The sea

The first,

What I see when I climbed the dunes

And the only thing

Is the sun.

She shines golden at me,

With all power,

As if she wanted to show me

What she can still achieve in autumn.

And under her

Now i can see

The sea stretches below her, murmurs to me, and seems to say:

"Where have you been?"

Finally the murmur rolls over

Thunders up the beach in furious waves

And slowly withdraws

As if it wanted to pass forever.

And I stand on the banks

Listen to the change between roar and silence

And watch the sunHow it slowly strives towards the sea, as if to calm it down.

When the union is finally complete

I turn away

Walk up the dune

And go home, happy to see such a wonderful spectacle.
