He sat on his bed and stared at the wall. Son-Goku came up and noticed Son-Gohan's tense expression. "What's the matter, my little one?" asked he. "It's ... it's nothing dad, it's okay!" answered Gohan. "Okay, if you think so?" said Goku, but he looked at his son doubtfully. Then he took off his tattered battle suit and headed for the bathroom. "Come on, Gohan! A bath will surely do you good!" he called laughing."Well ..." Gohan got up with a low sigh and ran after his father.


The others were meanwhile in the control room of the ship (In Enterprise, that's called a bridge, right?). Piccolo stared at the small monitor. "We'll be there in three hours! Get everything ready for landing!" he said.


From downstairs in the bathroom they heard splashing and laughter. Vegeta, who was sitting in a corner, growled something unintelligible that sounded like: "Kakarott ... wimp ..." He got up and climbed down the ladder to fill something in the kitchen. Krillin looked out into space and Trunks sharpened his sword. The wait was getting on everyone's nerves. Did you arrive in time? Who or what will they find when they land? Did they even have a chance against Tykes? All the questions circled in her mind. Time passed at a snail's pace.


Vegeta couldn't bear this wait any longer and reacted a little in the GR.



Tykes had surprise on his side. The Saiyajins hadn't expected an attack that quickly. He had landed a few kilometers behind the hills and was sending his first elite unit off. They were warriors of a people that had served Freezers before the Tykes. They were Hork-Bajirs (are extraterrestrials from the book series "Animorphs"). They were the purest fighting machines, they were armed with sharp knives and claws all over their bodies. There were three pointed blades perched on their narrow head, they had blades on their elbows and almost everywhere. They had a leg of bone on their tail, which in turn was studded with two sharp blades. And their roar was horrific. To make matters worse, they were equipped with lasers.


Kaila and her friends were overwhelmed by horror when they saw the two meter high wall of Hork-Bajirs approach. When she had recovered from the initial shock after a few seconds, they immediately ran to their troops and gave the orders.The Saiyans charged their old Tykes stolen laser pistols and began to fire. Many hits missed because they simply ricocheted off the many blades. Kaila stood at the front line, drawing her long sword. It was a sword that had been forged again in the old Saiyan fashion. The lights of the torches, flames and lasers made the sword flash silver.


Feverishly, she searched for a vulnerable spot on the armored bodies of the Hork-Bajirs. She knew them. Some of them had guarded her during the years of imprisonment. Then it suddenly occurred to her. "Aim for their eyes !!" she screamed into the din. A colossus from Hork-Bajir stomped straight at them. She didn't move and fired a ki attack right in his face. Covering his aching, burned eyes with his claws (well, actually, these are her hands!), He dropped the laser and Kaila struck with lightning speed. Everything had happened in a matter of seconds.She already let the next one bite into the grass and kept shouting at her people for courage.


The Hork-Bajirs swept across the plain like mad lawnmowers toward the tower. The surprised and outnumbered Saiyans were cornered more and more. Kaila, Leon, Arakes and Leana didn't want to give up and cheered their people on even more. You yourself were still in the forefront and fired as much as you could. The ranks of the enemy were wavering when new troops came into view over the hills. Their outlines were clearly visible in the flame-lit sky. They didn't look as big and terrifying as the Hork-Bajirs, but you never knew. Many Saiyajins were simply slit open by the blades of the enemy and had no chance because they were immediately trampled on by them. Kaila had tears in her eyes from the exertion and anger. Because of this, her vision became cloudy. Yet her sword struck its target as if by itself in the ranks of the enemy.She stumbled over some Hork-Bajir carcasses and cut her leg with a blade. The pain pulled her back from her numbness and only infuriated her even more. Leon was somewhere next to her, she knew that. Arakes had punched a big hole in the ranks of the enemy at one end and Leana bravely held her troop together. She charged at the enemy with a loud angry cry. Your energy grew and grew. At first, the enemies backed away from her, frightened, and she was able to fire straight into her. Her sword flashed over and over again, chopping up one at a time.




Suddenly it went very quiet. The Hork-Bajirs paused in mid-strike and just stood there as if obeying an order in their head (which was true, because Tykes controlled his people with his thoughts). The startled Saiyans paused. Not a breeze stirred. Kaila saw a great opportunity and called for an attack.The Saiyans charged with renewed courage. But then an authoritative voice called: "STOP !!" The Saiyajins paused again and looked around for the owner of the voice. Suddenly it got cold. It wasn't the air that got cold, but it got cold in their hearts. Kaila shivered. She knew this aura only too well. Tykes had come. The tremendous energy and power that emanated from him literally pushed her to the ground. There stood, or rather, he was floating over the hills. He looked almost the same as Freezer, except that his skin color was deep black (which is what Freezer is pink). He laughed maliciously. "So far it was easy for you, but now you will feel all my power! I will teach you to resist me!" Kaila was faced with sheer fear. She sent a desperate prayer toward heaven and out into space.


Gohan got up from his seat, startled. His face was white as a sheet. Son Goku worriedly asked what he had."Don't you feel that too?" Gohan asked the others in a trembling voice. "That huge negative energy? My God, what is it?" he was almost screaming. It struck the others like lightning! Now they all felt it. Even Vegeta turned pale and started shaking. "Erase auras, IMMEDIATELY!" Piccolo barked. "How long until we land?" Goku wanted to know. He had become very serious. "Another half an hour," replied Piccolo. Goku took a close look at his friends. Gohan looked anything but healthy and Krillin had no color on his face either. But Gohan was indispensable. "Krillin, if it gets too much for you, you just have to say it! You can stay in the spaceship. I don't want to force you to come with me!" said Goku. Krillin looked straight into his eyes. "No ... No! I will go with you! I will never let you down!" he said.


"Dad, there is still a strong energy. No, two others! But they are positive and are getting weaker and weaker!" called Gohan.Vegeta said, "They're the Saiyajins." "Good thing I took a lot of Magic Beans with me!" said Goku.




Kaila could barely stand on her feet. Her sword was jagged, her ki attacks no longer as powerful as at the beginning. Many Saiyajins did not survive the first attack or were wounded. Kaila was also wounded. Her leg was bleeding profusely and her cheek was scratched long. Her hair was wet on her forehead and neck. Arakes had lost sight of her, as had Leana. Leon stood protectively in front of her. But Tyke's troops were also severely weakened; he had not expected such resistance. He himself hadn't even intervened in the fight.


Suddenly Kaila felt some great energies coming towards her. From the nature of the auras she also sensed that there were four Saiyajins and two others, one a little weaker than the others. "Leon, do you feel that too?" she asked. "Yes!Let's hope it's really the help we were hoping for! "He replied. Tykes had not yet noticed the approaching energies, because he concentrated fully on the Saiyajins. He sent a new troop to reinforce the front and laughed grimly . Leon had every effort to repel and destroy the fine ones. Kaila straightened up and plunged into the fray with renewed courage. She no longer paid attention to her own safety and just hit and fire straight away. Then she caught a ki attack at the side and she fell to the ground with a cry. Leon was immediately with her and killed a few more who wanted to trample her. He pulled her out of the fray. Kaila opened her eyes again and cramped in pain. * Now everything is out * she thought and started to cry.




Suddenly the enemies wavered. Tykes looked at us in surprise and couldn't believe what he was seeing. There were four golden beings that cut their way through his troops.On the other side, a green and a bald dwarf were at work. Tykes cried out in anger.


Kaila only saw a glimmer of gold. "Leon, the help has arrived! Now everything will be fine." She could say before she lost consciousness.
