prophecy

She walked slowly towards the stone. Put one foot in front of the other with great respect. He had a majestic charisma that shook her to the core. Her eyes were fixed on the stone and never let them out of their sight. Its golden sheen shone on the bare walls of the cave in which it was located. He cast shadows on her and lit her completely. Everywhere you could see paintings that must have been hundreds of years old and that reached up to the ceiling. Everything was painted in the brightest colors, but they were faded given their age. They showed people fighting, fleeing, working or tending large herds of cattle. You could also see temples and people who knelt in front of them and prayed to heaven. You could also see legends.Elves were to be seen, and dwarves, but also forest spirits. A lot of effort has been put into painting ancient creatures. The walkers of the air. The kite. Every single scale was painstakingly painted and the fire they spit was confusingly similar to real fire. Only that it didn't flicker made it different from the real thing. On one side of the cave one had been painted life-size and close, the wall completely closed. He was monstrous. Or was it her? It was huge and ruby red in color, and shone brightly in the light of the stone. The flames that came out of his nose were overwhelming and you could see how he extinguished the whole village with this huge force. She had stared at the picture for a long time and had simply been overwhelmed by such strength and grace. A prouder being had never been and never would be again. She gently stroked the painting and closed her eyes to save all of this in her mind. She never wanted to forget that moment when the present met the past and legend. Finally she had been able to turn away from the painting and fixed her gaze on the stone in the middle of the cave. Her eyes flash and she winced inwardly. A strange feeling spread inside her. The ardent desire to touch the stone was frighteningly great. But something in her stopped her. Something that told her that if she touched the stone, her life would change drastically. A slight despair rose in her. What should she do? What was going to happen or what wasn't going to happen. The urge to touch him was great. Too large. Slowly they approached the stone and held out their hand to it. She paused just before him. Should she dare? That feeling, deep inside her, was about to break out. So what should she do? Give it a try? Was it wise Her heart beat loud and fast against her chest and she was trembling with excitement. As if her body, her hand, were acting of its own accord, she touched the stone.

Suddenly a pleasant feeling of warmth and security flowed through her. She felt light as a feather, like a bird. Inner peace returned to her and wiped away the worries of everyday life. Her soul sighed inwardly. She felt free. More free than ever before. A smile played on her lips. But then she was thrown away by a violent pressure wave and lay in shock on the ground. The stone shone brightly and she had to hold her hands in front of her face, it was so bright. A strong wind came from the stone and filled the shell with a cold atmosphere that disappeared as quickly as it came. Suddenly everything was quiet and the light was gone. Now a warm aura emanated from the stone and enveloped the cave in a pleasant light. A few seconds passed before she dared to open her eyes again. She had to blink slightly until she could see something when she looked at the stone in shock. A figure hovered over the stone. Was it human A ghost? A wave of fear ran through them. But it wasn't really fear. It was rather a respect for the unknown. Slowly she rose and stared at the figure. It was a woman. With long hair and a long cloak and a hood that covered her face. She had stretched out her hands like a prayer. It was in a kind of fog, you could see through it. ° So a soul, separated from his body ° she thought to herself and slowly walked towards the figure. Suddenly the figure stared up and looked at her with its shining eyes that broke through the darkness. She stopped, frozen. >> So you found your way to me. Kagome Higurashi << Shocked, the addressed opened her eyes and stared at the woman ° How does she know my name? ° >> I have known you longer than you might like, << replied the figure and didn’t change a face.° And she can read minds too ° thought Kagome and a little fear came into her. >> You don't need to be afraid. I will not harm you << the figure spoke to her. That loosened up Kagome a bit and the tension that had built up in the last few minutes fell away. Nevertheless, an uncomfortable feeling remained. >> We don't want to waste any time, my dear child. I will now reveal your fate to you. I've waited a long time and now the day has come. Now listen carefully, I will only say it once. Memorize it and keep it in your heart.

Has the time come
when future, present and past meet,
then she shows up
the one that lets the past relive,
and brings the beings of fire back to life,
which will lead you into a new age,
where the beings of the past can live together in harmony with the peoples of today,
she emerges from the heartshe, a pure soul, so different like no other,
she the mistress of fire.

Never forget this Kagome, because it determines your fate. It is your destiny, your personal prophecy. I hope you fulfill it and do it all honor. My job is done and I can return to the stars. I wish all the power in this world, Mistress of Fire << The figure bowed deeply to Kagome and for the first time the features of her face moved and formed a slight smile before it crumbled into dust and little asterisks remained, which in the Walls of the caves shot and united with her there. Kagome himself still looked confused at the place of what had happened. The stone had also disappeared and the cave was dark again. Really dark. She couldn't understand what had just happened. What happened to her. Fate? Determination? What did this mean? And what was it with the mistress of fire? A thousand thoughts buzzed in her head. What had happened?
