23) The Prophecy


Ryo stepped up to Shin who was watching from a distance as Son Gohan and Kibito entered the ring: "Eh good afternoon, Mr. Shin, I have to talk to you!" - "Yes what is it, boy. The time is not right now!" - "Exactly, that's what it's about, I know who you are and why you are here. You are the Kaioshin, the god of the Kaios, and you are here to prevent Boo from being resurrected." The Kaioshin looked at him amazed: "A- but, how do you know that? "-" They would never believe that, but I know the future, and I know that Spopowitsch Son Gohan will come soon. Besides, I know that if I do nothing, Boo will be resurrected! " you sure? "" Yes, and he will soon destroy the earth. "The Kaioshin was shocked what should he do? - "And how can we prevent that?" - "There is only one possibility:" Vegeta is not allowed to come! "


"Why?" - "Because Babidi can control him because of his evil heart, then he will force Son Goku to fight him.They will release such great energy that Boo will be resurrected. "-" So Vegeta just has to stay here and everything will be fine? " -"I hope so!!"


"We have to talk to Son Goku !!!" Ryo and the Kaioshin quickly set off to say yes to Son Goku. Son Goku ah who talked to like Kibito and Son Gohan. "Gohan should fight as Super Sayajin?" said Son Goku aloud to Kuririn. Piccolo called Gohan 's name and then nodded to him.


Son Gohan began to transform while the Kaioshin and Ryo were talking to Son Goku.


“Is that really true?” Son Goku didn't know if he should believe them, but Ryo could prove it to him. "Son Goku, watch out as soon as Son Gohan has become an ultra-sayajin, the guy who has just fought Videl will attack him and suck his energy away." At that moment, Son Gohan broke the boundary to ultra-sayajin.


Son Goku turned around and saw Spopovich jumping at him with a strange device in his hand.Son Gohan turned around and the Kaioshin had to hold him back so that he doesn't fight back. "But what are you doing?" asked Son Goku. "Please do not do anything, otherwise the whole plan is in danger!"


Spopowitsch met Gohan with the energy sucker. Gohan slumped and Spopovich flew away. "Now we have to follow him!" called the Kaioshin. "All right, I'll come with you!" Son Goku rose into the air and the others followed him. Meanwhile, Kibito healed Son Gohan so that he could come too. Vegeta wanted to fly with me too, albeit grumpy, but Ryo held on to him: "No, not Vegeta, you mustn't come with us, otherwise the world will end!" - "Don't talk shit, you worm!" Vegeta yelled at him and wanted to tear himself away but Son Goku stopped him: "I'm sorry Vegeta but he's right!"


Vegeta landed again pushed Ryo aside and left the arena on the way out he shouted: "I resign, you can go on without me!"


All but C18, Videl, Mighty Mask, Ryo (he couldn't have helped anyway), Jewel, Mister Satan and Killer rose into the air and followed the Kaioshin ...

24) The quarter finals


The announcer and the referee consulted and decided to continue with the tournament as if Group Z had never been there. The list has been changed:


Videl vs. Spopowitsch = Videl


Jewel vs. Ryo =?


Mighty Mask vs. C18 =?


Mister Satan vs. Killer =?


"Ladies and gentlemen, since several fighters had to be disqualified, the fight between Jewel and Ryo continues. Ryo and his opponent entered the arena. The audience cheered Jewel, he was probably the most popular fighter after Satan and Videl.


"And ring free !!!!!" shouted the announcer. Jewel stormed up to Ryo and hit him several times, but Ryo simply dodged and punched his chin once with his fist. Jewel collapsed and was tallied. The announcer raised Ryo 's right arm and shouted into his microphone: "Ryo won! And as I would like to say, absolutely superior!"


The audience applauded as if Ryo had taken Jewel's place.

Ryo went back to the waiting room where Videl congratulated him extensively: “You did a great job with just one punch.” Oh, he wasn't an opponent, the next fight will be much harder. "Videl looked at the patched table with the names of the fighters.


"Oh, there is no such thing, we have to fight against each other!"


“Yes!” The two went back to the entrance of the waiting room to watch the next fight. In the ring now C18 and Mighty Mask faced each other.


Ryo swallowed: "This is going to be tough!"


"Huh?" Videl managed to get out, but she didn't need to ask anymore, because at that moment the fight began. 18 and Mighty Mask charged towards each other. (the rest of the fight goes like in the manga except for one small thing) Mighty Mask gathered energy in her hands and shot a Kiai shot at 18 which she also hit and fired on the ground. "Damn it," she exclaimed. Mighty Mask landed in the ring and was declared the winner.

(Another little explanation about the character Mighty Mask for those who don't know him yet.


There are Son Goten (the second son of Son Goku) and Trunks (Vegeta's son) who took part in the disguise of another fighter after the children's tournament because they were bored)


"In the next fight we will finally see our champion Mister Satan, he will compete against killers," the announcer heated the crowd a little, until finally Mister Satan appeared at the entrance to the waiting room and made some embarrassing poses. Videl turned around she didn't want to watch her father make a monkey.


Then Killer appeared, he wasn't particularly happy. No wonder because Satan is stronger than him despite everything.


The two entered the ring and the announcer yelled: "Ring free !!"


Killer ran at Satan and wanted to hit him, but Satan caught his fist and hit him 10 times in the stomach then 10 times in the face and that was it. Killer was defeated on the ground.Satan again made one of his cruel poses that Videl hated so much.


After a crazy round of applause for him, the announcer called out the fights of the semi-finals:


1st fight: Ryo vs. Videl


2nd fight: Mister Satan vs. Mighty Mask


And with that the quarter-finals were over ...


25) The video game


Meanwhile Son Goku, Son Gohan and the Kaioshin had arrived in Babidi's ship.


(To explain: Group Z had arrived at Babidi's ship with the Kaioshin and Kibito and saw how the magician Babidi killed Spopowitsch (really tasty scene).


With the magician there was a red guy whom the Kaioshin recognized as Dabra and a weak servant named Puipui. Now it turned out that Babidi and his people knew exactly that the Kaioshin and the others were there. He gave Dabra (probably the kind of devil of the DBZ world) the order to lure her into the ship. So Dabra flies to the team and first kills Kibito, then he spits on Kuririn and Picollo, who then turn to stone.The Kaioshin says that they will only transform back when Dabra is dead. Son Goku, Son Gohan and the Kaioshin then fly into the ship after Dabra. The ship is set up like a video game: There are 4 rooms one below the other and you can only get from one to the other if you defeat the fighter in this room. So now it goes on)


The three of them stood in a round room with a hatch in the floor and a door on the wall.


"Strange room," said Gohan. Then his gaze fell on the door that opened now. Behind it stood Puipui: "Do you three weaklings want to fight me?"


"Well if it has to be!" said Son Goku bored, "Actually, I just want to fight Dabra!" - "Well, you won't get to him until you beat me!"


"Well then!" Son Goku looked at the Kaioshin: "Do you want him?" - "What? What are you talking about?" "I want to know if you want to fight him?" is incredibly strong we have to fight together."Son Goku looked at Son Gohan:" Do you want son? "-" Oh no, flatten him then we can go on. "


Puipui looked at her questioningly, as did the Kaioshin. "Ok, I'll do it" with these words, Son Goku turned into a super sayajin and raised a hand at Puipui. A flash of lightning and Puipui was nothing but dust. “But how…?” The Kaioshin was startled.


The hatch opened and the three flew through to the next level ...
