Chapter: Bulma's return !!
Preface:
You wanted a sequel, didn't you? Here it is ... but I won't tell you what happens! I really hope I can do this as well as I did on my first one! Have fun while reading!
Bulma's death, Vegeta's thoughts afterwards, Bulma is back !!
Vegeta lived on, but how. He became the same again. He was mean again, too proud to admit mistakes and pushed everyone around again. He was obnoxious. Trunks pulled away if only possible. He didn't want to train with him. Because if Vegeta lost, he only got angrier and meaner. Bra was the only one who managed to talk to him normally. She eventually had to fix his grave room too, because there was no one else with Bulma's skills. Today was another day. Vegeta had destroyed everything once again. Half of the outer wall had blown away. It was a miracle that the buildings outside were still whole. The morning had actually started quite harmlessly.Vegeta had woken up. His first thought was about Bulma. She is no longer there! I miss her. I want her back! He had a sad expression on his face. His eyes were blank. They no longer had that sparkle that she had loved about him. They would probably never have it again. He'd come into the kitchen and first emptied the refrigerator and then gone to work out. Like every morning. He also had no intention of leaving the grave room before evening. Because otherwise he was reminded of Bulma. Everything in general reminds him of Bulma, even the grav room. Today had been particularly bad. He'd trained on a machine she'd built for him. And then he blew her up in a faint anger that she had left him alone. Just like that, without thinking. He was just angry. To all. He didn't even know why. And now he was leaning against the wall and watching Bra fix his grave room.He watched her as he had watched Bulma many times before. "Are you ready soon?" he asked impatiently. Bra crawled out from under the console and glared at him. She was getting fed up with him too. "No, and if you blow it up again you can see where you are!" she hissed at him. Vegeta looked puzzled. That was how Bulma had always reacted. Oh Bulma. Why? He wanted her back. But Kakarott had told him that if he killed himself he would go to hell and not to her. He didn't really care, but neither did he. "It's okay, I'm sorry!" said Vegeta and turned away. Kakarott had suggested that he train with him, but he didn't want to, they were all so terribly happy again. He couldn't stand it.
Bra was finished and now started to look at the outside wall. "That'll take forever! You can't train for the next two weeks, at least not in here!" she said and grabbed her bag with the tool and disappeared.Vegeta looked after her in disbelief. What had his daughter just said? He couldn't train for the next two weeks? "Bra! Come back immediately! Repair my grav room, otherwise it will set something!" he shouted after her. "I won't do anything! I won't let myself be pushed around like mother let me do it! I'm not like her! I have my own head! Find another 'Mech if I can't get you fast enough work! " she yelled angrily at him. She had finally had enough of it. He thought he was the only one who missed Bulma. But he was very wrong. Bra missed her mother. She missed her so much that she often couldn't sleep at night. And her father, prince or not, had been obnoxious since her death. Vegeta stared after his eyes. Had she really just yelled at him? He pinched his arm. It wasn't a dream. His daughter yelled at him. She no longer adored him. What happened? Was it because Bulma was no longer there? Was it true what Bra said? Had he really treated Bulma that bad? He remembered. He really had treated her like dirt at times. But only if the others were there. She had known he hadn't meant it that way. But he had never told her. He got terrible guilty feelings. Slowly he stepped out of the hole in the grave room and into the open. The sun was shining, the birds were chirping. He only noticed this now. It was the first time since Bulma's death that he saw nature. She had taught him to see and hear these wonders. She had shown him a very different side of him. The gentle, nice side. But this one had disappeared with Bulma. At least for the others. Vegeta knew he still owned this page. She slumbered deep inside. She would slumber until someone managed to wake her up again. He floated off the ground without his noticing it. He flew to a place where he had often been with her in her last days.It was the cliff he'd been standing on. There he sat down. Again the sea breeze blew in his face. But this time he noticed it. He looked at the sun, which was already low in the sky. He thought of Bulma, of her smile, of her smell, of her eyes, which had glared at him so often. He had particularly liked her eyes. He had never seen such expressive eyes before. Only in them did he know whether she had been angry or not. It began to hover, slowly lifted off the ground and flew away. He was guided by his subconscious. He had closed his eyes, and yet he knew where he was going.
