here is the next part of my FF:







Mikako looked up and saw the nervous Zorro. She jumped up.

"Lorenor ??!" She said, amazed.

Her eyes filled with tears and she fell around Zorro's neck, so that he had to take a step back in order not to fall.

He was totally surprised when she suddenly started sobbing and put his arms around her.

"Lorenor! I knew I could take your word for it. You don't even know how much I've missed you!" She sobbed and clung to him.

"I missed you very much, Mika-chan.", He said and buried his hand in her hair, pressing her head to his chest.

"I'm sorry that I left without talking to you, but there was no other way. Forgive me, please.", He said hoarsely and was close to tears himself.

Mikako looked up, straight into his eyes, and smiled slightly.

"If you had told me I would have come with you and that would have been too dangerous for me, besides, I would only have hindered you! Alright!"



Luffy and Nami couldn't suppress a grin.

"Hey Luffy, do you think we can go to them too, or do we want to leave them alone?"

"Of course go!", Luffy said and happily marched to Zorro and Mikako, Nami after him.

When Mikako saw her she broke away from Zorro and wanted to say something, but he got ahead of her.

"It's okay, Mikako. That's Luffy and Nami, captain and navigator!"

"Hello!", Mikako greeted them friendly.

"Hi!", Luffy only read from himself.

"Hello! So you are that Mikako who confuses Zorro so much!" Nami said and shook hands with Mikako. Zorro blushed suddenly and looked at Nami with an "I'll kill you for it" look.

"Tell me, Mika-chan. You don't happen to know what my parents are doing, do you?", Zorro asked to distract from the subject.

Mikako swallowed and looked at him seriously and sadly at the same time.

"You are dead!", She said briefly and averted his gaze.

His eyes widened in horror.

"You are dead? But how ...? Mikako, please tell me what happened!"

"Three years ago, shortly after you left, pirates attacked our city and they killed almost everyone! I survived because I was in the ninja school at the time of the attack and we only noticed it when it was in the City started to burn. By the time we ran there almost everyone was dead. Mum finally sacrificed herself for me, I passed out at some point in the fight and when I woke up again I was at Caunt and I've been with him ever since. John "I and Caunt are the only survivors from our village.", Mikako sobbed and wrapped her arms around herself as if she were freezing.

Zorro took her pityingly in his arms and said: "If I had stayed well, some of the others might still be alive!"

"No Lorenor, it was good that you left, otherwise you might be dead too."

Luffy looked at Mikako pityingly and Nami put her hand on her own shoulder (where the tattoo is)

Luffy said after a few minutes of silence: "So you are a ninja?"

"Well, a ninja in training and a swordsman!"

"Swordsman? You?" Asked Zorro, surprised.

"Yes, wait a minute, I'll get my swords!", She said and jumped on the cabin roof, to the sail mast (is that called that?) And came back with two green-black, long katana swords (Japanese long swords), which were on the handle were bound together with a green and black cloth, too.

"Two swords?", Zorro asked and had to grin, apparently Mikako was just as ambitious as he was.

"Yes, one is from my father and one was given to me by the master because he said I had just as strong a will as you and the only one who would be worthy of him.", she said, holding the swords very close to her.

"From your father?" Asked Zorro, amazed.

"Yes, Mum told me where it is just before she died in my arms. I also know more about my father now," she said sadly.

Nami and Luffy looked questioningly at Mikako.

"You Mikako, may I ask what about your father?" Luffy asked.

"He left my mother and me when I was only 2 years old.", Mikako answered with a serious look.

"What do you know more about him now?", Asked Zorro and looked at his old friend demanding.

"Well, I know his name is Shanks and he left to become a pirate and as far as I know he's pretty well known."

"You are the daughter of Shanks? From the red Shanks?" Luffy asked, his jaw dropping to the floor. (I couldn't help myself)

Mikako just nodded and was clearly surprised by Luffy's reaction.

"Wow! It's cool!", Luffy cheered.

"Do you know him?" Asked Mikako.

"Yes! He's the reason why I want to be King of the Pirates! You know, he gave me this hat and I promised him that.", Luffy said happily reminiscing.

Mikako had to smile when she saw Luffy's happy face.

"How I would love to be as free and carefree as Luffy .." she mumbled softly.

Zorro looked at her pityingly and only now noticed the cloth that held the two swords together.

"That's my headscarf!"

"Yes, I cherished it. However, I had to hide it with my swords because otherwise Caunt would have stolen it from me."

"You Mikako?"

"Yes, what is Loren-kun?"

"You are not voluntarily with him. With Caunt I mean."

Mikako shook his head timidly.

"No, I'm not here of my own free will. You know, he apparently saved my life back then and I was with him for a while, but he won't let me go now.I tried to run away, but he caught me and is now taking care that I don't run away. There would be no point in running away anyway. He has people everywhere who would betray me. "

"How does he treat you?", Zorro asked without batting an eyelid, because he trusted Caunt to do everything.

"Well, he ...", she started, but was startled by voices from the other side of the ship that were getting closer and closer.

"Shit! That's caunt, hide yourselves, quickly!", Mikako said suddenly in a panic and pushed the three of them behind the boxes, behind which they were already standing. Then she turned to the door of the cabin from which John had just come out.

"Hello my dear Mikako!", Caunt said exuberantly as he ran his hand through his jet black hair.

The other hand was in the pocket of his jet black suit.

"You can save yourself the friendliness!" Said Mikako.

When he saw the swords, his expression darkened.

"Where did you get the swords from?" He asked and took a few steps towards Mikako.

She took a few steps back.

"I got them back, after all they belong to me!", She said and held the swords very close to her.

"I have already told you that it is not proper for a lady to have swords like that!" Said Caunt and looked at her very sternly.

"I don't care and you know that too!" She said, a little scared.

"Don't be so cheeky and give me the swords!"

"No, I won't do that! You know exactly that these swords are sacred to me, why do you want to take them away from me?", Asked Mikako and hugged the swords even tighter.

"Holy? Pah! They are only so important to you because they remind you of that idiot named Zorro," said Caunt and took a few more steps towards Mikako, this time she stopped.

"He's not an idiot! I've already told you a couple of times not to talk about him like that!", she yelled at him angrily.



> What does Mikako have? Why is she so scared? I mean, yes, she was afraid of him before, but now? He will hardly dare to hit her, will he? <, thought Zorro, who was watching the whole thing closely.
