The king hoped that there would be other warriors of his people who had sought refuge on this planet. That was the only place they were safe from Freezer, who thought this planet was cursed. First, from space, the planet looked like a dense, foggy, black hole. Second, on the very day when Freezer tried to conquer the planet alone, a strong storm had raged there, making a landing with a spaceship impossible.

On that day, the three decided to train well for the event in five days. There was only one small, bigger problem: ChiChi. Everyone pretended to have just finished.


The days passed. After three days ChiChi had no more work and even allowed the three of them to train, which they did diligently on the fourth day. On the fifth day, the caring mother was amazed, because all three fighters rested all day. Then the day came.




"It's down there!" Bardock called to his son and grandchildren. The sun was hot from the sky and he had tied his headband again. He hadn't wanted to do without his combat suit either.Goths Gohan and Goku went in a partner look. With one tap, the Saiyajin landed with ChiChi (after a few discussions she had given in) and Videl on the stony ground. "Another rocky desert ..." remarked Gohan, who looked around suspiciously. "There you are at last!", Bulma greeted the six, not particularly pleased about the reason for their meeting. Doubtful and pleading, she looked at Goku, who only showed her his usual optimistic smile. Behind Bulma stood Trunks, Vegeta and the king. The latter took up the floor: "Then we can start! Whoever becomes unconscious or otherwise incapacitated first has lost! Otherwise everything is allowed! Fight with full force!" "Who thought the rules?", Mumbled Bardock and threw Furtively glances at King Vegeta. Vegeta and Goku had stepped forward and were now facing each other. All the others rose up into the air as spectators, not without somewhat incredulous looks at the smaller and smaller figures below.Now they were fighting again! “Crazy!”, Bardock remarked, “We can't keep up with that in life!” The king also seemed impressed and nodded. "Exactly what we need!"


Down on the plain vegeta didn't seem satisfied. "You should fight at full strength!" He ordered. "Why should I if you don't?" Goku asked boldly. “Come on, now!” With a scream, Goku let out his strength. Vegeta also continued to work up. He didn't get long hair, but his strength was about the same as that of Gokus. Bardock had to close his eyes and the king was pushed back slightly. Goten and Trunks had problems holding their mothers and Gohan had to stand in front of Videl so that she could not be blown away. Goku also seemed quite impressed. The prince rushed forward with tremendous speed.

The fight went back and forth for a long time and soon the whole rocky area was almost completely leveled.


Gasping again, the two stood facing each other. This time Goku took the offensive, but he had advanced too slowly, because Vegeta was already standing next to him and rammed his elbow into his back. Goku only barely caught himself and climbed back up. He involved vegeta in a lightning-fast exchange of blows, in which both of them performed more or less equally. Until Goku hit his opponent violently in the stomach, whereupon he was thrown backwards. Goku took this opportunity to hit him to the ground. Dust swirled up.


When this had subsided, you could see a deep crater. Boulders were thrown wildly on top of each other on the floor. The triple Super Saiyan was hovering just above the crater, but now he clearly had problems maintaining this level for a long time. He waited close to the burial site when a pressure wave hurled the boulders in all directions.A chunk the size of a head hit Goku right in the stomach, as he could not avoid it in time.


A figure rose from the hail of stones and landed exhausted on level ground. She held her left arm, which hung limply. Vegeta's eyes and hair were black again. Goku also turned back relieved and ended up next to his vengeful friend. This looked at him and smiled.


"And I thought I could defeat you with my new strength ... Well puff pie!", Vegeta said, but looked Goku in the eye. "Not much was missing!", He denied, "I was slowly having real problems holding the step!" Hesitantly Vegeta bowed his head. "Anyway, I didn't last that long, so you won ..." Goku was so speechless that he only briefly opened and closed his mouth.


Shortly afterwards the others had reached the bottom and Bardock had started to heal the prince, who was now looking exactly the same as usual.



They met again three days later. This time in "civil" in the Capsule Corporation. Bardock and the King Vegeta wanted to fly to the planet "Zephir", which the Saiyajins had depopulated shortly before the destruction of their own planet. The two secretly promised Vegeta and Son-Goku that they would telepathically communicate with them and provide distance, direction and other data for the coronation. The capsule started with a great roar. Ten people looked after her, even when there was nothing left to see, and indulged their thoughts.




Two months later, as the sun was just creeping over the hills and trees that surrounded Goku and Chi-Chi, a capsule landed right in front of the house. The tailgate hissed open and whirled up a little dust. Trunks jumped out. "Goten !?" he called out loud. A window on the first floor opened and Goten looked down. Five minutes later there was a rumble, then someone yelped and the door was thrown open. Goku ran out, followed by Chichi, who swung a frying pan in the air high above her head. "You're not leaving again!" She shouted and seemed to have repeated this sentence a few times because she was completely out of breath. "Chichi! Now don't be like that!", Goku asked, "I'll stay away for a maximum of two months!" "Promise me!" Demanded Chichi. Goku nodded: "Of course!" The frying pan flew away in a high arc, onto the roof, Chichi stormed towards her husband. "Goku!", She sobbed heartbreakingly and wrapped her arms around him. Trunks, who had seen it, just went to Goten to say goodbye. Then he hurried to get into the ship.Goku was also getting restless. He shook Chichi with the words "I'm not gone forever!" successfully and also went into the capsule. While the two remaining waved, the hatch closed. It disappeared into the sky at a mad speed.

Vegeta got up from one of the four armchairs in front of another window and pressed a few buttons. A big "O. K." blinked on one of the displays and he added: "This time that's a good thing!
