Chapter: Maya & Chiaki (2)
Hello,
great that you like this story too !!
As I said, this is just the previous story to my other story and is already finished up to part 7. By chance I still had it on a floppy disk ...
Anyway, here is the 2nd part. All that remains for me to do is to wish you a lot of fun reading !!!
It had been two weeks since Maya's arrival with her father and today was her first day of school at the new school. Biwa High School was a renowned school with high demands on the students. Because Maya's father was a significant figure, the girl got the chance to take the entrance exam. These tests were very difficult, but with a lot of luck Maya would have passed them. So she got into the 4th grade, which was the 8th grade in her old school. Maya dressed and looked at herself in the mirror. It was the first time she wore a school uniform. In Japan these uniforms were compulsory, every school had its own style. The Biwa High School uniform consisted of a dark blue pleated skirt with a matching vest and a white blouse. The girl still had to get used to the school uniforms.
Suddenly her eyes fell on her watch. It was a little after eight. The girl quickly picked up her school bag and set off. She had to hurry because she didn't want to be late on her first day of school. The school wasn't far from her father's house. Maya arrived in the school yard before the second ring. The girl felt a little lost when she saw this large school building. She was also a little scared, she didn't know what exactly to expect here. She had no problems with the language because she had grown up with two languages. But the way of teaching was very different from what she was used to.
Maya entered her classroom and her teacher Sakura Nekoi was already waiting for her. "This is Maya Kudo-san.She grew up in Germany and now lives here with her father. Be nice to her, "Ms. Nekoi Maya introduced the class," there is still a free seat over there next to Yanagiba-san. With these words, the teacher pointed to an empty table in the back of the classroom. Maya nodded and walked through the rows to the seat assigned to her. Her eyes wandered through the rows. Suddenly she noticed a familiar face. It was Chiaki Yamamoto, who she met on the plane. Maya felt her heart start beating faster. "Well, everyone, take your seats and quiet," said Ms. Nekoi, checking the attendance register. Then she said, "Please, beat your English books on page 32 on. Who will start reading? "" Maya couldn't really concentrate on the lesson because she kept looking at Chiaki. Somehow he was very familiar to her and it seemed to the girl as if she had known him for years.
Finally the doorbell rang and the long break began. The entire class surrounded Maya and wanted to know pretty much everything about her: what kind of school she had attended, what kind of job her father had. Such and similar questions were asked Maya. The girl who was sitting next to her introduced herself, "I'm Azusa Yanagiba and this is Yoko Minamoto," she pointed to another girl. Suddenly time seemed to stand still for a moment. There was no longer a sound to be heard. Maya, Yoko and Azusa looked at each other and felt that they had known each other for a long time and had now finally found each other.
Then the moment was over and what remained was a feeling that the girls had forgotten something very important. Yoko was the first to overcome himself and said: “After school we'll meet in Ichihashi Park, OK?” She didn't need to say more, because the other two already knew.
Maya hadn't noticed much of the rest of the class. Her mind occupied herself with strange things that had happened since her arrival in Japan. Her fate seemed to be waiting for her here. The vision she had touching the chalice came back to her mind. Maya resolved to get to the bottom of things.
Time crept slowly by and Maya kept looking at the clock. Then school was finally over. The girl quickly packed up her things. Azusa and Yoko were already waiting for them. Then the three girls went to the park. They walked the way in silence. Somehow they felt that their current life would change drastically because they had found each other. In what way would it still show.
Momokuri Park came into view. The girls went to a large meadow and sat down. Then they took hands and closed their eyes. As they had correctly suspected, part of their long-forgotten memory came back through physical contact.
The girls saw a beautiful world with vast forests and meadows. The sky shone in a dreamlike light green. On the horizon they saw a large white lock. The name of this world came back to their minds, that was Majunga, their home. Now it occurred to them. King Junta had always ruled this country wisely and kindly. Everyone was happy until the king's advisor, the magician Dabura, stole the most sacred thing in the world: the mystical chalice. This chalice ensured the balance of nature and its inhabitants. Now that it was in the wrong hands, one catastrophe followed another and Majunga would perish. The king was seriously injured trying to stop the wizard. He called his daughter over and said: "My child, please get the cup back, otherwise everything is lost. Dabura has fled to the other world and I will send you and your bodyguards there too. You will meet when he The chalice appears. Until that day you will live as normal people. I may not see you again as I only have the strength to send you to this world.Come back, the country needs you, Princess Maya! "
Slowly the thoughts returned to reality. Tears ran down the girls' cheeks. They hadn't expected that. Maya in particular was shocked, should King Junta really be her father? If that vision was true, they weren't people from the earth. After the girls had calmed down a bit, they decided to go home. You had to think about everything first. They said goodbye to each other at the entrance to the park.
Once home, Maya lay down on her bed and tried to bring order to her thoughts. While she brooded, her eyes closed and she fell asleep. Even in her dreams she found no rest. The rediscovered memory was too powerful and could no longer be suppressed.
