Battle for Itachi

Naruto looked up astonished: "What do you want?" Naruto asked harshly.
The ninjas only looked at Naruto now. The attachment leader looked astonished at the boy standing across from him. He knew the boy, Kakashi, Jiraya and two unknown Anbuninjas had been looking for these boys for two years, but why was the boy with Itachi. They had the assignment to locate Itachi and take it prisoner, but there was no talk of the boy. "Naruto? That's your name, isn't it? What are you doing here? They are looking for you, what have you been doing so far from your village for two years, and with these defectors too?" asked the leader.
Itachi started laughing, it was a cold laugh. "You want to take me prisoner? May I ask how you want to start that? I took your Hokage by surprise and you are trying to take me prisoner?" Itachi asked sakastically with a laugh in her voice.
Itachi was somehow right, thought the Anbus, and yet an order was an order and they had accepted it."He's not really a breakaway. I won't let you harm him, though. We wanted to go back to Konoha and Tsunade tomorrow morning. So let's rest him." Naruto tried to explain.
That was it .... Naruto had become a defector for the Anbus too. He had sided with Itachi, against her. They didn't even think about listening to Naruto. The Anbu's had already been so stressed that now they are not only dealing with Itachi, no, now they also had to concentrate on Naruto.
The attacking force went into attack position and was about to attack when Itachi already eliminated two of them with his secret jutsu. Itachi wasn't about to kill her, but he wasn't going to torch either if it didn't work out. "Naruto you are not allowed to fight them, if you can withstand one of them you are also a renegade and you can not go back. I can do it like that, you know me." Itachi shouted over his shoulder to Naruto.But Naruto didn't even think about letting Itachi down, this man had killed his own family for him and was banished. He had to help him, even if that didn't mean going back. It was a matter of honor. Naruto was about to attack a ninja who wanted to ram Itachi in the back with a kunai from behind, but suddenly Naruto was grabbed from behind .....
Jiraya stood behind Naruto, his hand locked tightly around Naruto's arm. "Didn't you hear that if you attack one of them you are also a renegade. That means no reunion with your friends", Jiraya repeated emphatically. Naruto looked at Itachi, who of course noticed the attacker and eliminated it. Itachi only had four opponents left. It was just unbelievable. Naruto looked at Jiraya again "Jiraya ..... please make them stop. I want them to stop, you hear!" Naruto almost yelled. “Why?” Asked Jiraya. "We'll explain that to you then, but make them stop!"said Naruto. Itachi had brought another Anbu to the ground.
Jiraya didn't know exactly what to think of it. Itachi had deceived Naruto, had removed him from his village and his friends and yet Naruto asked him to protect Itachi. Itachi Uchiha, who killed his entire family, whose hands were stained with blood.
"Jiraya, if you don't help him right away, then I'll do it and believe me I'll do it, I would die for him, you hear. I don't care what it costs," Naruto shouted.
Jiraya looked at Itachi, who had two opponents in front of him. To be honest, he thought it was ridiculous, it was clear that Itachi had no major problems eliminating these opponents. Itachi was even stronger now than it was then. Jiraya wasn't even sure anymore whether he could still stop Itachi himself without help. He couldn't judge him anymore.
"STOP!" shouted Jiraya. The last two Anbus looked at Jiraya in astonishment, they hadn't noticed his coming.The Anbu's stopped. "I'll do it, if you disappear you have no chance against him anyway."
The two Anbus looked around. It was really a fight they couldn't win. Itachi dissolved his jutsu's and half of the knocked out ninjas came to. These collected the injured and disappeared.
Jiraya looked pretty pissed off, but Naruto didn't care. Jiraya gave a strange hand signal and in the next moment Kakashi appeared, he also looked quite indignant, but he had to take Naruto in his arms first. He did not think that he would see him so well again. Naruto was happy to see Kakashi and Jiraya again, but he also noticed the presence of two other ninjas, they made him feel uncomfortable.
Naruto and Itachi told Kakashi and Jiraya the story of Naruto's past and what really drove Itachi to kill everyone. Kakashi noticed that he had heard a rumor about the attempted murder of Naruto at the time but could not believe it.Jiraya stood up: "We should be on our way to Konoha. Itachi you should also come with us, we will talk to Tsunade about it and look for a solution. You just kept your oath, even if you didn't have to kill everyone right away , "said Jiraya.
Everyone agreed and set off. They didn't need to take any more things with them because the house had burned down.

