The doctor had been to see Vegeta every day to see if his condition had gotten better or worse.

The doctor went to Vegeta and wanted to inject him with a sedative, but when Vegeta saw the syringe in the doctor's hand, he had a fit of rage.


"Aaaaahhhhhh, get rid of the syringe !!! Fuck off you wretched quack !!!"


It did not help! Vegeta was just too weak to fight back and so the syringe was rammed into his upper arm.

As soon as she was pulled out of his upper arm, Vegeta fell into his bed and went back to sleep.


He slept half the day.


His wedding was getting closer and closer! There were only two and a half days until the big event, but Vegeta was still very weak and had to stay in bed!


`If ​​I'm lucky, I can put off the wedding a little longer if I'm not feeling better, ´ Vegeta thought to himself as he lay in bed,` only two and a half days and I'm married. Mh ... what is it like? Hopefully just like Shanane. It won't come of my marrying her. Pity! This would be my biggest wish! If I can't marry Shanane, at least I want to see her again before my wedding. What did she tell me the other day? Is she in the forest every night? Then I just have to fly into the forest and I can see them! Exactly! Next night I'll sneak out and try to explain everything to her!She'll understand and hopefully not be mad at me. '


In the afternoon there was a knock on Vegeta's door. It was a servant who brought Vegeta something to eat.


Vegeta ate everything up to strengthen himself for his night outing.


Then he took a little nap.


When he woke up in the evening, it was already getting dark outside.


Now Vegeta couldn't waste any more time.


He got out of bed, which looked very strange because he was still very wobbly on his feet, staggered over to his closet and took out his coat. Then he went to his room door and locked it.


Now he could take off.


Carefully he went to his window, opened it, and floated out.


He moved very slowly.


Flying was much more exhausting than Vegeta had thought.


After several hours of flight, Vegeta finally came to the forest. Now he was hovering directly over the clearing where he had last met Shanane.

Vegeta was about to land when he saw that someone was sitting there on the stump. It was Shanane.


Vegeta's heart jumped for joy when he saw her. For a long time, Vegeta watched her sit there humming on the stump and plaiting her hair.


Vegeta could no longer hold himself in the air and carefully started to land. His hood slipped, but Vegeta put it on just in time.


Shanane was shocked when suddenly out of the blue a man landed in front of her.


She jumped up from the tree stump and jumped at the man, started to strike and hit him with full force. But he could stop her fist with one hand.


The stranger's hand hid her whole fist. Shanane tried to pull it out, but the man's grip was too tight.


Now the next fist shot towards Vegeta, which he could also hold on to.


"I didn't think you were that strong, Shanane!"Vegeta smiled happily.


"Who are you and how do you know my name?" Shanane grew suspicious.


"You know who I am and I know who you are. We know each other. We last saw each other about twelve days ago, do you remember?"


Shanane couldn't believe it! Her beloved stranger stood before her!


Vegeta's grip loosened and he pulled Shanane close. But she didn't resist because she was so happy to see him again.


The two hugged.


Very slowly their faces came closer.


They both closed their eyes and a very long and very passionate kiss followed.


When Shanane realized what she was doing, she tore herself away from Vegeta and took a few steps back!


"Sha .... Shanane, what was that supposed to mean ?! I love you!", Vegeta stood there completely perplexed.


"So, you love me !? And why didn't you want to see me again ?!"


"Shanane, please understand me!I wanted to see you again, but for various reasons I am not allowed to! "


"And what reasons speak against our love ?!"


"That's exactly what I can't tell you! You wouldn't understand!"


"And why wouldn't I understand that ?! Please explain it to me!"


"Okay, I'll try to explain it to you, but please don't interrupt me! Better sit down, you won't like it."


With a skeptical look, Shanane sat down on the tree stump again.


"So, I'm listening!"


Shanane was mad at Vegeta for treating her so badly.


"That's so," Vegeta began, pacing back and forth in front of Shanane, "I've already been promised someone and I'm getting married in a few hours."


"So that's it! You only see me as a stopgap! But while we're about to make confessions, I have to tell you something too. Unfortunately, I was promised someone when I was a baby and will soon have to get married, although I don't want to.If you want, I will go to the king and request that it be forbidden to promise young children to one another. The ......"


"Sh ..... it's okay, you don't need to go on talking," Vegeta had put his finger on Shanane's mouth so that she wouldn't continue, "that would take much too long and besides, the king can't do anything about it. "


"How do you know?", Shanane looked deep into Vegeta's eyes, he had kneeled in front of her.


"No ...... no ........ there ..... that can't be! You're not?", Shanane was speechless.


Could her beloved be the king?

She couldn't believe that her beloved stranger was the king.

Now Shanane no longer saw her lover in Vegeta, but only her king.


She got up, ran into the dark night with tears in her eyes and once again left Vegeta standing alone in the forest.

Sorry that it took longer with this part. I currently have very little time to go to the PC and continue to write on this ff. That's why the next part might not come until the beginning of the autumn vacation, because I'll still have an internship until then. Maybe I can still find time to write on the weekend.
