Once upon a time, in a faraway land. Pretty much around the corner - the "United Kingdom". Strictly speaking, London, in 1650. A young girl lived there, her hair was pale pink and very long. If you looked this girl in the eye, you could see that she had emerald green eyes.
At that moment she tried to come across the crowded streets of London with her basket. She had just bought flowers from a stall in Green Park, which she wanted to put on her parents’s grave. They died in winter three years ago. Shortly before the death of her parents, her father had chosen a husband for her, but he turned out to be aggressive, addicted to alcohol and gambling. He left her shortly after the marriage and took all of her family's fortune with him.
Now the little girl had to live alone and care for herself.

And it is with this Meadchen that our real story begins.
