Christine didn't like the darkness. She heard rustling all around her. She was getting faster and faster with fear. Since she had to pass the school to get home, she was seized with panic. She ran down the path at the front entrance of the school into a dark rear part of the building. Her chest rose and fell under her heavy breaths. /What is happening? I'm not so scared otherwise. /
A rustling up close. That panic came up in her again. She accidentally let out a scream. It echoed for a while between the massive walls of the school.

The clock struck midnight again. She stared at the great clock tower with wide eyes. Christine didn't know why, but she was terrified. When she ran around one of these dark corners again suddenly a man stood in front of her. It hit his chest hard and fell to the ground. He stopped, unimpressed."What is someone like YOU doing here at this time?" He asked, more or less amused. Christine shuddered. His voice was deep and terrifying.
