Die Macht der Liebe

confession

So guys, first of all I wanted to thank you very much for your dear clerks ^^ I really would not have thought that I would get 12 clerks for 2 chapters! Is really awesome! And yes, you didn’t misread, Elle really reports with a new chapter - it took long enough. I hope you don't bother too much that this chapter didn't turn out to be one of my best, but that's partly because I let this FF rest forever, had writer's block of the worst proportions and just didn't care Row got. So, Gomen again and now - clear the stage for my new chapter!
Kind regards, Elle

Chapter 2: Confession

Pain.
That was the first thing she felt when she came to.
The agony of tearing her heart apart at the thought that she would never be happy.
That eternal blackness in her head that told her that cold and sadness would accompany her life like good friends would with a normal person.Everything so cold, so hopeless, hopelessly lost.
Sakura groaned in agony.
She didn't know where she was or how she got here.
The next moment she managed a bitter smile, despite the terrible feeling.
It must have been Run.
He always took care of her.
So lovingly and without giving yourself a break.
He must have brought her here.
Slowly she opened her eyes.
White, white everywhere.
White that stung the eyes and gave her a headache. A high-pitched white that was so intense that Sakura let her gaze slide to her fingers, which lay trembling on the blanket that someone had used to protect them from prying eyes.
Was that run too?
Had he taken her to the hospital?
It was only after taking a second look that she realized that she was not in the hospital.
The room she was in was too friendly and personal.
He wasn't neutral and clinical.
The white wasn't so ... medical. It was wallpaper with innumerable grooves and patterns that varied over and over again.
Next to the large bed she was lying in was a massive chest of drawers made of heavy, dark oak, and to her astonishment Sakura saw a series of photos.
Photos of the fifth Hokage with her grandson on it.
She felt a slight sadness.
Tsunade looked so happy in the pictures, so full of joy.
She was the complete opposite of Sakura, who felt empty and burned out.
Although she had people who were there for her and looked after her.
But it wasn't the people she needed.
Somehow it was always the people who were hardly close to her and who touched her personally.
Like Naruto.
Just like the love of your life.
Sasuke.
Tears came to her eyes again.
What was Run thinking of her?
He must have thought she was completely insane. Overstretched, weak, mentally unstable.
But ... wasn't she, too?
Slowly she began to doubt her sanity. Why couldn't she be happy?
Somehow she knew that her inner peace depended on which man she loved.
Her heart said Sasuke, her feeling said Sasuke, her mind said Sasuke.
Your mind said Run.
She bit her lip hastily, suppressing the urge to just start screaming out loud.
No treacherous word, no terrible accusation, no panic at the reactions.
What was she afraid of?
If she really thought about it, she had never really been a person who had let other people bring her to her knees.
Not that Run did that ...
He was a good friend to her and he had already asked for her hand.
She said yes.
Today she couldn't have said why.
Blood ran down her palms as her fingernails dug into the delicate skin. The red liquid collected under her nails, smeared on her cheek as she pulled her hair in pain.Would she never have a peaceful and fulfilling life?
Why couldn't she just marry Run and build a family with him?
Was it because he wasn't the man she actually wanted?
Because he wasn't even a shadow of that person?

