I fell weak

What can I do?

I feel full

So full ...

Often I think all is to much

Much too much for me

I want silence

Silence ...

My head is nearly bursting

And hurting so much

I feel lonely

So lonely ...

With my problems, fears and grit

All goes round in my head

Round and round and round and ...

It will never end ...
