After bringing the ship back to Jack, they rode back to the house. Once there, Danny sat down in one of the armchairs in the living room and thoughtfully turned the stone in her hands. 'What is he for? I just know that I had to find him before her ... but I don't know what he can do. 'She didn't notice how Yami quietly entered the room and watched her.
Suddenly she jumped up and ran to the door, but ran halfway into the former pharaoh. Confused, she sat on the ground and stared up at him. "Where are you from?", She asked in amazement and picked up the stone that had fallen from her hand. "I've been standing here the whole time.", Yami grinned and held out his hand. "Come on ... it's getting late" Danielle nodded and took his hand to pull herself back to her feet.
As soon as she stood up again, she was pushed out of the living room. "Hey Yami, keep calm," she mumbled softly and just shook her head slightly. "We both have to compete in the tournament tomorrow ... so sleep now!", He said and pushed her gently to the bed. "Of course ... you're just out to cuddle," she grumbled softly and Yami grinned. "Exactly"
But as soon as Yami touched her again, it flashed and suddenly Yugi and Yami stood in front of her. "What the heck?", The girl called and pointed to the two: "How could that happen?" 'The stone separates souls? 'Yami and Yugi were amazed when they both faced each other. "How did you do that?" Was Yami's question. "I think that was my stone," she grins and a problem had already been resolved for her -ari could now be with Yugi. Immediately she took Yugi's hand and pulled him out of the room. "I'll take you to another room ... you can stay in it until the tournament is over ...", she said friendly. Yugi stopped and looked at her suspiciously: "Did you do that on purpose?" Danny shook his head. "No ... I didn't know what the stone can do myself ..." Yugi nodded to show her that he believed her.
Meanwhile, Yami stood on Danny's balcony and looked down at the city. The Orion Stone was still on the bed, but he didn't know. 'I wish I knew a little more about my past ...' he thought to himself and looked at the star-studded sky. But his wish should be granted ...
A bang and Kari, who had been sitting on her bed, fell into a deep hole, and so did Yami, who opened his eyes in horror when he saw the black depth below him. But Yugi also enjoyed falling. When Danny opened the door to her room, she only saw Yami fall and when she ran to the hole herself, it disappeared again. "What was going on here?", She asked herself and was about to go to Kari when a voice came from behind her: "She is not there ... she is in the past too ... just like Yugi ..." -but ... how are you ...? who? "" The Pharaoh expressed a wish in his mind and it was so strong that the stone simply fulfilled it "" WHAT? "shouted Danielle and looked at hers in disbelief Opposite: "Anubis, you can't be serious! But ... actually I should also ..." "No you don't ..." he said and threw something to her. "This is your hourglass ... but you have to give it back to me as soon as you get there ... you know why" Danielle nodded and turned the hourglass over. Then she thought of the palace, the house she used to live in and the Pharaoh. The little hourglass lit up immediately and when she opened her eyes the next time, she was standing in front of a house as a little girl.
Anubis immediately appeared next to her and she handed him the hourglass. "You will now experience everything again ... in the end you will remember everything ... the others don't know anything about the future or their later life at the moment" "So only I can remember ...?" Anubis nodded and put a hand on her shoulder. "You too will forget everything about the future as soon as I have disappeared ...." The girl nodded and the god of the dead disappeared. She immediately forgot everything.
"Kija!", Suddenly called a voice, "Come here!" The little eight year old girl had black hair - without Danny's purple streak - and blue eyes.
She immediately ran to her father, who had called her. “Have you already looked after your horse?” Kija looked at the ground and shook her head. "No father" "Then you still have something to do before you come to eat!" Said her father sternly and turned away. She looked after him angrily and stepped on the sand. "I hate that," she mumbled and walked over to the Nile, which glistened in the sunlight. Yasmin, Kija's horse, stood on the bank. The black horse raised his head and neighed gently as Kija approached. The girl slowly stroked the horse and it seemed as if the animal wanted to cheer up its owner by trying to push her into the water. "YASMIN!", Kija shouted startled and landed roughly in the water. The horse looked around before it began to speak: "Come on Kija ..." The little girl immediately jumped up and hissed: "Shut up! What if someone hears that?" The animal only whinnied again and bowed his head.
