I dedicate this chapter specifically to Ran_Kagome and Ayescha. Don't forget Och and Sesshomaru-san, it's got half of it over Sesshoumaru.

Chapter 2: Confusion

Sesshoumaru lay on the green lush meadow and looked at the stars.
It was night, and he, Rin, and Jake had made camp for the night.
Rin and Jake were already asleep, but Sesshoumaru thought again about the last conversation he had with his father.
And about the question to which he gave an uncertain answer and which still bothered him.
"Sesshoumaru, is there something you want to protect?" it echoed in his head again.
He thought about it over and over.
The insecure and now grown-up demon then looked at Rin at the still blazing fire.° Is there something I want to protect? ° Again this question he asked himself.
° Rin? Why do I let her live? Why am I letting her come with you? °
He pulls out Tokijin and ... points it at the little girl who is still sleeping.
° What am I doing there? ° He put the demon sword back and looked again at the stars.
"Hm ... how ridiculous," he began to speak quietly to himself, "is Tensaiga responsible for the fact that I cannot kill this human child? Or am I more like my brother than I thought?"

Place change:
"Make way !!!" After saying these words, Inuyasha lay on the stony bank of the little river. He just thought what happened to Kagome.
But she was doing brilliantly as he just noticed himself.
She was only shocked because of the low water temperature, had she forgotten that the water was freezing at this time?
Inuyasha rushed in when he heard Kagome
He saw her standing naked on the bank, she saw him blushed and therefore shouted "Make way!"Well, in any case, Kagome decided to put her clothes on again.
She cursed him as a tensioner and he wanted to defend himself first but he gave it up because he knew it would make no sense.
On the way back to the village he mumbled something to himself.
Suddenly the two heard a loud crash and scream.

Miroke and Sango had made themselves comfortable on a quiet hill and Miroke had put his head on Sangos shot.
When the two heard the noise from the village, they were roused from their calm.
Both of them just wanted to calmly watch the stars.
"What was that?" asked Miroke, since he was shooting at Sangos, he couldn't find out the origin of the noise.
However, Sango confirmed his assumption, "I think it came from the village."
Now they also heard some calls for help.
They jumped up and ran towards the village.

When they reached the village they were frightened ...
"Naraku!" Miroke thought out loud, but what he heard from Sango's mouth confused him."Kohaku? What ..." Sango's face turned pale, she lowered her gun.
Inuyasha finally arrived with Kagome, they were standing on the hill through which the two could overlook the village.
He stared at the attacker as if spellbound ... he couldn't believe his eyes ... He whispered to himself "Ki ... Kikyo ... What ... Why are you attacking the village?"
Kagome looked at Inuyasha, she didn't understand why he was talking about Kikyo ...
Actually she wasn't sure whether she saw correctly or not ... She couldn't believe her eyes either ... She saw her ... class teacher? ... (Ha ... you wouldn't have thought that what?)
