The war for the bathroom

Finally it was night and now she could finally go to the bathroom, thought Sarah, dragging water buckets through the castle corridors and already looking forward to her long-awaited bath water that would wash her body clean in a few minutes. She had her beloved sponge clamped under her arm, which of course couldn't be missing. She happily opened the bathroom door and almost dropped the buckets in shock and disappointment at the same time when she saw that another vampire had long since used the bathtub.
"Have you never heard of knocking?" Said Herbert, who was sitting calmly in the warm water. " No manners."
"What are you doing here?" Sarah asked and you could clearly hear the discontent in her voice.
"Can you not see that?" Said the vampire man with a slight sarcasm and did not let the visitor disturb him."But that's my bathroom," complained the landlady's daughter and put her hands on her hips.
"In case you've forgotten, this bathroom is also adjacent to my room," he reminded her.
Now the bathroom had to stay out, it seemed, but inside Sarah brooded over how she could get hold of the bathtub for herself. Looking around, she noticed a pair of earrings that were Herbert's property on the vanity table.
"Are we here in the museum or why are you still there looking at the room with such interest?" He said and saw the girl approaching the little table.
"These aren't yours by chance, are they?" She asked with an innocent look and lifted the two silver earrings.
"If your undead life means something to you then you'd better put them back where they were otherwise ..."
"Otherwise?" Repeated Sarah, walking to the window, which she opened and held out the hand with the jewelry.
" You will not dare doing that!, "hissed Herbert.
"Really?" She said innocently and grinned discreetly.
Before she knew it, the count's son had jumped up, hastily wrapping a towel around his hips and running after the girl who had fled quickly.
"Come on, come on," cried Sarah like a child as she hurried through the corridors and Herbert close to her verses. The chased ran across the entire castle and the stolen vampire left nothing but small wet puddles on the stone floor. At some point he lost his "victim" at one of the multiple bends. He just chose one of the corridors and didn't get very far. He bumped into someone and this someone turned out to be Alfred, who had made acquaintance with the floor through the collapse.
"Forgive me, my beautiful," Herbert apologized to his lover and picked up the book the young vampire had dropped on and handed it to him.
"T-Thank you," said Alfred and only now noticed that the bumped into him was naked, except for the towel around his waist."W-Why ...," Alfred wanted to ask, but Herbert quickly gave the answer without having heard the question.
"I was just taking a bath."
" But why..."
"Have you seen Sarah?"
"Uh," made Alfred and suddenly he saw the tavern maid standing behind the count's son and giving the young science assistant a sign with his index finger on his lips that he shouldn't reveal anything.
"Well?" Asked Herbert and raised his eyebrows.
The next thing the big vampire noticed was someone grabbing his towel and pulling it away from him. Alfred immediately blushed and Sarah just laughed childishly and disappeared around the next corner.
"This one," shouted Herbert, who was now standing naked in the corridor with Alfred.
"Snake!" He shouted after her, desperately looking for something to cover himself with, but he found nothing other than the stone walls, but then his gaze slid to Alfred, who was wrapped with his back to him and stood with shame. "You have to help me, Alfred," asked Herbert and put his hands on his shoulders."U-And how?" Asked the young vampire in a high voice.
"You just have to run in front of me until we get to my room."
"But your room is on the top floor and if someone sees us he might be thinking something wrong," he tried to persuade himself.
"So you want to leave me here naked and helpless?" Asked Herbert in a tone that Alfred's conscience could not cope with. So he gave in and ran right in front of Herbert and prayed that no one else would see her like that. And Sarah? She was now sitting completely relaxed in the bathroom and enjoying the warm water on her skin, but before Herbert would lynch her, she would be quickly over the mountains.