"KIJA!", Came the angry voice of her father. "What the hell does he want again?", Kija growled and slowly walked back to the house. "Next time you hurry up!" Said her mother. 'I keep wondering how you can deal with your own child like that,' she said silently to herself and sat down at the table, disgruntled.
After dinner, she left the house as quickly as possible. She grabbed Yasmin and rode a little through Thebes, always in the direction of the palace. "Sometimes I think I can remember what it looks like in there, but I've never been in there ..." she muttered to Yasmin while looking at the palace. The horse neighed and trotted faster towards the huge building. The animal stopped in front of it and when Kija looked at the gates, she was suddenly approached by one of the guards: "Can I help you? Would you like to see Pharaoh?" Kija didn't know what to say. The guards took the silence as shyness and unceremoniously brought the girl to the throne room.
Then they knocked and entered with her. "But I didn't mean to ..." she began, but the guards just shake their head. Immediately they fell on their knees before the Pharaoh. "My Pharaoh ... we picked up this girl in front of the palace ... we think that she wants to see you, but apparently she is too shy ..." "I AM NOT SHY!", Kija shouted and crossed her arms insults the arms in front of the chest. The Pharaoh looked at her very closely and when she looked him in the eyes, he got up. "What's your name?" He asked and the girl said softly: "Kija!" "That can't be ..." the Pharaoh whispered and came up to her. The guards gave each other strange looks, because they did not know such behavior from Pharaoh Aknamkanon. Then he turned to the two men: "You have brought my daughter back to me ... you will be rewarded ..." Not only the two guards, but also Kija fell from the clouds. "What do you mean ... your daughter?", Kija asked and looked at the man in front of her blankly. "Four years ago my daughter was kidnapped ...", the Pharaoh began, but was interrupted by Kija: "Who tells you that you are not mistaken? I mean, it could be any other girl from this country .. . "Angry she looked at him, she didn't want to believe it, even if it was just too nice. She hated her family. "The same name ..." the Pharaoh began to enumerate. “That could be a coincidence!” “How old are you?” “I'm eight” “My daughter should be eight now!” Said the Pharaoh and looked down at her. "II can remember what it looks like here in the palace", Kija finally admitted and now she looked at him. Sea-blue eyes met purple, almost amethyst-colored. "You see ...!" Said the pharaoh happily. Then there was silence. "I hate her," said the girl quietly after a while, "the two who pretended to be my parents." Aknamkanon nodded slightly to her before turning to the two guards who had stood quietly on the sidelines. "You have found the princess of Egypt again ... for that I owe you ..." The guards bow before the ruler and left the room. "You will both be rewarded for it," said the Pharaoh cheerfully and took his daughter in his arms.
"I'll have to get used to it now," said Kija thoughtfully and looked up at him.Aknamkanon laughed softly and then became serious again: "I have to punish those who kidnapped you back then!" Kija nodded indifferently: "As far as I'm concerned." The Pharaoh was slightly surprised at her reaction. “You really hate them, don't you?” Kija looked at the floor and said softly: “I always got to feel how much they hated me and that has turned into anger .... Meanwhile I hate them just as much how she made me ... "Aknamkanon looked down at her and heard the bitterness in her voice. "I think we should 'visit' her tomorrow," said the Pharaoh after a few minutes of silence and Kija agreed. "Then I'd better introduce you first ... your mother was worried sick at the time ..."
So it came about that Kija was taken to a room in which sat a woman with jet black hair and blue eyes. At first the woman did not see Kija, only her husband. "Aknamkanon? What's going on?" She asked in a friendly voice. "I think you should take a look at this little girl," he smiled gently and took a step aside so the woman could see Kija.
"But ... that ... Kija?" Stuttered the woman, who looked incredibly similar to her. "Where does she come from?" Asked the woman and tears welled up in her eyes. Pharaoh sat down with her and took her in his arms. Then he whispered to her: "Nayla calm down ... two guards picked her up in front of the palace ... they thought the girl wanted to come to me. It was probably the will of the gods that she came back to us ... "Immediately, Nayla jumped up and hugged her daughter in her arms. "Kija ..." she sobbed and hugged the girl tightly. However, Kija just stood there. Inwardly, she knew
