Episode #: 405 Ranma & Akane

We begin to rewrite history ...

... the part where Ranma and his friends are in Jusenkyo (the legendary training railing with its cursed springs). You are disappointed in the pouring rain and have to find that the springs are flooded and that it is currently not possible to transform yourself back.

"Ranma ... you say that because you are disappointed?", Akane replies and watches Ranma inquiring at. “Phew!” He exclaims and then says angrily: “No, you stupid brat, it was more important to me at the moment that you were alive!” Akane is surprised, goes up to Ranma and takes his hand. He is quite flabbergasted and also about it when she replies: "Ranma, that was really very nice of you. I'm sorry that now that we are here, you can't be cured." "Oh Akane," sighs Ranma. "let's go home".Ryoga is still talking to the guide and Shampoo frees the panda from his slavery.

Back in Japan and a few days later ...
the families Tendo and Saotome sit together at the table and eat. While this is happening, Nabiki is taking a package from the Jusenkyo sources. A barrel with a letter from the Führer, who thanked him again and sent water from the boys' spring. There comes again Nabiki a calculating idea ... the one who pays the most for it should get the water and distribute the message to all the people concerned. All the people concerned have come ... but instead of making offers, they trick Nabiki, steal the barrel from her and then argue about it themselves. But it doesn't last long, the first beating falls ... Ganma has grabbed the barrel in the turmoil when his son jumps after him and hits him on the head.He drops the barrel, shampoo catches it and Ranma follows behind ... "We can share the water, but only if I get a kiss from you!" purrs shampoo and looks expectantly at Ranma. "Shit!", Thought Ranma, "what should I do?" "Okay, but only a kiss," he replies and approaches Shampoo. She is already looking forward to it and demonstratively stands up. Ranma is standing right in front of her and when he sees her pursed lips and closed eyes, he begins to hesitate ... "Should I really?", He thinks convulsively, "what the heck? I have to go through that!" and approaches shampoo. When suddenly a voice roars: "Ranma !!" The rest of the fighting (Ganma, Ryoga and Mousse) stop abruptly and turn in the direction from which the roar is coming. Akane stands there, contorted with rage, and before she knows it, the other three pounce on Ranma ... when Happosai comes up too. He's just on the run again and breaks the barrel of shampoo.The water immediately seeps into the ground and everyone is furious at Happosai !!

In the evening Ranma sits sadly by the pond and mumbles to herself. When Akane arrives: "Don't be sad, Ranma. We'll find a way like us ...", she doesn't get any further when she hears what he is muttering to himself: "... just a kiss," comes softly from his lips. "If I hadn't hesitated," he continues, "then I would be a boy again". "What? You would have loved to kiss her!" Akane exclaims in horror. Turns around and wants to leave. Ranma notices this in time, turns around and grabs her hand. In doing so, he developed so much momentum that it promptly lands on his lap. Both look at each other puzzled. A short silence ...
"It means nothing to me! Do I have to kiss you first, so that you understand?" Akane looks at him in amazement and he blushes. "Pah, you don't dare anyway!", she replies disappointed.
"Uh ... should I? Should I really? Uh ... I mean only if you want to?" He starts to stutter. "Do it!" Is the only answer and they both look at each other. "Very well!", He takes his heart and kisses her ... "She is cute", he thinks to himself and she thinks: "He actually does it!"
Meanwhile, this situation is quietly observed by the rest of the family up on the balcony ... Father Tendo comes to tears and calls out: "Finally !! And soon it's wedding !!" The panda holds up a sign: I can already hear the bells ringing !
Akane and Ranma stop abruptly and look up, embarrassed! "Man, dad, you have to screw up this beautiful romance again!", Nabiki said indignantly at the end.

Annotation:

Since I was very disappointed with R. Takahashi's ending to her fantastic story, I have rewritten this one. Anke & Ranma quarreled so often in all of the episodes that I think they should at least be more conciliatory to each other in the end?And how could it be better than that long-awaited kiss that never took place?

Will they marry or not? - Nobody knows! I have also left out here how the couples form beyond the two. The focus was always on the relationship between Ranma & Akane.
