"But why?", Yami showed only too clearly that he didn't understand. "What does Dany have to do with it?"
"I'm ... your cousin." Ria looked down at the floor, embarrassed.
However, Yami began to get upset. "Did she instigate you to do this?"
Ria quickly looked up and shouted, "No!"
But Yami was absolutely convinced that it was.
"Yami, no, that's not true!" Ria whispered. But Yami no longer listened to her. He turned and walked angrily after Tea.
Tears wet Ria's face; she knew she'd done crap. "What did I do?" She whispered and sank to the floor.
Dany had been waiting for Ria all afternoon, but the little one didn't appear until late in the evening. When Ria entered the house, Dany was standing in the kitchen making tea.
"Ria? Is that you?" Came a hoarse voice from the kitchen.
Ria swallowed briefly and tried to answer as normally as possible: "Yes, it's me! I'm sorry I'm late, I had a couple of friends show me around the city!"
“It's all right!” Dany stood in the doorway; she had a blanket over her shoulders. She was still pale, but seemed to be feeling better.
"What about you?" Dany asked worriedly.
"Yeah, I'm just a little tired.", Ria smiled pained and slowly climbed the stairs.
Dany sat back on the couch in the living room while Ria shuffled into Dany's room dejectedly.
Now she couldn't hold back her tears anymore. "If she finds out!" Ria whimpered softly. "And of all people I can't enchant him either!"
At that moment Lianne came home. She immediately forced Dany to stay at home for a few more days, which she only grumbled.
But Ria was relieved. So maybe she could straighten it out the next day. Seized by this hope, she became a little happier again.

The next morning, Ria stood spellbound in front of the school and waited for Yami.
He and Tea met her; Tea completely ignored Ria.
"Yami!", Ria said, but he stopped and asked: "What do you still want?"
"Yami, I have to get something right. You got something totally wrong!"
"I rather think that I understood very well! Where is your dear cousin today?", Yami said coldly and let his gaze wander over the courtyard.
"She is at home! She is still sick."
"What a coincidence, too!", Yami said slightly spitefully while Ria was getting more and more panicked.
"Yami, please, listen to me!", She almost begged, but he left her freezing cold.
"No thanks!" He said and made a disparaging gesture.
Ria bit her lip. "That can't be true! What should I do now?"

All day long, Yami Rias ignored further attempts to speak to him in order to properly explain the fact.Almost crying again, Ria sat in the bus that afternoon and tried to remain calm.
Arrived at home, Ria was greeted by Dany, who was already lively again. In contrast to the previous day, she was no longer so pale and also no longer too hoarse.
"Mum says I can go back to school tomorrow!" Dany shouted as Ria closed the front door.
Ria put on a pained smile. "Great, Dany!"
"Yes, it was getting boring ...", Dany said and went back into the kitchen.
Ria stopped and bowed her head. "I'm so sorry, Dany ..." she whispered, although she knew Dany couldn't hear it.
The next morning drew on quickly; stormy, cool and gray. The sky, anthracite-colored, lay over the unequal couple as they walked to the bus stop.
Dany yawned as she got on the bus with Ria.
"What's the matter with you today?" Dany asked with a slight concern in her voice. "You are so quiet today ..."
"Oh, I'm just tired again!", Ria smiled briefly before she sank into her silence again.
"I can understand it well.", Dany muttered and yawned again.
When they dropped out at school, Dany wanted to wait for Mai and Seto, who usually came later, but Ria tried to stop them.
Only when Dany spotted Mai and waved to her did Ria stop. Dany paused as Mai walked past her ignorantly.
"What's the matter with her?" Asked Dany Ria, but she didn't answer.
"Hey May!" Dany called. The one called turned around and looked down at Dany in disgust.
"How can you?" Asked Mai disparagingly.
But Dany just looked at her confused. "What do you mean?"
“Oh, don't pretend!” Shouted Mai and turned away from Dany; ran straight to her classroom.
Dany stood there and didn't really know what had just happened. Ria, however, looked like she wanted to disappear.
Dany followed Mai; Ria followed her too, albeit cautiously.
When Dany entered the classroom, followed by Ria, the whispering that had been going on all the time stopped.
Unsure, she wanted to go to her seat, but Seto stopped her.
“Tell me, what are you thinking of?” His eyes literally bored through her.
"W-what?" Asked Dany, backing away a little.
But Seto was pushed away by none other than Yami. This looked down at her angrily. "Why don't you tell us directly?" He asked in a calm, but ice-cold voice.
Dany, who couldn't follow at all, just looked at him slightly uncertainly. "W-what do you mean?"
“That you want to break me and Tea apart?” Yami's voice grew icier.
"B-but I haven't ... Who says I want that?" Dany asked confused.
Yami gave a cold laugh. "Who says I want this?" He mimicked her voice. Some laughed. Dany looked like she was about to cry.
Yami, however, didn't stop: "Next time don't send your cousin!You can also come yourself! "
Dany's mouth fell open. "W-what, but ... No! I haven't ... What does Ria have to do with it?"
Ria stood in the doorway and swallowed hard.
"Get out of here!" Hissed Yami. Many in the class followed suit. "I only love Tea! So stay out of our things! Oh and one more thing:", he pulled Tea to him, "You're the only one I really hate now!"
Dany only sagged her shoulders; Tears easily robbed her of sight.
Then she turned and stormed past Ria out of the room; the others started laughing.