Sasuke was sitting by the lake, his thoughts were with his friend and brother Naruto. He didn't know why he was still in Konoha, he wanted to look so often, but he always had to think about what if Naruto would come back then. Naruto had become his family, without him Sasuken no longer felt a part of him. Naruto and him were tied and that was the loneliness and the pain. He missed Naruto so much, even if he wouldn't admit it externally, but that was exactly the truth. Naruto had annoyed him often and at first he couldn't stand this clumsy little boy, but over time he became half of him, a soul mate like Naruto once said to him when they were sitting right here by the lake and talking.Suddenly footsteps tore him from his thoughts when he looked up he saw Sakura. "I miss you." She said softly. Sasuke looked at the lake again. What should he also say about that? That he's sorry but missed his friend ...? "I think about him again and again, but we also have to get on with our lives. Naruto would be of my opinion too," she continued. Sasuke looked up abruptly: "NARUTO would definitely not run happily through the area and enjoy his life if he were in my place and I had disappeared." He replied harshly and turned away again. Sakura winced, it was like a slap in the face. "Sasuke off ........." began Sakura, but Sasuke interrupted her, "No Sakura, please leave me alone, I don't want to talk." Sakura looked down sadly, she just couldn't get through to him, so she had to go. But when she turned around, Sasuke, who had been confessed, pulled her into his arms. "I'm sorry, really. But you have to understand me too, at the moment it just doesn't work."whispered Sasuke, broke away from Sakura and walked away. Sakura now knew that not all hope was lost and sat down at the lake for a while.

Hinata was lying on her bed, bitter tears ran down her pretty face. Slowly but surely she couldn't. Every day her strength waned, she longed so much for Naruto's strong arms, for his smile, his voice and his warmth. His kisses from then seemed like a dream to her. It was as if he had never been there, as if he had never touched her. It was just desperate. There was a knock on the door and Neji came in. He sat down next to her on the bed, pulled her into his arms, just held her and made her cry. She should just cry, let it out before consuming her pain. Hinata read it. She really needed that once and Neji understood her.
Neji really understood her, he just had to imagine what it would be like if Tenten had disappeared and that was enough for him.Tenten was now his fiancée, he had proposed to her last year and the parents agreed. But there will be no wedding until Naruto is back, or at least it is known what is wrong with Naruto. Neji had sworn that and Tenten agreed with him. Naruto's disappearance was also very difficult for them, especially at the beginning. Naruto was the one who had shown Neji that everyone can take their destiny into their own hands. Naruto, Itachi, Kakashi and Jiraya were only two days away from the village. Naruto couldn't wait to see his friends again and especially to pull Hinata back into his arms.But something worried him. He was now between two fronts, he didn't know how Sasuke would react to Itachi, whether he would understand Itachi's actions. But he would do anything to bring the two brothers back together and he will make it because Itachi was now part of his family too. Admittedly, Naruto was very shocked when Itachi confessed to him that everything was just a mirage and his friends and Hinata were still alive, he wanted to look up first and go away first, but then he put himself in Itachi's position and understood his actions, even if he didn't could be called good. Naruto had said that to Itachi too, and Itachi also understood Naruto on this point. With that everything was cleared up for the time being.
Naruto knew what Itachi had sacrificed for him, somehow this act had drawn Itachi to the evil side for some time, but Itachi knew that too, he was aware of it.
