It was Monday the sun was slowly rising on the horizon. It was orange-red and it also radiated a pleasant warmth (it was summer too).
But one of them did not notice this spectacle, yes it was Kagome. She was still in bed and asleep. But you could also see that she was dreaming, but through her movements to and fro and the sweat on Kagome's forehead, it did not promise good. Yes, she had a nightmare.

Kagome's dream:

It was dark. So damn dark, you couldn't even see your hand in front of your eyes.
This darkness was like a black hole, everything was engulfed in it and not released again.
But Kagome ran and ran further and further into this darkness. Not that she tried to stop walking, it didn't work, her body didn't want the way Kagome wanted it to.It seemed like an eternity to Kagome as it went. But suddenly she stopped! Now the girl was happy that she finally stopped, but didn't know why.
While she pondered an appropriate answer, Kagome turned her head this way and that, she looked around.
But when she looked straight ahead, she saw a picture appear in the darkness. Everything was green, yes it was a forest what she saw. As this picture came closer and closer and also became clearer, she saw ...
"Inuyasha! What is he doing here?" Thought the girl with a sweet smile on her face. She wanted to go to HIM to greet him. But somehow Kagome couldn't break her rigidity. It just couldn't be done, just as she couldn't stop running earlier!
She kept asking herself that, but got no answer.
Kagome looked at Inuyasha, her heart beating faster and it felt so beautiful that it couldn't be described. But if the modern girl looked to the left (she didn't know why herself, but that had already become normal), she saw someone.It was ... Kikyou !!! Now Inuyasha smiled not in the direction of Kagome but to Kikyou.
Kikyou hugged him very deeply and their hug was returned immediately.
"Inuyasha doesn't mind that this Kikyou will turn off his breath soon! Does he love HER? I have no place in his heart?" Tears welled in Kagome's eyes when she thought that. Now Kikyou looked her "loved one" in the eye and he did the same as she did (so looked into Kikyou's eyes :-)) And there! THEY KISSED!!!!
So Kagome saw that broke her heart completely!
She had no more lust for what she saw. So she screamed with all her might: "Inuyasha! What are you doing? Isn't it enough for you to hurt me all the time ???
When Inuyasha heard these words, he broke away from the kiss and smirked at Kagome. His look was as cold as that of Kikyou, no longer full of warmth and love!
Kagome noticed that as soon as she looked into his eyes. A cold chill ran down her spine.Somehow kagome was afraid of what Inuyasha would tell her.
"Tell me, do you always have to run after me? You are like a dog! And you have to worry about what I do! And yes, I like to hurt you! Your look is always like that Inuyasha said simply.
While Inuyasha said this, Kikyou grinned and when he was finished with his "speech" she said: "Well you, poor little copy! Did I take your boyfriend from you ?! Don't take it so tragically he doesn't need you anymore now Inuyasha has Yes me! ".
When Kikyou said this, a bright light came on (it was cold). She took Inuyasha in her arms and kissed HIM. And then they descended into the earth!
Kagome couldn't believe what was going on. But when she saw how the two slowly disappeared, Kagome shouted again: "Inuyasha! No, don't go, please stay with me !? I LOVE YOU !!!! Inuya ....

Kagome startled in sweat, she was breathing heavily in and out.Only HE was in her mind! Again and again!
Now it was (finally) clear to her that SHE LOVED INUYASHA !! But what now? ...
Then she looked at the clock on the bedside table! Then she noticed that the alarm clock was about to go off. But before he could, she squeezed him out and satnd up.
Only now did she see that the sun had already risen. Kagome opened the small window and let the sun shine on her face. This sun was so warm and it also felt so comfortable on the skin. Just like when Inuyasha held her in his arms. "No," she thought. Kagome didn't want to think about HIM anymore. Then with a sigh she closed the window and went out of her room.
As soon as the girl was out the door she shouted from the kitchen: "Kagome is ready to eat! There are scrambled eggs!" That was what her mum shouted. "Yes! Mum I'll be right there, I'll just take a quick shower," replied Kagome not happy about the delicious food that awaits them.
Kagome walked down a small hallway where there were 2 doors.The first was Sota's room and the second door was the bathroom. She opened door number 2 and went inside.
"Man, I've already forgotten how small the bathroom is! But well, it's still nice here! So quiet!" With these words, Kagome took off her clothes and got into the shower.
After showering, the girl went into the kitchen and ate her breakfast. But she was alone because Sota and her mother are on their way to school and Grandpa was in town doing errands. At least it was on the note that was on the table. When Kagome finished eating, she put on her shoes and went to school.

At Inuyasha (at the same time)

He slowly opened his eyes. He couldn't sleep anymore because the sun (which was now up) tickled his nose. Inuyasha lifted his torso and looked around. The forest looked so peaceful (he had been sleeping in the forest for the last few days) and the birds were chirping a beautiful song.But he couldn't really be happy about it, because he was sad. Inuyasha was sad because Kagome still hadn't come back to him. He struggled to get up, but he didn't really feel like it. But he did it after all and went back to the village.
When he entered the hut, Inuyasha saw that his friends had already started breakfast. They seemed to have been waiting for him, because Inuyasha was of course also covered.
Everyone ate their stuff without saying a word. They all (really all) thought of a person who was unfortunately not at the table. They thought of Kagome ...
After a long silence, Sango was getting on his nerves. She didn’t want to wait for Inuyasha to fix herself and the one-week deadline expired. Sango wanted her friend back with him now and immediately!
"Inuyasha, tell me you haven't noticed how quiet it can be here since Kagome is no longer there?" Sango said sadly to break this silence.
"Yes it is me!"was his answer.
"Well, I knew you missed HER! Please get them back, we miss them all so!" Sango replied with a pleading look. Everyone looked at Inuyasha now.
"YES, I would like to get her, but I don't know if Kagome would like that? She looked so sad the last time I saw her," my Inuyasha with downcast eyes. Everyone listened when they heard his words.
Then Miroku just said: "Well then ask her! If you don't do that, you will never know! And I think I already know Kagome's answer! But you'd better find out yourself!".
When Inuyasha heard this, he pricked up his ears.
"All right, I'll get you! But what should I tell her?" Inuyasha retorted with a wry look.
"You will already know that when you stand in front of her" Shippo interfered for the first time in the conversation.
Inuyasha heard these words. So he got up, said only that he would be back in a few days and disappeared into the forest.When he got to the fountain he just thought: "I just don't know what to say ?! Or whether she still wants to go back? Oh, I don't know, I just do it like Miroku and Shippo said and I hope so Kagome is coming with ME! ":
With this hopeful thought, Inuyasha jumped into the well.

Grandpa didn’t fiddle for long and took Inuyasha by the hand and led him across the large courtyard and into the house.
When he arrived at the house, the grandpa shouted: "Hitomi (I just call Kagome's mum that, hope it's not that bad :-)) Inuyasha is here!" Hitomi came out of the kitchen (seems to be her favorite place) and Inuyasha greeted warmly."Come on, Inuyasha, let's go to the kitchen and I'll make us some tea! Because Kagome is not there, she is at school but she will be there soon! And I would like to talk to you about something." Hitomi said with a friendly smile. Said and done! They sat at the table and sipped chamomile tea.
Hitomi broke the silence.
"Tell me, Inuyasha, did you two fight? Because Kagome was always so sad the last few days. But she didn't want to talk to anyone either, she sent away everyone who tried! Well and that night I walked past her room and then I heard her crying bitterly! Can't you tell me what's going on? Hitomi asked a little more seriously.
"What did she cry ?! Was she really that sad?" Inuyasha asked with wide open eyes (of course Hitomi didn't get an answer).
