The way to the light

Her space glider was spacious and elegant. The blue cockpit window was also a screen. Yoki was the pilot and pushed a few buttons, which filled the screen with characters and a radar. "Here, take the headsets. We can communicate with them." Yoki handed Fisk and Azurian a headphone microphone and gave the order to buckle up. Then they started.

A breathy, furious voice rushed through the command deck: "How could you lose your shields ???" The commondore swallowed. "Your injustices, they fired beams of light at our shield. It was thereby neutralized." The voice calmed down. The officers trembled. “Just give me time to attack, commondors!” The radio contact was over. Goldow breathed a sigh of relief and returned to his subordinate officers.

"The ship we are heading towards is camouflaged, but it has no shields," Yoki explained as he headed for the void. "I do not know its position exactly, but its sensors are also blind. They reveal themselves every 30 minutes. Another 5 minutes until the next time. "The ship stopped its movement and was now almost still in space. The sensors rattled continuously across the screen as the minutes melted away. Suddenly, more and more parts of the supposed airship appeared. Yoki took off. As quickly as it came, it disappeared again but Yoki was in position and headed for it.

"Once we're within the stealth horizon, the ship will be visible," Yoki noted. Fisk and Azurian got ready. Then the time came. They were close to the ship and could see it now. Yoki looked for an opening in the airship on the radar and set a course for it.

The hall in which the glider landed reminded Fisk of the one on Iliur. It was enlightened but empty. “There is oxygen within the stealth horizon. So we can get out of the car without worries.” Fisk, Azurian and Yoki ran around looking around the great hall. Yoki had camouflaged her ship. Finally they came to the end of the hall, to a large door that did not open. “Get out of the way!” Fisk fired a ki ball at the door and it was open. After a short walk in the main corridor they reached a crossroads. The corridors were swept empty. “How long?” Fisk shrugged. "We should split up," suggested Azurian. "Let's see where we get out. If someone found something, they answered, okay?" Fisk and Azurian nodded and disappeared to the left and right, respectively. Yoki continued to follow the main course.

His footsteps resounded in the narrow corridor. He drew his sword bare and crept cautiously on. Fisk came to a corner. As he suspected. One careful look into the corridor and he saw a guard. To talk to Yoki, Fisk took a few steps back. "Yoki ...", he whispered, "Yoki, I have a guard here. What should I do?" Yoki reported back: "Quietly turn the corner, over ..."

Fisk walked back to the corner, rushed into the hallway, and got rid of the black-clad guard. It was a robot. While examining that, he discovered a kind of bracelet watch. It indicated its exact position. Fisk carefully removed it from the guard's arm and put it on himself. It was an elevator that had previously been guarded. Fisk hit a switch on the wall and the elevator came.

Azurian glanced at her newly acquired card and moved away from the elevator. Suddenly there was a rustling in her ear. "Azurian, Fisk? .. I'm in the engine room, waiting for you to find the commander, OK? Yoki, over ..." Azurian thought of Fisk. But she shook her head briefly and pushed the thought away. With her sword drawn, she continued down the path she thought was right. Suddenly an alarm went off and red lights flashed everywhere. Azurian paused.

“Are the weapons ready?” “Yes, your Majesty. We are charging,” one of his servants said. His personal lieutenants kneeled down a short corridor in front of him."Iliur will soon be destroyed."

"Here, Yoki! They'll shoot! I have to destroy the generator! I'm sorry that time was so short ..." The ship jerked and the lights flickered and finally went out completely. But the emergency power was not long in coming. Fisk ran through the dim light. He felt an aura that had flared up, if not exploding, shortly after the power failure. While he was running, panicked guards and officers ran past him without paying any attention, even though he had drawn his sword brightly. The aura grew stronger and Fisk began to run faster and eventually jumped through the hallways at a murderous pace, swinging his blade in the process. Always according to the aura, he slaughtered robots approaching him.

Azurian ran tense and cautious through a main aisle. She ignored the panic robots around her and followed the aura. Suddenly she heard a noise, metal on metal. She felt it coming and parried the blow of the sword. It came up and Azurian was about to attack it when she looked into Fisk's eyes. They smiled at each other and continued on their way together at a fast pace. "I'm disappearing from the ship now. It's falling on the planet, so don't be afraid of suffocation ..." There was irony and sadness in Yoki's tone, but it became too dangerous for him.

The main course finally led to the goal. Several smashed steel doors and an inhuman roar of fury indicated the aura explosion. Some robots lay motionless on the floor. Then they reached him. A large hall-like room with a command deck of the same equipment was now in front of Fisk and Azurian. Further down the room two corridors were still leading. An officer stormed past them, fear and agony on his face. In front of a command chair stood the person who caused the huge aura and the roar. No light illuminated his figure.Only his eyes glowed red. Fisk and Azurian stood tense at the entrance of the hall, spellbound by the high pressure that they could have broken and the dark energy in general that emanated from the being.

The glow stopped, the aura faded again. Fisk and Azurian gathered their courage and walked close together towards the creature.

"FISK? How is that possible?" It began to speak, "A paladin?" Loud laughter. It stepped forward. Now the emergency light shone on his face and his floating body. Fisk looked incredulous. "I .. I was sure that you are a dark soul, why do you have a different shape then?" The supposed dark soul was in the appearance of a man with long, pointed ears equipped with black, round earrings, one also black light armor with a cloak, an amulet around the neck and a bloodthirsty expression on his face.
