Chapter: Piccolo and Arkani 25

Ok, the part is a bit shorter again, but there is a special reason!

Because I wanted to stop at a nice, exciting point!

But I think I didn't really succeed. * howl *

Or does it? *G*

The three of them stopped at the cozy holiday home late at night. Arkani decided to go to bed straight away and trotted tiredly into her room. Dende and Piccolo had made themselves comfortable downstairs and were watching TV.

The Tokra opened the door and saw the destroyed aloe that had in the meantime perished on the carpet. "I completely forgot!" with a sigh, the girl sank to the floor she felt like crying! Arkani just didn't feel like cleaning up. And the thought that this little insect was still in her room made her despair. She had to think of something!

The two Namekjaners were sitting down on the couch, absorbed in an old western movie, when they heard something being dragged down the stairs.Amazed and prepared for everything, they looked in the direction from which the noise was coming. As expected it was Arkani! She dragged a pillow and her duvet with her. “Arkani!” Began Piccolo hesitantly. "I know I'll regret it, but what are you doing there?" "You can see that! I have to move in that room up there, I can't stay. I'll spend the night down here." Dende and Piccolo threw each other an incomprehensible look to, but then decided to just let the Tokra do its thing. They'd had enough excitement for today. Arkani shooed her two friends out of the living room and prepared her "bed".

“Dende?” “Hm?” “Why doesn't she sleep in her room?” “I don't know. Maybe she still wants to watch TV.” Tired, the two dragged themselves into their room and soon fell asleep.

Down in the living room, Arkani lay wrapped in her bedspread on the couch, thinking about the day before. In her mind she scanned the events until she was at the fireworks display.

She saw everything clearly in her mind: The shining stars in the sky, the many people around her, the preparations for the fireworks and of course Piccolo. She felt an incredibly warm feeling spread through her body at the thought. She still felt her heart racing as Piccolo got closer and closer to her face so that the Tokra could feel his hot breath. And then his words: "You are so beautiful, especially when you smile. I would do anything to make you smile. Everything!" I wonder if he would really do ANYTHING! The brunette began to giggle in amusement when she heard someone outside knock on the window pane.

Startled, she straightened up and walked slowly towards the window. Arrived at the window she noticed that a storm seemed to be approaching. The water of the lake beat harder and harder against the bank and also against the wooden jetty. The clouds in the sky, which were still glowing in the sunset on the way home, were now pitch black, the wind was increasing in unbelievable strength and some large branches had already broken off on the trees."Really scary." Arkani tried to recognize someone outside in the darkness but she suspected that it was just the wind that had hit the window. Just as she was about to crawl back into her bed, suddenly a frame stood by the window out of nowhere and motioned to follow her. The Tokra was white as a sheet. It was only with great effort that he was able to suppress a scream. She thought hard about what to do next. Was that Taya? Arkani wasn't enthusiastic about the idea of going out with the wind, but what else could she do? She had to know what that was! Quietly she crept into her room, I put on black pants and a blue top. "Too bad I didn't take any warmer things with me! But anyway, I'll take the black vest with me!" The brunette grabbed a pair of sturdy shoes and then went to the door.

And on it goes. . .
