Chapter: Chapter One, Act 1/2
Hmmm much time passed and I didn't get a picking, that's not nice at all ^^
Well, I'll just send off the next part, maybe someone will have mercy on me.
Oh well: From this part onwards, violence and blood will sometimes occur, but I would find it exaggerated to classify it as an adult, but if you can't cope with it, you shouldn't read, I wish everyone else a lot of fun:
Chapter One Act 1
It must have been around 8:34 am when the police moved out for the first time, several emergency calls had been received, describing desperate reports of so-called "zombies" staggering across the streets killing everyone who came in their way. "The whole thing sounds like one of those horror films from the 60s," groaned the SWAT officer and invited his Heckler & Koch through. When the first call came, the entire RPD almost burst out laughing, it was all so absurd, it had to be a prank by a few youngsters ... unfortunately it wasn't.
The calls became more frequent and it was proven that they came from all over the city, meanwhile patrol cars had reported about the strange monsters, the police had no choice but to investigate the matter. So nine of the twenty "Special Weapon And Tactics" recruits were sitting together with their superior in this blue van that was racing through the streets of Racoon.
- “Is that really possible, sir?” The very young SWAT recruit, who was sitting next to the officer, seemed almost to tremble. No wonder the experienced police officer thought, the hardest thing these children had ever seen here was a revolt by Greenpeace, he seriously wondered why Chief Irons didn't send the right SWAT unit.
* This is exactly the right thing for the recruits, they have to get to know the world out there * The chief said and the officer knew it was a mistake.
“I mean, is it really possible to shuffle the corpses around town, sir?” The officer made no answer, was there even one to that question?
The dark blue car with the white lettering came to a stop. “Boy, if it's true, I hope you've made peace with your God.” With that, the experienced policeman stood up and opened the back door of the big car.He jumped out and motioned for his people to follow. The recruits clutched their weapons and jumped into the street. What the officer saw in front of him made the blood freeze in his veins, a roadblock stretched out in front of him, probably 50 or 60 police officers who sat at their cars with weapons at the ready and stared spellbound at the people who were just turning a street corner . At first glance they looked like a group of demonstrators, something you learned to deal with, but then he noticed the strange walk, they didn't walk, they shuffled slowly with their arms raised.
One of the recruits almost got wet when he saw them coming closer and closer, their skin ... they were terribly disfigured, the flesh partly hung from their bones and their organs bulged out. A wave of acrid stench came over to the policemen ... stink of putrefaction ...
"Attention everyone!" Yelled the officer into his megaphone. “Fire at your own discretion.” If he insisted that there would be no point in trying to control the men, the officer saw the panic on them and he himself could only contain himself with difficulty. The group staggered closer and closer and finally, almost relievingly, the first shot rang out.
One of the RPD cops had shot a huge hole in one of the bodies with his shotgun. It was almost like a start signal, a hail of bullets the likes of which this city had never seen spilled on the zombies, a few were shredded by the bullets and collapsed, but the others just kept going.
The officer was the first to realize that it was hopeless, but retreating was just as pointless, they just had to do their best to stop these monsters, take as many of them as possible to the grave. Then his gaze fell on one of the recruits standing there, clutching his H&K without firing.
The recruit was trembling all over, he just wasn't prepared for something like that, it was too much for him, he thought he was losing the shipment.
"Damn it!" yelled the officer and forced himself through the ranks towards the boy, he couldn't allow himself to die so early. He stood right in front of him, but the boy looked through him.
"WAKE UP !!" He gave him a hard slap on the face and he boy woke up like a nightmare.
- "Listen, boy. We're all scared, but you mustn't let fear win, fight it, be strong for the people of this city, that's your job! And don't forget ... arghhh" The officer came next not, the roadblock had simply been overrun, the creatures had simply mauled the police officers in front of them, tore them to pieces ...
And now the recruit was staring in disbelief at his superior's body, a putrid hand had pierced and was still in it. He didn't know whether he should feel disgust, fear or anger now, entrails were dripping from the twitching hand, but at least the officer seemed to be protecting him with his body.
