Here is part 6 of the Nam saga, as you know Nam had gathered all his strength in the training fight against Son Goku and turned into a super Earthling (something like an SSJ):

"I've never seen anything like it!" Piccolo marveled. "I've never come across anything like that on our conquest, um, my sightseeing trips to the galaxies!" whispered Vegeta. "His fighting power ..." began Gohan "It's 14.450!" interrupted Vegeta. "Kakarot's as SSJ is 15,000!" he continued. "Shit", thought Vegeta, "my combat strength as an SSJ is just under 14,200! But the Earthling CAN, no MUST just not be stronger than me!". He devoted himself to the fight again: Son-Goku was already on his feet again and was amazed at the change in his opponent. The fight has been going on for 1 hour without one of the two could have gained the upper hand. Once it was Nam who had to take it, then Goku again. But then Nam was able to take advantage of Goku's carelessness and knock him to the ground with full force. Nam had to hurry; Goku was very tough! Not having finished this thought, he was attacked again by Son Goku "KA-ME-HA-ME-HA!". Nam countered with his own kamehameha. Nam and Goku flew the furthest and therefore fell the lowest. Nam landed unhappily on his left arm and Goku injured his leg. Nevertheless, both continued the fight. But Goku had more problems with his injured leg than Nam had with his arm, so Nam was able to gain the upper hand.
Son-Goku got up again and bundled his strength into a Genkidama. But Nam fired a bolt of demons into the core of the Genkidama and destroyed it. The badly battered Son-Goku was lying on the ground, that was the opportunity for Nam! With the left arm he wanted to create a one-hand Genkidama. He stretched his hand to the sky and felt the warmth and energy of the sun's rays flow through his bloody hand. An idea came to him: why not use the power and energy of the sun for a completely new attack of your own?He concentrated all of his remaining strength on the palm of his hand, literally soaking up the sun's energy. His palm began to shine brightly, as bright as the sun shone in the sky that day.
Now Nam fired his final attack, a glistening bright, sun-yellow energy flash, the SOLARFLASH ...
