JB-chan felt herself gradually waking up. At first she had a headache, but then she began to feel her body again. She heard a few voices from surgeons about to operate on her. She wanted to scream in the pain, but she couldn't move! She felt the surgeons cut around inside her. The tortured woman wanted to be passed out again, but unfortunately this did not happen. There she came to an English horse seller who sold magnificent animals. Among all the animals he found one that argued a lot and hunted the others. The seller said it was a quarter horse that was infinitely aggressive and that he wanted to put it to sleep. But JB bought it and just walked away with it.
(What a beautiful animal), she thought, and stroked the brown man's black mane. "From now on you will be called Bloodstorm because you like to bite others with blood!"
JB was the only one the animal was friendly to. Half of her was a kind of horse herself, so she could talk to animals.
She applied to be a cowgirl with a wild girl named Calamity Jane, who had it all.She learned from her how to fight, drink like a camel and, above all, how to tend a herd of cattle. She stayed with her for 2 years. A lot happened during that time, including this operation.
Since her attack on the school, she also trained her mystical skills. She also devoted herself to martial arts, in which she was even very successful.
One day a bunch of thieves stole a couple of horses. This gang had allied themselves with an Indian tribe and gave them the animals. JB wanted them back and crept into the camp at night and untied the horses to ride away with them. But she didn't get far. The Indians had noticed the robbery and were pursuing them. A wild chase began.
JB pushed Bloodstorm faster and faster to help them escape. The stolen horses had already run ahead because they were not carrying any weight. The girl was terrified. Arrows always shot just past her. She could already feel the pursuers on her neck.Suddenly she felt a pain in her left shoulder. She was startled when she saw the tip of an arrow sticking forward through her shoulder. The wound was bleeding profusely.
But at the right moment she came up with a trick: she let herself hang on her side and pretended to be dead. The Indians believed she was actually dead and let go.
JB got back into the saddle and looked at the morning sun, which glowed reddish. The cowgirl was chased through the night.
She rode slowly on, trying to find the horses again. After an hour she found them too. They were grazing by a large rock by a river. She dismounted and sat in the shade. The wound ached and went black before her eyes. She looked at the arrow that had pierced her shoulder from behind. She was annoyed because she didn't have any first aid kit with her. She knew she was going to die - all alone. She closed her eyes and sighed softly.Suddenly she felt a gentle nudge on the back. She looked up. It was her horse Bloodstorm. JB smiled a bit and scratched his nostrils and whispered: "It's okay. I'm glad you're with me." The horse lay down next to her and licked her hand.
JB was getting weaker and weaker. But suddenly she noticed a shadow coming from above. She couldn't believe her eyes. It was a black pegasus with bat wings! At first she thought it was her father, but it wasn't him. Her wound hurt more and more. She longed for her home. For love, security. Then her eyes went black. Her horse was getting restless.
Gradually the girl woke up and looked at the night sky. The full moon shimmered white. She didn't know where she was. (Am I dead? Where am I? What happened to me?) She sat up and looked around. A campfire was burning in front of her. On a tree trunk sat an attractive boy with black hair who was carving.JB couldn't believe her eyes. It was Rai! "Haven't seen you in a long time, JB. Hy!" Said the boy and smiled. "Rai? What are you doing here? I haven't seen you in a long time!" "I also emigrated to Texas since our school exploded. The authorities believed I had something to do with it because I was the only one who survived. It's funny that we meet, isn't it? I found you injured here today. I took care of you. You were unconscious and a horse was lying next to you. Is that yours? " grazed. "Yes, that's mine."

The next day they rode to Calamity Jane and brought the stolen animals back to her.
From that day JB and Rai became partners. They trained together and looked after the cattle.
