The friends sat in a dark forest. The fire in the middle pattered away. Kagome, Sango, Kiara and Shippo slept. Inuyasha and Miroku kept watch. "I would like to know where Naraku is." Inuyasha said thoughtfully. "We'll still find him." Inuyasha said. Suddenly you heard noises from the bushes. "Inuyasha, inuyasha." You heard a very familiar voice say. "Miyoga, what's going on?" Inuyasha asked the little flea ghost who stopped by. "A young girl is coming, a young girl is coming," Miyoga said excitedly. "A girl?" Asked Miroku. "Forget it Miroku.", Sango suddenly said, waking up. "It is definitely a normal person," said Inuyasha. "Shall we wake Kagome?" Asked Miroku. "Let her sleep," said Sango. Suddenly an arrow shot into a tree just above Kagome. "What was that?" Inuyasha asked and got up. A girl came out of the bushes. She wore a brown top, brown skirt, and brown shoes; everything was made of leather.Her long dark brown hair was tied in a braid. She held a bow and arrow in her hands. "Who are you?" Inuyasha asked and drew his sword Tessaiga. "The Holy Spirit," said the girl. "What do you want?" Asked Miroku. "Tessaig. But I won't get it now, not yet.", She said. "And why not?" Inuyasha asked. "It's my business," said the girl. "And why did you draw on Kagome?" Inuyasha asked. "Do you like her?" Said the girl. Inuyasha turned bright red: “How did you come up with that?” The girl shrugged her shoulders: “It was just an idea.” Suddenly she looked around and shot an arrow into a bush. "What was that supposed to mean?" Asked Miroku. "Nothing, nothing," she said and ran away. "Oh, yes, my name is Kai.", She shouted afterwards. "Hey, stay here!" Inuyasha yelled. Sango and Kiara went into the bush. Out they took out a little green demon. It was Jake. Inuyasha made up his mind immediately."why are you sniffing around here?" he asked grimly. "Well, I'm after this girl. My masters want me to catch her," Jake said. "And why are you telling us this?" Asked Miroku suspiciously. "Because it doesn't matter much," Jake said. "And if you'll excuse me now.", He said and ran after Kai. "Something's wrong there.", Miroku said thoughtfully. "We'll find out.", Sango said and sat down. "Whoever this Kai is, we'll find out," said Sango, looking up at the stars.
