It was Son-Goten who passed Trunks without a word and looked into every room. "What are you looking for?" asked Trunks in amazement. "Not what. Who." answered Goten and sat down with Trunks at the breakfast table. "She left immediately. I didn't hear her go out." he looked out the kitchen window. It was nice outside and you could hear the birds chirping through the tilted window. (Small note: Trunks apartment is on the 4th floor so not at the top because there are 9th floors and the kitchen window faces the courtyard) "She said I shouldn't tell anyone that she was here." Trunks broke the silence. "Why?" asked Goten eager to learn. Trunks shrugged and cleared the table. "Maybe she's shopping." said Trunks as he stuffed the last few things in the dishwasher."Could you go too?" Goten said casually. Trunks just nodded.
In town they met Marron (14) who was hanging out with her friend. "Huhu Trunks, Son-Goths!" she exclaimed happily and ran towards her. Her friend blushed when she stood in front of the two of them, she looked at them alternately and yanked Marron's hand. "I think they're both very cute, and you?" she whispered. "Unfortunately we don't have time to linger long. We're looking for ... something." Trunks said when he noticed that the two girls put their heads together and kept looking over at them. He said 'what' on purpose, because Marron probably wanted to know again who they were looking for. Goten and Trunks moved on, still looking for Tani. They later found her in their favorite café too. Mitani asked with raised eyebrows. "But hello. Is that your friend Trunks?" asked Marron. "Where's your girlfriend?" he asked without answering her question. "Are you in love with her, eh?" Marron grinned cheekily. "WHAT? You're crazy." shouted Trunks. Mitani giggled, but then introduced himself to Marron. "Hello * giggle *. I'm Mitani." she extended her hand to her. "I am Marron." she grabbed Tani's hand and shook it lightly. "How old and where are you from?" Marron wanted to know. "Um, I'm 17." she said hesitantly. "So I have to go now, I still have something to do. Bye, see you at school!" Mitani shouted before she flew away. "It can fly too." said Marron, puzzled."We never said otherwise." said Goten and looked at her crookedly. Marron shrugged and sat down next to Trunks.