But the recruit knew it was over, nobody would survive here, these things were just unstoppable, like a disease ..
He reached into his pocket and took out the nine-millimeter Beretta that was standard equipment.I don't want to die like this, he thought. Still buried under his superior's body, he put the gun to his head and pulled the trigger. The click of the trigger promised peace.
Chapter One Act 2
Alan hadn't been in Racoon High School long, so he was sitting lonely in his seat in the back row of the classroom. He didn't really want to get to know the others either. He had been a loner back then and no longer cared about friendship or anything like that.
He let his gaze wander through the class, he knew a few of the people by name because they were considered outsiders and were mostly annoyed by the others. One of those who really got something was this dwarf, Ben, Alan had nothing for him, he didn't like weaklings. Another was the weird Rick, who sat even further back than himself, in the shadiest place in the room. Well, at least he didn't seem to be a weakling, his black muscle shirt showed his biceps muscles, which were very considerable for his age.But actually he couldn't care less, he wouldn't stay here long, he would go to work and be able to move away in a few weeks, at least that's how he thought.
"Good morning", the old teacher hissed under his thick horn-rimmed glasses when he entered the room, he let a stern, scrutinizing look wander through the class and sat down at his table.
Alan checked his watch, it was now exactly 9:01 am and the teacher was way too punctual.
- “Well, before we start with the lesson, I have been instructed by the school management to inform you about the curfew.” A disgruntled murmur went through the class.
- "Yes, I know, but as long as this crazy guy is running around out there killing people, you can't be allowed to go out in the evening. So you stay at home from 5:00 p.m., is that clear?" Student visibly upset. "YES." It sounded like a mouthful, Alan having shut up, no stupid law would prevent him from having at least a little fun in the evening. With a gesture that expressed that he personally did not care what happened to the students, the teacher began the lesson. Maths...
Alan groaned that he had never been particularly good at school, especially math, even though he had a high IQ since elementary school. Sullenly, he opened his notebook and grabbed one of the ballpoint pens from the scrawled folder.
As was to be expected, the class was deadly boring and Alan spent most of the time scribbling on the wooden table top.
Suddenly he got a nasty smell and at first he thought the toilets had overflowed, but the smell was different ... putrid. Now he noticed that other students were holding their noses too. What the hell was that ??
“Mister Gray, couldn't you even check where that came from?” The student who asked that was Diana, and she was the class representative, Alan thought she was the typical nerd.
- "I'm sure this will be forgotten in a moment, open a window."Because of the blinding sun, the curtains were closed all morning.
One of the girls near the window got up, grabbed the curtain, and pulled it aside.
At the same moment she staggered backwards and cried out in horror. Alan looked at the piece of window she'd exposed and saw what she'd seen. A man, or something like that, stood right in front of a window and stared into it. Then he raised his arm, his skin was terribly gray and wrinkled, and struck the window with his bare fist.
There was a loud clink and then a groan and groan. All the girls in the room were yelling and shouting for help while the teacher got up and walked to the window the guy had just smashed, now this being was making barbers to climb in, but the teacher stood in front of him.
"This is property damage, come on with me to the headmaster right away ..." The teacher collapsed, the thing had ripped out his throat with a brutal grip. The girls screamed louder and louder and Alan was slowly getting restless, the thing wasn't human, at least not anymore, it reminded him of a corpse. But they didn't usually run around killing people, and then it hit him like a blow, the killer cannibals ... was that one of them?
He stood up with a grim expression on his face, most of the students had escaped to the door and tore it open as if from their senses, only to run into another of these things straight into the arms.
Alan reached into the compartment under the table top and put on his skateboard gloves.
They were his lucky charms, since he had them, he had never broken anything while driving again.
Meanwhile he watched with a disgusted look how these two things pounced on his classmates and literally tore them apart in the air.
Diana screamed wildly when one of the things stood directly over her, its blood-soaked mouth wide open, ready to kill her next."That's enough you freak !!" A wooden
