I could start this story with "Once upon a time ..." but this introduction has been used far too often. Nor would it be grammatically correct because it wasn't, it is.
It's something impossible - it's something real. It's something painful - it's something comforting. It's something incomprehensible - it's something that can be refuted. It's something sad - it's something enjoyable. It's the truth - it's a lie. It's my story -… It's… my life.
I don't know why I live. Many people don't know that. Some believe that they have found the meaning of life, but in the end they are lying to themselves. Nobody knows and nobody can say with 100% certainty why there are people on earth.
But before one actually devotes oneself to this question, one should consider why there is an earth at all. The earth - our planet. There are several of them, so why is there on this living being?A freak of nature? Have we just overlooked other forms of life so far? Or ... was it all made up by one person? If so, then another question arises: why? Guesswork would be that he was bored or that he wanted to rule. But is that true?
We gave that person a name. We started to make it special. We - the people. It is like this. It is true! Without us, this being would have no influence on our lives. We wanted it that way.
Do you know who I'm talking about here? There is a book about him that everyone knows. But not everyone is satisfied with this one.
We humans sometimes mention his name casually without actually referring to him. We also yell at it when we are frightened and like something very much.
But above all, we hear his name in a house that should give us a sense of security.
He whom some honor and others despise, we call him "God".