When Naruto took Hinata in his arms and whirled her around in a circle, the young woman laughed happily.
"Are you really pregnant?" He asked again, just to make sure he hadn't misheard.
The Hyuga grinned broadly. "Yes, that's right! We're going to be parents - you're going to be a father!"
Naruto's cheer echoed through the house.
"That's great!" He chattered cheerfully while hugging Hinata again.
"We can call him Akira! Or Tama! Or would you rather have a foreign name?"
The expectant mother just stuck her tongue out cheekily to her partner.
"It's not even said that it will really be a boy!", She protested, "I personally like little girls too!"Naruto paid no heed to this objection on her part. "I don't really care, the main thing is that it will be healthy and just as nice as its mother," he teased the blue-haired woman.
With a liberated laugh, the meantime laid her lips on the lips of the sixth Hokage.
"You are really too cute, my master shinobi," she said just loud enough for him to hear.
After all, they were just in the market square in Konoha, so it was not advisable to whisper dear remarks to the head of the village.
Naruto liked it when Hinata expressed her love for him in this way, but as the strongest ninja he had a reputation to lose and that was also important to him.
Fortunately, his girlfriend understood that straight away and respected it.
Naruto only replied to Hinata with a kiss.
He wasn't very resourceful about big words, but made up for it with such small, tender gestures.
Everything was so perfect.
If he hadn't had to take Hinata and the little one into consideration, he would have screamed his luck to the sky by now.He became a father, ran a village that people of Konoha loved and liked him, he had no problems, had dear friends and people who would form a family for him and ...
It was amazing!
Hinata looked confused at Naruto when he suddenly bent down to her stomach.
"What is it?" She asked, blushing slightly.
It must look strange how he stood there and stared at her navel area.
Her embarrassment increased when she saw a gray-haired man approaching with a concealed face in the crowd.
Only his right eye was visible, his mouth and nose were covered by a dark mask, and his left eye was his Konoha headband.
Kakashi.
"Hello ... Sensei," the young woman muttered bright red.
Naruto jerked up and grinned cheekily.
"Hello Kakashi! You won't believe it, but-"
Hinata hastily put a hand to his mouth.
Naruto gave an indignant grunt, which sounded incomprehensible to Kakashi's ears."What did you say?" He wanted to know kindly.
The Hyuga looked at him apologetically. "Naruto didn't want to say anything," she exclaimed.
She had to hold back a swallow.
It would be best if she would only announce it when it was really already visible.
Although she had become much more self-confident in the last few months, she just couldn't look her friends and the yo-nin in the eyes and admit that she was pregnant.
"It ... I ... just forget about it, Sensei Kakashi," she continued pleadingly.
The gray-haired man eyed her questioningly for a moment, then looked at Naruto, who was still being held by Hinata and you could see an expression of amusement on his face.
"Has it come this far for the Hokage of our village to be defeated by women?" He scoffed.
Naruto resolutely pushed his girlfriend's hand away and stood up in front of the older man, legs apart.
"That was different from what you think, Sensei!"he called loudly across the square. Some people looked around at him, confused.
With others you could clearly see a slight anticipation.
Every time they talked to Kakashi and Naruto in that tone, the whole thing turned into a practice fight.
These "training sessions", as Kakashi called them, were considered the ultimate entertainment in the village. Nobody missed it when the Hokage got into a mess with his former teacher.
It was just too iconic how the two of them attacked each other at the same time with kid gloves and yet seriously.
There was never a winner because simply neither of the two landed a hit.
Much to the pleasure of the other Jo-Nin.
Hinata was already familiar with these arguments between the two of them.
She only cared that Naruto wasn't gossiping.
But had she tried so hard, she couldn't have prevented it.
As soon as he saw a chance, the blonde blurted out: "Sensei, I'm not going to have these silly fights with you anymore, I have to look after the mother of my future child!"A moment of absolute silence.
Nobody said a word.
Neither Hinata, who had the feeling that the floor had been pulled from under her feet, nor Kakashi, who only gradually seemed to understand the meaning of Naruto's words.
He looked at Hinata with wide eyes.
She looked embarrassed at her fingers, with which she nervously fiddled with the hem of her top.
Everything seems more interesting than Hatake, who still said nothing.
Naruto seemed to disappoint his teacher's reaction.
He couldn't tell himself what he was expecting, but certainly not this astonishment.
On the one hand, it flattered him that he had first managed to make the gray-haired man speechless, on the other hand ...
Well, it should have been different!
Dejected, he looked up at the taller one.
"Now tell me something, Sensei!", He finally said.
His voice was almost desperate.
Kakashi raised his head.
"That ... I wasn't ... expecting that," he muttered. His gaze slid to Hinata, to Naruto, to Hinata.
"Hinata?" "Hm?" "Are you going to keep the kid?"
Naruto's head shot up in reflex.
"PLEASE?" He cried in horror, "WHAT QUESTION IS THAT? OF COURSE SHE WANTS THE CHILD!"
"Shut up, Naruto!"
The blonde bounced back perplexed.
Hinata looked at Kakashi, slightly confused.
"What do you mean, Sensei?" She wanted to know.
"Well, you are still quite young and have your whole life ahead of you. Some girls in your place would think twice about this decision. After all, it is about your entire life. Everything would change with a child. If. If." you don't want it ... I could understand that and Naruto would have to come to terms with it- "
He simply ignored
