Sesshoumaru was still standing across from her and handed her a towel (I know where he got that from). As if in a trance, the girl grabbed it and first ruffled her hair a bit and then laid it on her shoulders. But she did this completely absent-mindedly, all her attention was focused on the demon in front of her, who was still smiling at her. It went on for several minutes. Without even batting an eyelid, Yuka stood there and always stared at the same spot. Until suddenly someone was waving his arms around in front of her eyes.It seemed as if the girl had been in another world until now. Because after she opened and closed her eyes a few times in amazement, she realized that Sesshoumaru was already no longer in front of her, he had completely disappeared. As much as she turned in all directions, he was nowhere to be seen.
When she had given up, she turned to the person who had brought her out of her mind again, as one could not otherwise expect, it was Kagome, who looked at her friend strangely and asked slowly: "Can you explain to me what that there just meant? "At the moment, Yuka was unable to do more than shake her head. Lost in thought, she let Kagome lead her back to the cave and leaned against a cave wall. At Kagome's request to get some dry clothes, Kouga immediately disappeared into the forest. Now she turned to her friend, worried, she walked slowly towards her and sank carefully onto the floor next to her.Yuka stared blankly at some point in the middle of the cave. Besides, I can actually conclude from the explanations of the others that he is usually not like that. And again and again the image goes through my head how he grabbed Kagome earlier. But with me he was so very different. Right now he didn't mind helping me at all, although everyone was watching. But where did he go? .... '

A light breeze made his hair float through the air. Confused and dreamy at the same time, he leaned against a tree and looked up at the sky. He just couldn't explain all of this to himself, how could such a thing have happened? He Sesshoumaru had actually helped a human woman. He who hates people profoundly should be considerate of people.Why couldn't he do anything to her when she stood in front of him, a little scared? And why had he smiled at her and pulled her out of the lake? Why did he always feel the urge to just take her in his arms? ... He bowed his head and clenched his hands in the white hair. That was simply impossible, yes, it couldn't be! Tense he tried to simply banish these thoughts from his brain, such thoughts, such feelings didn’t fit any demon and a strong one! Thoughtfully, he directed his head towards the white clouds that were slowly moving over the light blue surface. Dreamily he followed the extravagant flight of a swallow ... 'But maybe ... Can I really have no feelings? ..... no other than hatred? '...

But Sesshoumaru wasn't the only one indulging in his thoughts. Not too far from him, someone, not exactly unknown, was sitting in a tree. Inuyasha stared at the sky with a sad expression on her face.About 12 hours ago he had learned from Yaken that in two days he would meet his brother in the village of Iruna. After this news he immediately left for there, followed by all his friends. They had arrived here about an hour ago, they were still in the forest that stretched on the edge of the village. Sango had broken into this with Kirara. to keep an eye out and have a little chat with the residents. It could be that Sesshoumaru was seen somewhere. Miroku, on the other hand, went straight to the search for Kagome and is somewhere in the area. Shippo had been able to persuade him to go.
But Inuyasha, he just sat joyless on his branch and looked into the light of the slowly appearing moon. Everything around him grew darker, as did his mood. He just didn't know how this could happen. His brother had kidnapped Kagome, only because of this sword, which he couldn't hold anyway, in any case Inuyasha doubted that he would plant a human arm again.The Hanyou and Kagome already had almost all parts of the Shiko no tama together, but they only kept them together with great difficulty. Demons kept coming to steal it, but worst of all was that Naraku was still after them too. And what about Kikyo, no one could really say which side she was on, his or that of the great enemy .... It was all hard enough, but now that too. 'Oh, Kagome. Why did that just have to happen ... I don't want to lose you too ... I ... I ... l ..... 'Desperately he let his head drop on his knees, even single tears ran down his cheeks.
At times only the light of the moon lit the landscape. Miroku and Shippo had come back some time ago, now Sango and Kirara have also joined them. Inuyasha had only noticed her arrival incidentally, he was almost completely in his mind, that was just too much, 'He will atone for that!Brother, you will pay for that! 'he curses to himself.
His friends just looked up at him sympathetically, but thought it better to leave him alone. They talked quietly to one another. "What should we do now? There was silence, nobody really knew what to do. "Can't we just finish Sesshoumaru?", The little Shippo asked confidently. With a small smile, Sango ruffled his hair: "Unfortunately that is not possible. Even Inuyasha has not yet been able to defeat him properly." The fox demon lowered his head sadly: "But Kagome, we have to save her somehow ... "Nobody knew what to say about it anymore. The other two sagged, too, while Kirara rested her head on Sango's lap, who flickered a smile over his lips for a brief moment.Ever since Sango met Kagome, she became more and more of a friend to her. The demon fighter was extremely worried about her, what would happen when the time came?
