A fateful misunderstanding



Everyone was now in bed after having talked extensively. Kagome was back with Inuyasha, who was still awake in bed. He decided to leave today because he was haunted his head again and didn't leave it alone. He went outside and sat down a little further from the house. He closed his eyes for a while and when he opened them again he saw him standing in front of him again. He saw him in his black eyes, without any shine. His black youkai lines that ran down his cheek and eyes. They looked like black tears running down their faces. His dark blue hair that was almost black and that was definitely too long. Inuyasha followed him calmly and then jumped right in front of him. Kintaro screamed and fell backwards. "What? What do you want from me-me?" he asked anxiously. Likewise, he looked at him when he got too close to Kagome and he really taught him a lesson. "Quite simply, I'll kill you," Inuyasha said in two voices. The voice of his "parasites" could be heard outside. Kintaro gathered himself up again and got ready to fight. "If you want to kill-me, you have to defeat mi-me." Inuyasha hit him in the stomach and he flew against the next best tree.With a scream, he fell to the floor. "You useless people, no strength at all," Inuyasha said in two voices again. Now he not only looked mean, it sounded like it too. He went to Kintaro and took his face in his hands. He dug his claws into his skin, which was bleeding instantly. He pulled it close to his face and they were only a few millimeters away. “A wish how you want to die?” Kintaro couldn't get a sound out of it. "Well then I'll choose something" He pulled his arm back as if he wanted to punch him. But he wanted to stab him right in the heart and got his long claws ready. He was about to swing back to give him the coup de grace. “INU YASHA STOP!” Inuyasha didn't even look back. Because they were all there. (Except for the two children, of course) Everyone looked at him with horrified looks. Inuyasha let go of Kintaro, thanks to the reputation of Kagome he was able to regain control a little. He didn't want Kagome to think he was a monster.He changed his form to the Hanyou so that they couldn't see that he has turned into a demon again. He left without even looking at his friends. He didn't want to explain to them why he did that. But Kagome didn't want to let him go. Finally she had him again and now she didn't want to let him go. She ran after him and stood up in front of him. Inuyasha avoided all eye contact. "Inuyasha, it's not bad. I know why that happened. It wasn't you, please stay!" But Inuyasha could not comply with Kagome's request. "No, Kagome, it doesn't work. I have to go or I'll hurt one of you" Inuyasha walked past Kagome. But as stubborn as Kagome was, she wouldn't let that happen. "You don't need to go. Please stay here!" She ran in front of him again and held him back. "If you want to go, you have to pass me!" "No Kagome, I don't have to" Kagome paused. Now a light surrounded Inuyasha and he disappeared.He had teleported away. Kagome sank to her knees and tears rolled down her beautiful face. Kagome was still kneeling on the floor in shock and crying. The rest of the troop stood sadly in front of Kagome. Even Kouga was sad about it. Sakura felt it with mixed feelings. Kintaro was still sitting on the floor in shock, but looking at Kagome. Now it started to rain too. Since they couldn't leave Kagome out in the rain, they had to drag Kagome in as she made no move to go inside. Nobody cared about Kintaro, he had to come in himself. Then he went in too. They all sat around Kagome. They gave her tea and a blanket as she was cold. Kagome was in shock. Inuyasha left her alone. Where was he now? Kagome's head almost cracked open. "Kagome-chan you should sleep now!" Kinako suggested to her. She took her advice and lay down to sleep. They all went to another room to talk about some things.Ami, Juri, Minako and Kintaro weren't needed for this, but they came along anyway.

"It's getting scary. What's the matter with Inuyasha?" Sesshomaru asked around. Kinako got nervous. She had not dealt often with such a demon who was with Inuyasha. She remembered a wards who had lost his wife and who also had such a demon. Because of the desperation and self-imputed guilt, the demon was able to feed on it. After a while he had driven him insane and taken over his body and mind. She had to kill him.

Inuyasha had been through this for a few years now, no chance of getting rid of him. They actually had no names because many did not believe in this demon. But they called him Emphath. She knew that Inuyasha alone has no will and he will be able to take him off guard. They had to find him again quickly. The Emphath could hardly believe his naivete. He still held onto his friends and love. "Forget about Kagome! She always insulted you so often. And only think about it when she said 'sit'! She used it as often as possible" It was true, but Kagome never liked to say it. And she really did love him.
