Matt and Tai waited as usual in a corner of the school yard. When Sora came over to them across the school yard, Tai pulled back a little. Sure, he was already used to Matt and Sora being a couple. And that they cuddled and kissed was part of it. And yet ... it struck him a little bit in the heart every time. He should be happy about that, right?
Sora was in such a good mood that she almost forgot to kiss Matt warmly. Completely out of breath, she grinned at the two boys.
“And?” Tai asked curiously.
"What and?", Sora asked with an even wider grin.
"Who's coming now?" Matt asked, who had snuggled up against Sora from behind.
"Mimi !!" Sora threw her arms in the air with delight and hit Matt with a hook on the chin.
"What?" it came from both as if from one mouth.
"Aren't you listening to me? Mimi is coming back!"
"Mimi is coming? Are you already on vacation in America?" Tai asked, perplexed.
Sora slapped her hand on your forehead."So Tai, again for the very clever: Mimi and her parents are moving back! She'll be arriving today at noon!"
"Cool!" Said Matt, who had stopped rubbing his chin in the meantime. The thoughts circled in his head. Mimi? THE Mimi came back? Mimi, for whom he would have done anything almost 4 years ago? The Mimi, whom he had never confessed his love to?
“Matt?” Sora pulled Matt out of his thoughts.
"Hmm?" He asked confused.
"Sora just said we should prepare a reception for her. All digi knights should come."
“Sounds good.” Matt nodded in agreement.
"Well, we all have to drum up the digi knights. Guys, tell TK and Kari. TK can tell Yolei, Davis and Kodi. And Joey can't come, he's studying somewhere completely different ... and then we have to Izzy and Ken say .. "
Tai was the first to dare to interrupt Sora's flow of speech:
"Well, I don't think Izzy wants to come ..."
"Hmm, you could be right ... What do we do with Ken?""I'll check it out later," said Matt.
"Very good. Then we meet at 2 at the old kiosk?" Sora was as happy as a little child. Mimi had always been her best friend ever since she was Digiritter. They often wrote each other e-mails. Mimi had told Sora everything and vice versa. And now she would finally be back!
It rang. Tai and Matt stayed in their classroom while Sora went back to the parallel class.

Matt walked the streets alone. He was on his way to see Ken. His thoughts revolved around Mimi and Sora. There was Mimi on one side. He had loved her then, but she had chosen someone else. Then she moved to America. And as a musician he had become a swarm of girls. Daily requests and girls everywhere. And then Sora came and confessed her love to him. They have been a couple since then. And now Mimi came back, what now?
Matt had arrived at Ken's apartment. He knocked and Ken's mother opened the door.It was her take a quick look at Matt and then called over her shoulder for her son. Ken came out of his room and when he saw Matt a smile spread across his lips.
"Matt, old friend! What makes me honor?"
"Mimi is returning from the USA this afternoon and Sora had the idea that all digi knights should greet her."
"Mimi is coming? How long are you going to stay?" asked Ken.
"She ... she's moving back here."
Ken had noticed that something was wrong with Matt. So he started talking to Matt. Until Matt told him his worries.
"Hmm ... difficult situation .." Ken muttered.
"And what do you think I should do now?"
"Well, you're with Sora, so everything's fine. And Mimi ... wait and see ... maybe she has a boyfriend or something or you don't love her anymore. Then the whole headache was over otherwise been. "
"You're right. But you're coming anyway, aren't you?"
