Chapter: I don't like uptight boys
Moving here wasn't that bad after all. The paperwork was already done and I quickly gained a foothold. The girls had happily welcomed me into their clique and showed me the village. Actually, I just wanted to go to a café with them today. But from some totally stupid conversation I made the following bet: I should get the guy at the next table to kiss me on the cheek. So I set out to show them what I could do.
"Hello, I'm Naoko, and first of all I have two questions. Are you there alone?"
"Yes."
"Good. Do you have a girlfriend?"
"No." He was completely perplexed.
"Perfect. So the thing is, my girls and I made a bet. I'm supposed to get you to kiss me on the cheek. And now it's up to you whether I win or lose."
The boy stared at me like I was a ghost.
"What's your name anyway?" I asked him after he stopped giving a sign of life."Huh, that's none of your business!" He growled.
"Well then not. Do I get a kiss now? Or don't you dare?" I challenged him.
His eyes darkened. I studied him carefully for a moment. His jet-black hair, with the blue sheen, his fine features, which, however, in no way reminded of female ones and finally I looked him straight in the eye again. I wanted to challenge him. He actually looked very cute, but the look in his eyes gave me goose bumps. It wasn't the way he was looking at me now, that scowl with which he was fixing me, but something behind it. But before I could see what exactly they were feeling, he tore me out of my thoughts with his answer.
“Me and cowardly?
He leaned over and kissed me. Not on the cheek, but on the mouth. Or in? His lips were slightly parted and the touch was only insanely short, but it was there.I ran away from him and looked at him completely frightened. Without a word he got up and left. Now I was perplexed. I went slowly back to my friends, still completely lost in thought. I wasn't quite sure what to make of it. Since the couch was already in front of me, I gratefully sat down on it.
Ino's loud squeak, which was accompanied by TenTens and Hinata's questions, tore me from my thoughts, as I did before at the next table.
"How the hell do you get Konoha's best-looking refrigerator to kiss you like that ????"
"What ?!" I yelled at her. "You know him?"
The three of them grinned mischievously at me.
"Of course we know him. Everyone knows him. We just wanted to know what you would do to him in order to win the bet. And apparently you did a lot to him, because normally he doesn't even pay any attention to us. So tell us times, what did you do? ", TenTen pestered me.
"Well, I don't know that I would have done anything special.Hmm, I guess I talked too much about him. Isn't he used to that by any chance? "I asked carefully.
"No, he's not. We've all given up talking to him by now, if it's not necessary you won't get more than one syllable for an answer. But at least he's very reliable, says Sakura at least. His name is Sasuke, by the way."
"Sasuke? Uchiha maybe?" I poked back this time.
"Yes. Have you heard from him?"
"Of course. He lost his whole family, right? As far as I've heard from him, he's not my type at all. I'm not that into uptight boys," I replied.
"Really now? I think you're pretty much the first one who doesn't want anything from him. And you are definitely the first one who got a kiss from him. That throws the whole thing in a completely different light. He's done with that totally made an idiot. "
"Well, that's how it works when you're so convinced of yourself. But I can't even blame him when you told me that every girl has wanted something from him so far.I mean you can't think otherwise than that you can have any. Kind of pitiful. "
"Ehh, guys? I ... I have to go home now." Hinata stuttered softly.
"All right. We'll accompany you home, won't we? I have to go too," I said.
"Of course we will accompany you." Ino agreed with me. "Maybe we'll see Sasuke again. It would be fun to see how he reacts to you now!", She said with a big fat grin on her face.
"Yeah, you would like that," I countered.
The four of us left the café and headed towards the Hyuuga estate. Fortunately for me and Ino's bad luck, we didn't meet the black-haired boy anymore. The three of them chatted all the way about the previous event and I was sure that it would be known everywhere in Konoha by tomorrow. Even Hinata chatted along, which reinforced the suspicion about the rally. If Hinata, who otherwise could hardly utter a word, talked so much about an event, what would Ino do then ???That wouldn't leave me any peace of mind. For better or worse, I had to wait until grass had grown over the whole thing. Since I was going to be put in a class tomorrow, I obviously hoped it wasn't his, but Murphy's Law didn't give me too much hope and basically I already knew where I was going. And I didn't like that thought at all. Every day I would have to see him, endure him and work with him.
In a situation like this, only one thing helped: persevere and ignore all your actions. In martial arts training, however, it would be difficult for me to ignore him, especially since I will fight with or against him.
It was just desperate. No matter what kind of theory I came up with, I dismissed it again in almost the same moment. And so I pondered until we stood in front of Hinata's house.
Fortunately, I had to go in a completely different direction after that and thus escaped Ino's taunts.
In the evening, when I was already in bed, I was still thinking about tomorrow.Suddenly, as if a switch in my head had flipped, I just didn't care. Today wasn't tomorrow and I finally wanted to sleep. So I turned around in my new bed, in my new room, in a completely new city, and fell into a dreamless sleep almost instantly.

Well, I can't think of anything I could say big here, except that you shouldn't pay too much attention to my many repetitions of words. I've always been on the lookout for synonyms. ^^ Sooo, that's it again and I would be happy if sooo many clerks would be left behind. Omg German language, difficult language T_T
I try so hard and see that the next Kappi comes quickly, but I can't make any promises. (Even the greatest authors need motivation. So leave a lot of clerks behind so that I have an incentive. Hehe I know, I repeat myself ^^) Now it's gotten a lot and that's why I stop chatting now ...Yours umi-chan ^. ^ V
