discoveries Vio made. But only now did Sora really notice that her friends were here too. "What are you doing here?" she asked around. Yoko was the first to speak. “We were worried, thought you might need someone to talk to and that's why we went to look for you.” Touched by this gesture of her friends, Sora felt guilty and bowed her head.
