Magic love

Chapter 1

The bright moon shone on the lake that was in front of a large abandoned castle.
The night was quiet and only a few fireflies flew around until….
"Stand still!", The quiet night turned into loud.
"Catch the thief!", A boy with a sack in his hands ran towards the lake and climbed up a tree.
"Where did he go?", About ten men ran after him with a torch.
"Let's run on. It can't be far yet.", The men continued on the path and after a short time they were no longer in sight.
"Phew! That was close!", The boy opened the sack and came out with an apple, he took a bite. With the apple in his mouth, he climbed back down the big tree.
"Where am I anyway?" He looked around, and his eyes stop in front of the abandoned castle.He ran in the direction of the lock, as if someone were calling him, he opened the huge door, which wasn't locked, but opened very easily.
"It's huge here !!", he looked around with enthusiasm and looked at the whole entrance hall carefully.
"It doesn't seem to have been here for a long time," he felt that he was being watched, but that didn't really interest him.
"... hmm ... maybe I'll stay here? Hardly believe that you will find me here." He went through the whole castle, looked into every room until he found a large bedroom.
But what was strange was that all the furniture and stuff was there. The bedroom wasn't even dusty.
He went towards the bed because it looked like someone was lying in there. When he removed the covers from the bed, a young girl was lying there and he winced.
Suddenly the girl opened her eyes.
"AHHHHH !!!!! Who are you !? What do you want here ?!", the woman started to scream and jumped to the other side of the bed."Me ?! Huh !! I'm ... !?", he couldn't speak anymore, it was as if someone was holding his voice in his throat.
The girl looked at him like he was a ghost.
"What? You can see me?"
"Of course why not?", The boy stared at her in amazement. "I'm sorry. I didn't know anyone lived here," his face turned slightly red when he noticed how beautiful she was. She had long beautiful blonde hair and her eyes were as beautiful as the moon reflected in the water.
"Wow. You can really see me. You can even hear me.", She looked at him as if a stone had fallen from her heart.
"Yes. I can definitely hear you," he said and screwed in his ear.
Then he looked her in the eye again and saw that the tears were running down her cheeks.
"What! Why are you crying? That wasn't meant badly.", He waved his hands. The girl sat on the bed and looked at him smiling.
"Why shouldn't I be able to see you?", asked the boy, but the girl hesitated and then said:" ... It's like that, I just haven't had anyone to talk to for a long time. "
"That's all? I thought you were a ghost or something. But if that's the case I'll go again. Oh! Again sorry that I just burst in here."
Just as he reached the door, the girl suddenly said: "Wait! Don't you want to stay for dinner? Always eating alone is not exactly fun.", She smiled at him.
"So only if it doesn't matter.", He looked at her gleefully.
"Great! I'll cook something for us then!", She seemed overjoyed.
"Fine. I'll help. But first ...", he stuck his hand out, "My name is Ky and yours?"
She hesitated but then close his hand: "I'm Riku. Very pleased!"
" Another question."
"Yes?"
"What are we going to eat?"
"Hmmm…. Ah !! Got it !! We're doing Tockis !!"
"What kind of things?"
"Tockis. An old secret family recipe."

Down in the kitchenKy stood helplessly in front of the big stove while Riku looked for potatoes in the chamber.
"What should I do?", Ky asked when Riku finally found what she was looking for.
"Think about it ... you can get the pan out. And then you can get the flour, eggs and milk out of the fridge."
"Pan, flour, eggs and milk. Okay!", Ky went to work. In the meantime, Riku peeled the potatoes and washed them. Then she turned to Ky and asked: "Are you finished yet?"
"What now?"
Riku thought for a moment.
"You can now get a mug out of the cupboard and then you can mix the milk, eggs and flour together. But only three eggs."
"Okay. In this closet?", Ky pointed to a closet in the back corner. Riku nodded.
Ky did what she said and in a short time he was finished again.
"Now what?" He asked.
"Now you can set the table. You can find the dishes and so on the shelf up there."
Ky looked around, "Oh, there."He took two plates and cutlery with him, then went into the next room.
Just as he was finishing, Riku came with the meal.
"So. The food is served. Wait, we still need something to drink!", She hurried to a cupboard made of glass and took out two wine glasses.
"You drink wine, don't you?"
"Sure. I'll drink what you give me.", He said, smiling, her face turned reddish.
"Good," she said, looking at the floor.
At first it was quiet during dinner, then they started talking to each other.
"Do you live here all alone?" Asked Ky Riku.
"Yes and for as long as I can remember."
"So all your life?"
"No. In the past there were other people living here with me, but they all went away, one by one. And now I'm the last one who lives here.", Riku seemed to look a little sad at these words.
"Oh. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you. But why did you stay? Why didn't you go with me?"
"Easier said than done.I can't leave here. That's ... ", she paused for a moment," It's a little complicated. ", but you could tell that there was something rotten in the air.
