-------------------------------------------------- When the women were done, Mr. Briefs let go of Vegeta. Vegeta was furious, Bulma noticed this and waved her parents out of the room. She stayed there to calm Vegeta down a bit. She looked at him "Why did you do that?" She asked worried. "What?" He asked angrily. "That you tore your wounds open again." "Bad dream.", Vegeta said annoyed. “And what did you dream of?” “What's your business?” He hissed, staring at the ceiling. "Nothing, but maybe you want to talk about it?", Bulma hoped that she could get to him. "No" "Then ... I'll leave you alone again.", She said softly and went to the door. As she opened the door Vegeta said: "Bulma." She looked at him: "Hmm?" "Stay here, please.", He looked at her helplessly. She closed the door again and came over to his bed. "What is it?" She asked him. She saw that he was feeling bad and not just because of the pain."Have a seat," said Vegeta. "Why should I?" She started to be defiant because she was thinking about earlier. "Because I", Vegeta swallowed before he continued: "I don't want to be alone." She looked at him puzzled: "He doesn't want to be alone?" . She smiled and said: "Sleep a little." She stroked his cheek without him even twitching or growling. It almost seemed like he was enjoying every touch of her. He closed his eyes and soon fell asleep calmly. She watched him sleep and thought, "He's like a little child who doesn't want to be alone. Right now he's really just as helpless as a child."
"Is Vegeta going crazy again?" Said Mrs. Briefs. "He's still way too weak to go nuts for that," replied Mr Briefs. Mrs. Briefs went into the kitchen and made tea while Mr. Briefs sat in the living room.
Bulma was just about to leave the room when Vegeta began to move wildly."He's having a nightmare," she thought and went back to him. She shook him: "Vegeta? Wake up." Vegeta opened his eyes and looked at Bulma with tears in his eyes. "My father," he breathed and couldn't hold back the tears. "He's crying? His father must have meant a lot to him," she thought. Bulma took him in her arms. "It's okay, it was just a dream.", She tried to calm him down. When he had calmed down, Bulma let go of him. They looked each other in the eye for a long time. "Damn it again, the feeling of why always with her? Is that really love?", He thought. "Kiss me, Vegeta, please," she thought out loud and was startled when she noticed.