Bulma had meanwhile reached the Daikaio. (Is that how you write it?) He had called her over because he had a task for her. In the meantime she had her old body back as it had been before the illness. Now Bulma was walking down a long corridor after a kaio. She looked around in awe.She had seen a lot before, but not yet anything like it. There were patterns on the wall everywhere that seemed to tell a story. After a while they came to a large door. The kaio stopped and opened it. He motioned for her to enter. Reluctantly, Bulma strode along the carpet to the Daikaio's throne. "Hello Bulma! Nice that you could come!" said the Daikaio. She stared at him. That should be the Daikaio? It looked more like Muten Roshi with more hair! He also had sunglasses on. Bulma had to suppress a grin, although she didn't feel like it. She missed Vegeta. Though he hadn't always been kind to her. "Hello Daikaio! Why should I come to you?" Bulma asked politely. "You should get a second chance on earth, but not for nothing! But we will clarify that! Do you want a second chance?" he asked Bulma. Bulma considered. Back to Vegeta? To his black eyes to sink into? Back to the man she loved more than anything? She wanted nothing better, but what was the price? "What's the price for that? One life for another?" she asked hesitantly and looked at the Daikaio with wide eyes. "No, something else! It won't affect you and that person has to decide whether they want it or not! It's up to them whether you can go back or not!" explained the Daikaio. Who had to decide? She wanted to know, but realized that she would not get it out of the Daikaio. "Okay, I want to go back, but only if Vegeta stays alive! Otherwise I can stay right here!" she agreed to the proposal. "Good! You can move freely here, I'll have you fetched when the time comes!" said the Daikaio and rose. Bulma turned and went to the door. She was brought into a tastefully furnished room by the Kaio who had brought her here. There was a mirror there. She looked at herself. She had a halo like Goku did back then on her head. Her hair was long and straight. Longer than her last days. She wore a long white dress, fitted close to her body. She had to smile, she would see Vegeta again soon if everything went well. But what did the Daikaio have to do with this person having to decide? Which person? Vegeta? Bra or Trunks? She would have loved to know! But now she could only wait! She went outside through another door. There she sat down on a meadow of flowers. She closed her eyes and thought of Vegeta. She thought back to her wedding day. Until she said yes, no one had believed that Vegeta would go through with it. Dende had married her. It had been the best day of her life. He had given her the most wonderful present, after Bra and Trunks, that he could ever give her. He had admitted before anyone else that he loved her. She was very happy that day. And the honeymoon had been a dream too. They had been to another planet. It had been wonderful there. Blooming flower meadows and trees. A romantic waterfall with a crystal clear lake on which white water lilies floated. Once again she saw herself and Vegeta sitting by the waterfall and watching the fish. It was a wonderful dream. But this dream also came to an end at some point. Bulma slowly opened her eyes and saw Uranai Baba in front of her. "Come on Bulma it's time!" she said. "I'm coming!" she said and her heart leaped.
Vegeta landed on the platform at Dende's palace. Dende and Uranai Baba were already waiting for him. He didn't know what had drawn him here, but it must have been right to come here. He looked at the two of them. "Hello Vegeta!" said Uranai Baba in her scratchy voice. (didn't know how else to describe it!) "Hello! What am I doing here?" he growled unkindly. "The Daikaio sent me! I'm supposed to deliver a message to you! I don't know why I'm doing this myself!" she explained to him."Go ahead, I don't feel like waiting long!" Vegeta said and crossed his arms in front of his torso. "Bulma should get a second chance! But only if you give up some of your self! Either your pride, or your nice side, which you owe Bulma!" said Uranai Baba, watching his face. A glint went through his empty eyes. See Bulma again? At last! But give up your pride? Or his nice side? Just one of the two sides that Bulma loved so much about him? Why was life so terribly unfair? He hated it! It was a tough decision! Give up your pride? And become like this weakling Kakarott? No way! But the other side? Then Bulma's efforts would have been in vain! It was a tricky decision! He brooded. He didn't want to be a wimp, but he didn't want to be so cold and unfriendly again! And he wanted Bulma back! So what to do "You should make up your mind quickly!I can't keep the Daikaio waiting long, he gave me a deadline! "Said Uranai
