Chapter 6 - The fight with Shana

But first her wounds had to heal properly and I had to get used to wielding a sword again, but what is it called what you have learned once you never forget and that's how it was. After a few hours I was able to handle the sword perfectly again and Tinka also recovered quickly.
So already 2 days later we went to Shana to save Tinn and Liss.
Tinka knew where it was and how to get in unnoticed. She had been there before, but now guards were distributed along her old path and so we first had to quietly remove them, which we managed quite well. First we went to the dungeons where Tinn and Liss were supposed to be. They were only there with them and a good dozen guards who weren't exactly weak.
We quickly made a plan how we could get rid of them without causing a major stir.
Tinka and Toki wanted to distract them as much as possible so that I could collect enough energy with my sword and destroy them all.So we parted and the two jumped in front of the guards, who immediately took up fighting positions. I concentrated at the same time, I gathered part of my strength and let it flow into the sword, there it was reinforced by the sword.
Meanwhile, Tinka and Toki fought the guards, but were no match for them.
I opened my eyes again, which I had closed for better concentration, and aimed the sword at the guards, but before I released the energy I gave Tinka a sign to leave. She saw it and jumped over the guards and landed with Toki behind me, now the guards discovered me too, but much too late, because the moment Tinka touched the ground behind me I let the energy flow out of my sword and destroyed all the guards at once.
All that remained was a charred corridor where some scraps of flesh from the destroyed demons lay. It cost me some energy but at least we weren't discovered that way.With quick steps we went to the cells in which Liss and Tinn were trapped. With some powerful blows and a use of my sword we opened the doors and got them both out.
They were very surprised when I showed up, but they didn't ask. I think they knew that we were not yet out of danger and therefore they had to postpone the questions until later.
So we fled the cave again and hid in a nearby forest.
After we were out of danger, Tinn fell into my arms. Liss just looked at me with big eyes, because she could only vaguely remember me and wasn't sure if I was her missing sister. It was only when Tinn broke away from me that I turned to her completely.
"Hello sister," I said to her and then she hugged me too. She recognized me again. "Raiko! Where have you been all this time?", She asked me tearfully. "Hey, I didn't choose to forget you guys and move on to another time," I said to her and wiped away a tear that was rolling down her cheek.Everyone froze at my words that I had forgotten them.
"You forgot us?", Tinn broke the silence.
"Yes, I had forgotten everything that I am and everything that I had experienced here. But I have remembered everything since I came back here," I told them.
We talked like that until late into the night. I asked what had happened in my absence and found out that over 50 years have now moved into the country. One father has already died, which of course was sad for me. But I still had my childhood friends. Then something occurred to me.
"Then you have become the new ruler of the castle, but why is it then abandoned?" I asked Liss.
The addressed lowered her gaze and there was a short silence.
"I was kidnapped by Shana, so all diners turned away from our family or were destroyed by them," she told me. Anger welled up in me.'How dare she ?! 'I thought angrily.
"Well then it is about time that it is eliminated and you take your rightful place, right?" I tried to cheer her up, which I succeeded in doing.
After that we let this subject rest.
Nobody asked if I would not take this place then because I actually had the privilege. But first of all, I didn't want to be a ruler and secondly, I have far too little knowledge about the customs and traditions that are now prevalent. I had a gap of over 50 years in which a lot has changed.
But there was still a lot to me, namely that Tinn and Tinka kept giving each other clear glances. I began to suspect that something had developed or should develop.
But I stayed out of it and our subject changed to the world in which I grew up.
I told them all about it and they were very amazed at what I said.
But of course we also talked about a plan to destroy Shana.After two days we went back to Shana, we had discussed the plan in detail and everyone had their task.
We wanted to split into two groups so that we could move forward better.
Me, Liss and Toki were only looking for Shana and wanted to destroy her and Tinka was supposed to keep the guards in check with Tinn so that we weren't disturbed.
So we made our way to a large hall in which we suspected Shana, and that's how it was.
She stepped out of a dark corner with her murderous cold eyes and seemed to be laughing at us. "You once to the missing sister has returned and now wants to destroy me, that's sweet," she said with a scornful undertone in her voice. "Mind? I can't remember that I was so bad back then and it's been a long time since then," I said confidently to her. She didn't know that this was actually just a show, of course I hadn't trained with the sword in the other time, but I hoped that my knowledge was enough to destroy her.Her laughter died away and she looked at me coldly again, then she took a sword that was near her and lunged at me. "We'll be able to sort that out now," she whispered to me and our swords clashed.
It was a merciless fight and we both carried our wounds from it, just as I had hit her on the arms and legs, so she hit me on the stomach as well.
We kept attacking and everyone knew that only one would let this fight over.
I knew that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with her fast pace for much longer so I concentrated like with the guards and wanted to hurl all my strength against her.
But I hardly had time to collect myself because she kept attacking me. So I hit the air with full force and hurled it at her, because I was able to control the air with the sword at times.
So I had the opportunity to collect my strength and a moment later I hurled it at Shana, she screamed in shock."But that's your mother's sword! How is that possible?", These were her last words, since she was hit by the energy and was destroyed.
This attack had cost me the last of my strength, so I collapsed covered in blood and only heard fuzzy voices from my friends.
