4. Renegades or Helpers?

So I'm already finishing my life. But then I hear something, they are voices!
It occurs to me with a shock that the renegades often stay here.
The voices are getting closer. Soon they will be very close.
Then I saw her. A troop of men, all between 20 and 30. My heart is racing. The foremost sees me. He gives me a quick look and sees my injuries.
He grins. Then he signals the others to lay me on a stretcher.
