... Kakarott caught Chichi carefully. "Chi, wake up, Chi!" he kept calling. Bulma tapped him gently on the shoulder. "You should put her to bed, it was all too much for her," she said, nodding to him. Vegeta seemed to agree with her too. "You're right Bulma, that's exactly what I'll do too," he said and gently took Chichi in his arms. Once more he looked around at Bulma, who was also shocked, and at Vegeta. "Now go on, I'll take care of it here," said Bulma and gave him a slight nudge. Then he left the room.

Bulma let out a sigh of relief, whereupon Vegeta looked at her astonished. "How long has this been going on here?" he asked seriously. " Should I be honest?" she asked him. "I ask," he replied. "Actually since we were in the palace. This is now the third incident! I'm getting really worried." Bulma almost began to cry. Then Vegeta pulled her tenderly into his arms. "I'll take care of it. When I find out who did all this, heads will literally roll here!" he called, making it echo all over the palace.


In the meantime, Kakarott had laid Chichi in their common bed. She slept now and looked like an angel. For a long time he sat on the edge of her bed and watched her. But then suddenly he couldn't take it anymore and stroked her cheek. Chiochi immediately opened her eyes, startled, but when she saw who was sitting in front of her, she smiled weakly. "Chi, I am glad that you are awake again!I was so worried! "He almost whispered as he said this. Chichi stared at him for a moment, but then burst into tears." Who does that? What have I done to this person? I'm scared, Kakarott, just scared! "Her voice was brittle and a few bits of word drowned in the tears and sobs. He was immediately at her side and held her tight. He kissed her gently on the forehead, reassuringly. who did this to you Chi! I swear that to you! I will never let anyone harm the most important person in my life. Never! "He said and she snuggled closer to him." It will be best if I don't show anything at dinner, otherwise this person will think afterwards that he was successful! "She said and smiled brave. He smiled back and Chichi leaned over and kissed him tenderly. He returned their kiss immediately and after a short time they had completely forgotten the world around them.

2 hours later, Kakarott woke up and decided to wake Chichi slowly, because dinner was announced in 15 minutes and afterwards Bulma had planned a party. He didn't know what this was for, but he was quite excited. Secretly, however, he knew what or better: who this celebration was for, but he didn't want to tell Chichi yet. Carefully he kissed her slightly rounded belly. And the hoped-for effect was less than 2 seconds in coming: A big grin spread across Chichi's face. "Hey sleepyhead, you finally woke up, I thought I would have to kiss you awake!" he said and laughed. Chichi smiled. "I'm still tired, but afterwards there is also Bulma's party. We just have to go there." She said and sat down on his lap. He kissed her gently on the forehead and picked her up, only to put her back on the floor immediately. "We have to get ready now!" he said and both dressed appropriately for the evening.

Bulma had meanwhile ordered a new cot and the servants had removed the dead rabbit without any problems. Nothing in the smallest detail reminded of this terrible sight and Bulma was satisfied. She thought when Vegeta got her out of his thoughts. "Bulma? Hey Bulma?" Confused, she turned around. “Sorry, I was just in thoughts,” she replied and smiled at him. "A kingdom for your thoughts!" he replied a little coolly and then walked ahead through the door towards the dining room. "Hey, now wait for me! That's not nice at all! Now wait!" She shouted after him desperately, but Vegeta had long since disappeared. she thought and continued on her own way.


After everyone was seated in the dining room, the meal was served.The first dish was asparagus soup, which Bulma found excellent. Chichi, however, didn't taste the soup in the least and handed it to her best friend. She accepted it with a smile and immediately began to eat again without even looking at Vegeta, which didn't bother Vegeta. Someone in particular viewed this scene with the soup with suspicion. then the figure turned back to her soup (who might that be? J)


After a 7-course menu specially prepared for the day, everyone slowly went to the dining room. Vegeta and Kakarott went ahead, while Bulma and Chichi went a little later and also took their time. "Phew, I'm full. But this asparagus soup was just too delicious, thanks again for letting me have yours too."Said Bulma and grinned at her friend." Nothing to thank, but tell me, what is this festival for today? Is there something special to celebrate? Or did I miss something again? "Asked Chichi excitedly." But no. Just let yourself be surprised. Nobody knows the topic of this party until now, I kept it top secret and it should stay that way until now! But I have slight stomach cramps! Maybe a little too much of a good thing, huh? "Chichi nodded eagerly." But you've always been like that, you could never get enough of a thing. Especially when it came to food! "Chichi had to keep from laughing." I don't want to have heard that now! "Scolded Bulma and the two continued giggling on their way. Everyone had already entered the hall, Chichi and Bulma were the last two guests. Bulma finally opened the door Chichi opened tears of joy in her eyes. Balloons were hanging everywhere and the whole hall was festively decorated.A huge lettering read: All the best, Kakarott and Chichi! When the two entered the hall it was dead quiet. At first, Chichi panicked a bit, because she recognized Era among the guests, but she quickly gathered herself and went to Kakarott. But before she hugged him, she hugged her friend tightly. "Thanks Bulma, nobody has ever done that for me!"


"Nothing to thank Chichi, that goes without saying, but I think you'd have to make an explanation, the guests are still in the dark. They don't know anything about the upcoming offspring. Chichi nodded." I'll take care of that. You rest first a little out of chi, that was an exhausting day for you. "He kissed her forehead again and then cleared his throat loudly.


"I think the whole thing needs to be cleared up. We didn't know anything about the festival ourselves, in this sense once again many thanks to the royal couple!" everyone applauded."But there are also two great news to announce: 1. Chichi and I are getting married and 2. we will have offspring in a few months." The guests cheered the couple and Chichi beamed at her friend. She unconsciously stroked her stomach. Everyone was very happy for the soon-to-be parents and everyone wanted to be the first to congratulate the second most important man and his girlfriend. Or rather his soon-to-be wife. The women talked about gifts they could give Chichi and some gave her advice, while the men patted Kakarott on the shoulder and admired and even envied him. Bulma had turned pale as a sheet. She wasn't feeling well at all, but she didn't want to tell Vegeta about it because she was too proud to speak to him after the stupid, pointless little argument that had broken out for no reason. She wanted to hold on for her friend's sake too, so she kept smiling bravely.

At the previous hour, Chichi and Kakarott also said goodbye and Bulma and Vegeta also decided to set off. Only one person had stood apart from everyone else all evening and had not congratulated either: that was Era! She had only observed what was happening from a distance. A nasty grin crossed her face when she noticed that Bulma could barely hold herself upright. Then Era withdrew satisfied. Chichi hugged her friend one more time and noticed that she was very hot. "Bulma are you okay? You are so pale and so warm?" she asked worried. "It's okay, it's just from the stomachache and the stress today, don't worry." Bulma smiled bravely and then Kakarott and Chichi left when they parted ways. Vegeta had overheard the conversation between the two women and was now quite worried."Bulma, are you really fine too?" he asked worried. Now Bulma stopped too. "Yes, I'm fine ..." then she collapsed unconscious before she could finish the sentence.