Ria turned around and wanted to go after Dany, but she was already gone.
"Dany!" She called.
Danielle was now sitting on the smeared bench at the bus stop. Tears ran down her cheeks; she kept sobbing.
"Why?", She whispered, "Why am I just unlucky?"
She sagged and sniffed every now and then while tears dripped onto the floor. Passers-by ran past her; looked at her like an animal in a zoo. But Dany didn't care.
She just got on the next bus. She didn't care where it was going either; she just got off the bus on the edge of Dominos and stretched her legs.
Ria stood in the courtyard during the break; she hoped Dany was still here after all, but her hope was in vain. Dejected, she sat on a bench under an old oak tree and stared absently at the floor.
"Hey ... you are Ria, aren't you?", Suddenly a soft voice asked above her. Ria looked up and looked Yugi Muto in the face. She nodded.
"What's the matter with you? You look like a pile of misery!", Yugi stated.
Ria swallowed hard again and mumbled: "I screwed up shit and my cousin is allowed to pay for it now .... She can't help it!"
Yugi looked at Ria sympathetically. "Danielle is your cousin, isn't she?"
Ria nodded again.
"What my brother did this morning was wrong!"
Ria suddenly laughed out loud. "Tell him that. I don't know where Dany has gone now!"
Before Yugi could reply, the doorbell rang to enter.
"I'll see you sometime ...", Ria muttered absently and stepped towards the school building.

Dany was now sitting by a small lake. She took a flat stone and threw it into the water. With a loud splash it severed the surface of the water. The water droplets hit her face, but it didn't really bother her. The water just mixed with her salty tears anyway.
It soon began to rain; heaven wept with Dany. The rain was getting heavier; it was pouring like buckets when Dany finally got up and went back to the bus stop. The day had given way to the evening. It was getting dark; you hardly saw anything.
The bright light on the bus didn't bother her; she didn't pay any attention to it anyway.
She only had the strange couple in view that sat a couple of seats in front of her, tightly embraced.Dany forced herself to look outside. But it was already dark enough that you could only see the lanterns.
Loneliness took over her heart. She wanted to go back to England. She wanted her old life back. She wished to be with Zoé and James again. Zoé would understand; stand in front of them. Zoé would have made it clear to Yami that Dany had known nothing. Her mind drifted to Ria.
'She got me this shit! ", she thought angrily.
The bus stopped and Dany got out. It was still raining heavily, but at least that way you couldn't see her tears. Her mother said nothing to her when Dany walked through the kitchen.
"Do you want to stay at home tomorrow? You don't look good!", Lianne said and Dany nodded.
"Yes!" She said hoarsely and began to tremble.
"Put on something dry! Otherwise you will only get sicker!", Her mother warned again.
"Yes I do!"
She went up the stairs; went straight to her room. Ria wasn't in this one, and her things weren't here either.
Dany was rightly so; she didn't want to see the blonde anymore.
With dry clothes and a fresh shower, Dany threw herself on her bed and stared at the ceiling. She couldn't cry anymore, she just wanted to get out of here.
Dany closed her eyes for a moment and fell asleep from exhaustion.
